Honestly cant go wrong with this HEB location. It is currently being remodeled to become an HEB Plus but that has not stopped them from providing the same great customer service as always. Can not recall a time that a product or service was not available. If youre unable to locate an item, just ask, they go above and beyond to help you find it. Curbside and delivery available. HEB gas station on site as well. The only thing missing is a car wash but Im sure that is to come.

If I could put no stars I would. They except an order online, charge for the order online and then do not deliver! No way of correcting the situation and all anyone can do is take my name and number. Makes no since. If no one is available for delivery orders at said time DO NOT PUT TIMES AVAILABLE ONLINE!

Wooded Acres location is remodeling while staying open. Its more than a little crazy,but they have people posted throughout the store to help direct you and/or walk you to where the item your looking for has been relocated to. The staff truly was friendly and helpful. I saw a woman simply looking lost and 2 staff members went to her to ask if they could help. Customer service gets 10 stars. I was impressed

A great HEB although in the middle of what appears to be a very large renovation and expansion! Staff is EXTRA helpful and apologetic for the disruption but can tell us where to find anything that has been relocated temporarily. Very well stocked as usual and Im excited to have a big new store!!I would typically rate them 5 and beyond but some folks may want to know about the disruption and wait to come for the grand reopening!

This H-E-B absolutely refuses to restock an item when it runs out, and some things it just will not carry for some reason. Certain items in the frozen breakfast section, for just one example, have been out of stock for over a month and the shelves have been empty. Surely someone at HEB has noticed by now? When I asked an H-E-B employee, their stupid answer was If it doesnt sell, we dont order it. My response: You have that backwards - it doesnt sell because you wont order it!When will Waco get a Kroger? What kind of sweet deal does H-E-B have with the City of Waco or McLennan County that allows it to have a supermarket monopoly here? Perhaps the remedy for this is good old-fashioned competition.

Great store with customer satisfaction being #1. Shop yourself or order grocerys on line and pick them up. All great! They have so much to choose from. Fresh meat, produce,a bakery,deli,seafood market,pharmacy, cosmetics, over the counter medicine just to name a few. I love this store and you will too!

HEB is a great place to shop. The one I was at is being expanded to about twice the size. Nice variety of produce. Picked up some yellow meat watermelon which i had not seen in years. It was so sweet. Prices are reasonable. The HEB brand ice cream is as good as Blue Bell. The employees are very helpful. Parking is not very good because of the construction but that should go away after completion. The garden center and availability of barbecue grills are a nice touch. Although I wished the grills would be available on line for out of town delivery. I saw on made out of a 55 gallon drum like my dad had.

This store is usually so crowded, impossible to find parking. Half the shelves are empty. Almost always out of gluten free breads, tortillas, they dont have a selection of gluten free in the frozen food either. Not a good selection for those with food allergies

Got balloons for my 17 y.o. daughter and the young lady in floral was very helpful with getting me exactly what I needed

HEB on Wooded Acres is my favorite store. Found these nice jalapeño peppers thatll make up some nice poppers for our guests. Having Mexican food for Christmas and my daughter from Bakersfield, CA made us fresh tamales!!Merry Christmas everyone and remember.... Emmanuel is the reason for this season! Jesus is Lord.

One of the most cleanest,friendliness and organized H.E.B.stores Ive ever visited! Partners were helpful and courteous!

The H-E-B on Wooded Acres Drive is much cleaner even though they are going through a remodel, than the H-E-B on 19th street. All stores need to be kept up regardless of the area. Of course the customers are a big contributing factor in keeping the store clean, and I certainly do my part in respecting the environment, other peoples property and the community. There is a wide selection to choose from which is good.

This HEB is in great condition and items that I found were on stock.

They are doing some heavy construction to upgrade the location. Outside of that I was reminded about their gigantic collection of all sorts of things. Not often I can walk into a grocery store and say yeah I could spend a thousand dollars here.

