Pretty speedy but a little slow on delivery.
Edit7 months later and still have not gotten my $100.00 deposit back.I worked for them over a year, I was one of their most dependable drivers. They gave me a delivery bag and took 25.00 out of my check every week until my $ 100.00 deposit was paid off. When I quit I gave my bag back that they kept asking me for, I was promised my 100.00 dollar deposit back for the bag and its been over two months and I have STILL NOT received the money but they got their bag back. I text Austin and never get a response. They only pay their drivers $ 2.50 for every delivery. If you go to China Springs you may get $ 4.00. So if you dont get a tip. You are working for FREE!

Used to be a great service, but not any longer. After a healthy wait (1 hour +), we were informed that our order could not be fulfilled because the restaurant had ran out...By this time, options were starting to run short and the driver wasnt able to help. I called the company and after having a 10% credit offered on future services multiple times, despite me just wanting my money refunded, I finally got them to understand I would not be using them in the future...Once I figured out the representative I was talking to was in South Africa, I knew there would be no help in Waco, TX.
I ordered Kitok’s. Two meals. Asked for the soy dipping sauce. I didn’t get the sauce. I also got a random full order of oriental fries that I didn’t ask for. Sic Em couldn’t give me a price estimate at the time of my order and charged me $12 for the deliver fee and a $5 tip. I was not notified at time of delivery of the total price. I received an email the following Monday, I placed this order on a Friday, that I was charged a total of $52 for two simple lunches. The driver was 20 minutes late and had called me earlier to tell me he was there, but was calling the wrong person. I am not impressed with their services in the least. I bought kitoks to support them during this time with Covid. I should have gone myself and given them the $52! I won’t be recommending or using Sic Em ever again. I would give 0 stars if I could.
They are the greatest! They really do all that they can to make sure the customers food is hot upon delivery. If something is wrong, they make EVERY effort to make it right and to make sure their customers are extremely happy with the services that they provide! Great job SicEm Delivery!!!!

I ordered my food at 7:23pm and checked a box that said to text me for updates on my order. I then wait and wait and wait and never get a text or call. At this point it’s 10:30 and the place I ordered from is closed. I open my email and that’s where they decided to tell me my order was ready. If I check a box saying something I expect that to be done. Why would I be hovering my email. Don’t put the box there if that’s not exactly what you’re going to do. I miss the old sic em delivery... Not using again.

Why are the menu prices on Sic Em Delivery so much higher than the actual menu prices for these restaurants?? Then they expect a tip. And some places they add gratuity. And still have a box for a tip. Like, really? Its cheaper to use my own gas to go get it myself.

Ive been using Sic Em delivery ever since theyve opened up. Ive placed approximately 25-30 orders with them. When I 1st started to use them they really were life savers in certain situations and usually reliable. The last few months theyve really let me down. Its a crap shoot using them.
Love how I got an email when they were picking up the food and then when they left the restaurant. Great service and food was still hot when it arrived at our house.

Great idea; horrible execution. An 8 dollar meal usually costs about $20, after all is said and done. And yes, you pay for convenience, but you also wait nearly an hour, sometimes without all of your order (especially sauces additionally requested), and Ive yet to have a hot meal delivered, granted that is probably the restaurants fault. Ive had to call to have my order corrected (missing items, charges for food the restaurant was out of) without so much as one resolution.
Use to love SicEm until you took away the cash payment!! Not everybody has credit/debit cards! Should really fix it or youre gonna lose a loyal customer.
This is the greatest thing to ever come to Waco besides Robert Griffin III! I can order from any restaurant in town, including fast food, and have it delivered to me within the hour for a $6 delivery fee. Perfect business for Waco and the Baylor community! Sicem Delivery even does groceries and other custom orders. Wow!
Orders are usually wrong. Apparently they dont bother to check the order before they deliver. Customer service argues when you call to make a complaint. Many drivers are rude and dont care when you inform them they messed up your order. Thankfully we have Waitr available now, since Ive decided not to use Sic em anymore.
From my experience this is pretty expensive. My driver was not friendly and failed to update my order. I waited longer than hour to receive an incorrect order, and cold food. This can be successful if properely executed like rivalry companies such as uber eats. I would not recommend this until the issues have been addressed.

Ordering over the phone takes longer than if you just order at the restaurant itself. Each employee is told different on how prices are set (such as lunch specials/deals). In addition prices of items are increased (8.99 meal would be 10.99 in my case), base rate of 5.00 for delivery and 1.00 charge for call assistance (??)... Would not use this service often, very rarely now.
I like the concept, food arrives timely. My big issue is the deceit the business uses to make a buck. Rather than just advertise that they charge an additional 15% on top of menu prices, plus a processing fee and a delivery fee, they instead state on their website If the price on the website differs from the price at the restaurant, the order will be adjusted before completion by a Sicem Delivery Representative. You will be notified of any adjusted price upon delivery. That makes you think you are paying restaurant prices, but really you are not. I have absolutely no issue paying an extra 15% for my food, but I definitely take exception to being misled. I also called to get clarification about this issue, and was told the processing fee is actually part of the 15% extra you pay, not in addition to it. But its not, I did the math. More deceit = less stars. Boo for taking a great concept and stinking it up with lies.Update: I just got my final receipt, and they also added in another fee under the menu description price. So in summary, a delivery fee, a processing fee, a mysterious price adjustment, AND 15%. Plan to pay that.update #2: Husband spoke with a manager, was told theres also a credit card fee. Yet 15% surcharge (of the total restaurant receipt AFTER tax), plus delivery fee plus the actual food price plus the credit card fee still is less than we paid. They are liars. Plain and simple.

