Wonderful quality and great contractors! Stayed up to date during the install as they walked me through anything and everything that came up and moved forward when I was satisfied.

Window World is trying despite circumstances. After a three month wait, they finally installed our windows. Their crew did a good job and were on time. However, the two largest windows had factory defects between the panes. We now have to wait for two new windows to be remade. I hope they inspect the windows before installing. They did not clean them when they completed the install. I did. That is when the manufacturers defects were discovered.Oh well...Blame it on Covid?

From our first contact with Window World we have been pleased. Our salesmen Chris was prompt, professional and courteous. The price for our windows and installation were surprisingly good. Having owned and operated our own window company for 13 years and now as a Home Inspection Company for 17 years we had high hopes for a great installation but low expectations knowing how hard it would be to please an expert like myself with an eye for detail, especially with the poor quality workmanship we see so often these days. Much to our delight the installation was the best we have seen since we quit installing windows ourselves. Our installer Justin and his crew worked hard and diligently to complete the installation on all of or windows in one day. Justin kept the worksite clean and organized. The caulking job was perfect inside and out!!! 5 stars for Justin. We went back through every window and tested each one prior to his departure. We have personally hired many installers over the years when operating our own window company but have never seen the quality of work that Justin does. Had them install windows on the rear of my house years ago, great experience. Had them install new windows on the front of my house just recently, and the experience was horrible. They showed up short on windows so only part of the job was done. nevertheless, they expected me to pay the other half of the job. Of course I said I would not pay the other half until the job was completed. Several weeks later they showed up to install the last window. I had to take off work to be there at the house, and they were supposed to arrive at 9AM. At about 9:15 I call just to make sure they were still coming. One of the people who answered the phone said that they had just left. It is about a 30 minute drive from their place to mine. A little after 10AM I call just to make sure they are in fact on their way as I was told, only to be told that they were unloading a trailer first. The person I spoke with mentioned the person by name who was supposed to be coming out, and said they were now leaving. By 11AM a crew shows up and the guy who was supposed to be coming was not with them. I asked about him, and they said he wasnt even working at the moment because of back problems. So basically I was just being lied to and being told whatever would get me off their back, so to speak. I then called them back to express my displeasure with the whole ordeal and was dealt with very rudely by one of their managers. I dont know if it is permissible to name names on these reviews, otherwise I would right now. I think the material coming from the factory is good, the pricing is good, but the people running this location are extremely unprofessional. I would NOT recommend this business to anyone!!!

They showed up on time, they were very professional and kept me up to date as how the progress was. Then draped cloths both inside and outside of the house around the area the were working on. They swept and vacuumed as well. Very impressed with the installation team.The windows look awesome and I can already feel the difference compared to the old ones that were in poor condition. The only hiccup was that some of the windows were supposed to be tempered glass due to the proximity to doors and they were not tempered, but they will have the replacements in a few weeks and theyll swap them out with these regular ones. Other than that small hiccup, Im pretty satisfied so far and lets hope that in time Ill continue to be satisfied with this purchase. If theres any negative feedback from me, Ill update this post at that time, but as of now, I definitely recommend you check out Window World of Waco.

This place was recommended by my parents. They came in and did a great job for them. Because of this, I used them to replace my windows. They measured the windows in March and just today they are installing them. Notice that the word measured is in quotations because when they installed the first arched window, it was measured WRONG!!! Look at picture attached. Now, I going to have to wait another 3 months for my front windows? They say it is a rush order, does this mean 2 months instead of 3?I see a lot of good reviews here and I am happy for the people that got good service, as per me that is not the case.

My consultant, Chris, was very helpful and addressed all questions and concerns. The installation team worked efficiently and quickly. They also cleaned up well after themselves. They installed 10 windows into existing locations. There were two windows installed in new framework. The crew was very professional and courteous. They made sure on the two windows going into the rough openings were set to how we were going to finish the wall. The product looks well made and very satisfied with the install. I was SO happy with my Window World purchase. I am extremely disappointed that I referred my parents to you guys. They ordered windows in August, paid, & have waited for months. A refund has been refused even though windows have never made it to the warehouse. Communication has been poor. As a realtor & investor, I will never refer Window World again. As a matter of fact, I will ensure everyone I know and clients that need windows will not do business with Window World.