At this HEB there is a broad selection to choose from, and they always keep items well stocked. I love this HEB location

Store is under a massive expansion. Right now it is in a state of kaos, and customer experience is a bit lacking. Looking forward to the remodel. Kudos to the ever attentive HEB parking lot security.They are visible and actively canvassing the lot for suspicious activity....

Great HEB. Always a great store. I happened to be a block away and decided to go here instead of the one close by my house. I love going here to wooded acres. The staff are super nice and helpful. HEB cant be beat. Love

Would give it a negative star if I could. The lady Gisselle was suppose to know “coupon policies” but didn’t understand that all digital coupons do not mean store coupons. She also thought manufacturers coupons do not stack with store coupons. She was EXTREMELY hateful too.

Very customer-friendly place and they treat their employees well. Things are usually stocked and their combo Loco things are awesome you have to look for them on the shelves. I do 100% of my shopping for groceries at HEB. On the downside theyre usually very packed and the customers tend to not be very friendly.

HEB is a great Texas owned grocery store. I am excited they are getting their plants in. I am loading up on perennials for spring color. The store is still filling up after the big freeze and is doing better than most other grocery companies. I am looking forward on leading up on more plants!

Found my cats food and was able get in and out conveniently.

A good place to get your groceries with many coupons, deals & savings. But it can be a bit crowded around the holidays. One of the store managers name of Michael Mercer he is pretty helpful when it comes to products that are missing are not on the shelf.

Wish their beer selection was better, but overall good experience.

Used to be my go to store, not anymore. I found really disappointing detail today. I was looking for the clorox wipes and this banner said “low prices $5.98 for 3 pk”. Here is where it gets interesting, so I removed the tag to see the original price for the product and SHOCK!!!! The original price for the product is $5.28 for 3 pk. Try to compare all the barcode numbers if you really want to be sure.HEB commercial says it for people of Texas. Sure, it’s for people of Texas to rob them. Don’t believe me, see the pictures.

There is no place to shop for groceries and other goods and supplies like HEB! I have gone there since I was a child, and I am 78 years old. You can always depend on HEB to give you the best, be the best and do everything they can to supply your needs and help you!

Their displayed fresh bell pepper packs were not so fresh. I went to the fresh vegetable area and same so I didnt get any. I did get the fajita meat displayed and Wholly Quacamole and hot fresh warm flour tortillas and cheese though. It was also very crowded and seemed like customers didnt want to obey the safe distancing rules. Ugh. No fault of HEB though.

I like HEB generally, but I must say that in the midst of the pandemic, shopping at the Wooded Acres store on a Tuesday night in their last 2 hours open was actually enjoyable again. The size of this store really makes a difference in days of social distancing. And the space seemed to make everyone more comfortable so that even other shoppers were pleasant. The employees of the store were extremely pleasant as well, which I have come to expect at HEB. Always as good an experience as grocery shopping can be.

Went there last night great as usual

Well we have always loved the store but recently our $300/week groceries are hosed up at curb side pickup. Why must my wife drive 45mins each direction to be given the wrong items twice with some ill communicated excuse. Get squared away! You have one job.

Normally a favorite store of mine, however, had to use the restroom on my last trip and it was beyond disgusting . The accumulation of poorly cleaned surfaces, toilets were filthy, paper strewn about and the smell....was irresponsible management and hope Im not missing something elsewhere in the store that is just as bad a health hazard, very disappointed

Ive been a loyal and extremely satisfied customer of HEB, especially the Wooded Acres location, my entire life. Never once have I been told to wear a mask, even at the height of the COVID hysteria. It wasnt until today, almost a week after the governor lifted the statewide mask mandate, that I was told by an HEB employee that I had to dawn a mask to enter. HEB has forever lost a life-long customer due to their enforcing a ridiculous and unnecessary rule in order to cater to unhinged Karens, chronic hypochondriacs and ill informed fear mongers; an insignificant contingent that makes up an extremely small percentage of their customer base. Brookshire Brothers, benefactor of HEBs inexcusable ignorance, now has a new loyal customer.

The prices are very competitive, the rewards and coupons are exceptional, and the HEB brand line of products are cheaper and as good or better than their name brand competitors.