Multiple incorrect orders. Happens way too much. Customer service was not good enough when dealing with unhappy customers. Poor experience after poor experience. A small credit back to get me to use this service again is an insult.

To date, I have NEVER received the refund.RESPONSE TO OWNER RESPONSE:1) It is absolutely false that I only informed your customer service about the missing items and nothing else. First, the burger was ordered plain and dry - just meat and bread. It was delivered with soggy tomatoes and pickles on it. I most certainly pointed this out to your customer service, so your response is factually inaccurate, most likely intentionally so.2) Your timeline is impossible, because at 40 minutes into the call trying to reach a resolution, being put on hold, etc., I pointed out to your customer service that I had been on the phone for over 40 minutes. At that time, I had not received any replacement food and did not receive the replacement food until sometime after the hour-long call ended. Factual inaccuracy number two on your part. By the time the call ended, the pizza was too cold to eat.3) I was as courteous to your representative as possible while being put on hold numerous times and offered non-resolutions to a completely botched meal. I apologize for expecting a reasonable, timely resolution to a completely botched meal. I cant attest to whether she was in tears or not when I was on the phone with her, but perhaps customer service isnt her calling. She was rude to me during the call.4) We did not even reach a resolution on the hour long phone call. I was transferred to a supervisor who was rude and insulting, claimed no authority to make anything right, and the call ended with her telling me she would have to get back with me the next day. Her email was hugely insulting, and included the threat to close my account.5) Your response confirms that you dont check orders, then claims to check orders. Which is it?In conclusion, based on your response to my review, I can confirm to the public that SicEm is a dishonest company, preferring to lie rather than make things correct.ORIGINAL REVIEW:Had ordered many times through their service. Had a couple of minor incorrect portions of certain orders which I accepted without complaint.However, the most recent order was missing the side to the kids meal, incorrectly made the kids meal food that we did receive, and was missing the drink. *************UPDATE 12/8/2018: the response they gave me to this review is complete and utter deception. I was fired for their mistake and they weren’t even honest enough people to tell me I was fired, and they told my fiancé several days later. .************ I worked for sicem in 2017 and 2018. Sicem sent me for a delivery a few nights ago in which I went to pick up a fast food order at 10:30 p.m. After waiting in the line for 15-20 mins to pay for the customers order, I get to the window and my company credit card isn’t working. There were about 10 people in the line behind me and at least 10 people in front of me in the line. After being scolded by the manager of the restaurant for holding up her line, dispatch tells me the card has been reset and it should work now. The card never worked, the manager refused to give me the food, so I decided I was ending my shift and going home due to multiple other mistakes that were made that night that had me frustrated. Dispatch contacts me 15-20 mins after I left the restaurant and told me the payment card should work, even though the lady swiped it numerous times with no success. So some days go by and I go to log in, and my employee account is deactivated and apparently I’ve been fired. I never received notice of being fired, never told them I was quitting, and still to this second NEVER received any information as to what was going on. Charles is a very rude miserable person who will use his “vocabulary “ to denominate, demean, and disrespect you. When I worked for sicem in 2017 I had to speak to him in private about the way he was rudely speaking to my fiancé who also worked there. I worked for 8 hours and made $65 not counting the $20 in gas that was used to make all the deliveries. Not exactly the best way to make cash. Not exactly the best people to work for. Not much but a waste of time. You’re better off using GrubHub, DoorDash, Favor, or Waitr if you’re looking to make some quick cash. They pay $2.75 per delivery, plus tips. I’ve witnessed 5 deliveries in a row with a $1-2 tip. That’s $3.75 or $4.75 a delivery on average, and some of the deliveries are 10-15 miles away. That also doesn’t account for however many miles you drive to pick up the food, then drive to the customers house, and then have to end up driving to another restaurant that may be 10-15 miles away because you just drove out 10-15 miles. They have contracts with some of the restaurants where they’re getting 50% off some of the food, while still charging the customer full price for the food, plus a delivery fee, and are only paying their drivers a guaranteed $2.75 if the customer decides not to tip.

I usually love ordering from this place. Its perfect for those days when you dont want to get out of the house, but you forgot to go grocery shopping days. Although, the one time I tried ordering at my place of employment with a co-worker, the man on the phone told me that I would have to pay TWO delivery fees?! Why would I pay two delivery fees if we are ordering from the same place and having it delivered to the same place? All we had were different payment methods. My co-worker told me that they delivered from them before and didnt run into this problem. This issue needs to be fixed if you want to keep a loyal customer!

Tried placing an order online, which stated Whatburger, which is clearly open, was closed. When I attempted to call 20 minutes before their closing time, (significantly after my attempts to place my order online), my calls were ignored. Horrible customer service

Not a good service! This is not the first time that my order has been late. I tried to give it chances, so disappointed. Now my nephew didnt get to eat during his lunch time.
Horrible. Accepted my order then cancelled it without notification. We could have been waiting for hours. When I called indicated the manager can change routes anytime. Dont use this service if you expect any meal.