Update on my previous post from a few years ago. I have to apologize because after having them for a few years they have actually saved me money on my energy bill. Not as much as I would like and heard they would but they have saved me money. The reason for probably not getting a better return on my money is that my house is a older country siding home. The one thing I really enjoy about them is that they definitely do cut down the noise from outside. We notice that every time we open up the windows. All in all I am glad we had all our old windows replaced and was happy to have used Window World of Waco.--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------I replaced all my windows (16) on my house and was impressed with the workmanship of the people installing them and the windows itself but I am very disappointed in the savings on my energy bill. Matter of fact, my energy bill is more than when I had my old storm windows on the house. I guess the windows from Windows World in Waco do not work on houses that have siding. The windows are really nice and so much easier to clean but I was expecting a drop in energy cost but now I am paying more. The windows really look great on the house but if I am paying more on energy bills then I should have stayed with the storm windows. Really like the people working there and the people installing the windows but very disappointed in saving me on my energy bill. Paid over $6,000 for them and now I am paying a higher energy bill.

Six months ago, we signed a $6000 contract with Chaz from Window World in Waco. Our custom windows arrived and were installed in July except for our bedroom window which arrived broken. The broken glass was taped inplace as we waited for a replacement.Subsequently, the new one arrived and did not fit the space.It’s now October and we are still waiting.The representative told my husband that they forgot to put in the order. They did, however, remember to bill us in full for an incomplete job.My husband and I initiate the calls and usually wait two days for a call back (even when they say that they’ll call back in thirty minutes). The front end blames the sales department and the salesman blames the front for miscommunication and incompetence.The best we could hope for is a reminder that they haven’t forgotten us. We regret giving them our business and do not recommend this company.

They measured 2 of my windows wrong so they have to re order window world hasnt contacted me Ive called 2 times both times she said she would call its been over a week now ... after the sale customer service is not good at all

Being a former window guy myself, I am very pleased with the install, good job guys.

The service was terrible. The windows were installed in May and 2 of them did not work right. They came out 4 times and finally at the end of October the windows were finally fixed. I couldn’t get anyone to return my calls until I called the corporate office and then I got several calls. The last installer came out and did not have a mask, I had to ask him to put one on. He and his crew smelled of smoke so bad I had to leave windows open to air out the smell. Then 2 weeks after that they used my credit card without my authorization to process final payment. Apparently they keep your credit card info on file and don’t tell you that. I stopped the transaction and reported it as fraud.

I had 19 windows and two doors installed. I loved my experience from the start. It started with our amazing salesman Paul Dennis he did an excellent job explaining everything and was always available for all my questions. I feel like Paul is a part of my family. Once my windows came in the installer team lead by Wayne came out for the installation of my windows and doors. They were a great crew they kept me informed of everything that was going on. They did a great job on installing and cleaning up after themselves. I love the way my windows and doors look and I am so glad I chose Window World.

We had a house built in 78 with the original windows. Window World came highly recommended and came to give us a quote to replace the old, original windows with new ones. They were super friendly and not at all pushy! The cost was SOOOOOOOO reasonable! I had no idea what a difference new windows could make in a house! We will definitely be using them again!

Love my new windows. They needed a little adjustment after install and they were quick to come out.

One reason I chose this company was the warranty. I believe you can truly see a company’s value when it comes time for a repair (that should be covered under warranty). Communication is very poor and you often don’t get call back in the time frame they say they will, causing you to have to work to keep them on task. I’ve also had multiple of their “top installers” come out. It’s been frustrating.

The install of the windows went well. I dont have any issues with that or the quality of the windows. The issue I have is after the sale. The warranty on a replacement window that cracked. This has been a horrible experience and reason enough for me not to use them again in the future for additional purchases. They came out and measured twice for a window replacement. After months of waiting and me calling to see what was going on (no updates) the window finally arrived. We schedule the install, and guess what? Wrong size. So here I am a month later calling again to get an update and I cant seem to find out anything. I started writing this while I was on hold and they came back and said they couldnt find the file. People were out at lunch and they would call me back. Also, the customer service lady told me yesterday she would call me back. So, we will see. Not a very good way to run a business.

