I absolutely recommend Aladdin. They responded in less than one hour to replace a circuit card module in my door opener that had been taken out during a storm overnight. Then they checked out the entire system, lubricated the rollers, and adjusted the coil spring, door closure limit, and chain tension. Fantastic service.

The coil on my garage door broke, with my car stuck inside, the worst! I called and left a voicemail for Rick with Aladdin, and I had a call back within 15 minutes and said they could be out within an hour. He was very kind and polite, and so easy to work with! This was our first experience with Aladdin, and will be the only garage door company we use in Waco moving forward. I highly recommend them!! So thankful for the quick response and repair!

I had a garage door that would not open automatically. I disconnected it and was opening it manually until several of the rollers broke.I called Aladdin and they graciously came out on a Saturday morning and worked on the door, replacing the rollers and adjusting the rails, cable, and spring until it worked like brand new. They did NOT charge enough for their service. The price was great, and the door works great.I would highly recommend them. On top of the great service, they were super nice to deal with, professional, and extremely courteous.

I called them this morning to schedule an appointment to fix some broken springs on my garage on the fixer upper we just purchased. They came out at lunch the same day and fixed my issue in no time flat. In addition to the main issue, they fixed a broken hinge, made all the adjustments to the door and opener, cleaned up some of the wiring, and even threw in a new light bulb, all for a very reasonable price! They were very knowledgeable and great people all around. Ill gladly recommend and promote their business!

In short, the service and price Mr Pate provides is unbeatable. We bought an older house in the Mountainview area that had tandem external springs on the garage door, one of which went flying around the garage much to our surprise. The door was heavy and unmoveable. Mr. Pate came on the weekend and gave us an estimate! The door had to be ordered because of the size of the old garage, and my wife wanted some custom windows. He showed us all our options and tried to help save us some money on the project. I thought we might need a new motor, but he said no, your motor is fine. He had the whole project completed 1 week ahead of schedule and charged not a penney more than his original estimate. Very nice and patient contractor to work with, also.