Window World is the best. 2nd time I have used them and love the service, product and cost even more this time. One time at the exact cost, professional done and looks amazing....house is quite and air conditioner is running less. Cannot wait for the weather to cool down so I can raise those windows up.

I do not recommend Window World of Waco if you have an older home. We had a salesman come out and give us their pitch and a tentative schedule of when we should expect a response on how they would be able to replace our large picture windows and a couple of large windows that we have.Needless to say, we never received the call back and we had to continually leave messages for him to get back with us on what our options were to replace the larger windows, which we knew would be a challenge going in to this. Well today we finally track him and down and he tells us that Window World doesnt want to take on the project because it would/could involve construction to which they dont...they are a remove and replace company only. I am perfectly fine with this answer but I just wish they wouldve been honest and reputable enough to say they in the beginning instead of making this a game of Wheres Waldo or in this case, Wheres Window World.We also have standard size windows that we were considering having them replace but after this fiasco, I wouldnt let Window World touch ANYTHING in my house with a 10 foot pole!

If I had know how these windows were installed and of the amount of natural light that I was going to lose I would never had them installed. I thought that I would be able to save money, but due to the extra electricityI have to use burning lights---there is no way I can ever even break even.I always open my windows in the spring and fall to get the fresh air, but these windows only open half way and I get half the amount of air in the house. I hate these windows with a passion and will replace the major one if I ever get the money. I will never recommend them to anyone.

Had windows replaced last year. Wanted to wait awhile to review, so as to evaluate them over time. The quality product and energy savings are clear. The installers were professional all the way. I have a stone house and the install wasnt easy, but they made everything fit perfectly. Have had absolutely no problems. Noticed a substantial reduction in my energy bill and no drafts! I shopped the high priced guys but they could not come close to the value of Window World. Highly recommended.

I had all my window replaced and I am satisfied with the quality and the workmanship. I was referred by a neighbor and referred a friend myselft. According to the salesman, my neight and I were supposed to receive a $50 check for the referrals, but we never got those. I dont particularly care for liars.

What they say on TV is just a bunch of bull. They are not any cheaper than anyone else. They just want you to come buy there products like anybody else.!

The Window World staff was very accommodating. I cancelled my appointment two times and they never lost interest. They worked around my schedule and made it easy for me. The installers did the same thing having to come out and work on the weekend.I live in an old farmhouse and needless to say that the window openings varied a little and these guys really worked hard to make sure the windows fit perfect and were sealed up correctly. I was very satisfied with their workmanship and the quality of the product. Matter of fact I have referred them to several family members and clients of mine and everybody seems to share the same opinion that I do. I would highly recommend them if you are considering putting new windows in your house to call these people. You have nothing to lose even if they dont get the job they will open your eyes to all of the little things on the job that you have never considered. I contacted three window companies and one of them I had a friend that work there and guaranteed me a discount but Im telling you right now nobody can compete with Window World simply because of the volume of Windows that they manufacture, sell and install . My husband and I have only high praises with our new windows from Window World of Waco, Texas. From our initial consult with the office staff, Ms Peggy, and owner Mr. Chris Terry, to the meeting with the salesman, Mr. Dennis, who my husband took an immediate liking to, we were sold. The windows are and look fantastic and we immediately realized how clear everything looked and how bad our old windows were. Everything began as planned, but the installation crew Mr. Justin and Mr. Jason really had their work cut out for them. They had a difficult time getting the old windows out and then there was a lot of wood that had to be trimmed out that they were unaware of. Thus the job took longer than expected. Ms. Peggy went out of her way to address getting the crew back to our home the next day as they were scheduled elsewhere. When the windows were complete there were some issues with some dents in our aluminum casing around our windows. We contacted Mrs. Wanda Terry and Mr. Chris Terry and they assured us that the issues would be addressed. The same installation crew returned as scheduled and addresed every issue, plus, that we had.We had a recent cold snap and we realized how great the windows are. The salesman sold us on how professional this company was. It was horrible !!!!!!!! He promised us great customer service. They outsource their jobs to other people, so its actually not them putting in the windows. It took longer than I was told because they had to come back the next day to make corrections wich took hours. I felt like I was mislead. I would never had agreed to this company to do my windows!!!!!! They have let us down. A total FAKE !!! BEWARE
