I purchased a very nice used hot tub off of Marketplace and needed someone to move it for me. I called them to see if they would pick up and deliver. They were able to schedule delivery within 10 days and it was delivered right on time. Very nice and professional service from the scheduling to the delivery! Very satisfied and I look forward to using them to service the spa as well.

When American Home Shield couldnt find a company to repair my Spa, they authorized me to locate a business to diagnose and repair my equipment. I contacted Waco Pool & Spa. They diagnosed and repaired my Spa quickly and efficiently. They just got a life long customer. Excellent service from start to finish.

I unfortunately has to replace the sand filter and the pump this year. Waco pool and spa did a fantastic job. They had great communication and were very quick and professional. The price was what I was expecting and feel prices were very reasonable. I have used other pool companies in the past, but waco pool and spa has been the best and I will always call then when I need service on my pool.

Ive used these pool humans exclusively since buying my home. They have been courteous, on time, professional and friendly at every turn. I recently had a warranty claim for a faulty pool light seal and Lloyd came today and got it knocked out in a jiffy! Great folks and great service!

Waco Pool and Spa is by far the best pool service company in the greater Waco area. Tim and the rest of the staff are always very responsive and knowledgeable. Their service fees are competitive with other companies and you definitely get what you pay for. I have hired several companies in the past and they were not reliable, didnt do a thorough job, or didnt even show up at times. Waco Pool and Spa is extremely reliable, they have the best customer service, and I would highly recommend them for your pool needs.

I have used this pool service for the past 4-5 years as it has evolved. In general it is a fine group of pool service professionals. There has been the mishaps through the years with greener personal (not closing a backwash valve; draining the pool!) and putting chlorine tablets in our basket (instead of our chlorine buoy). The service has increased in price every other year and at times my wife comments that the service tech. does so little. On the upside, when I contact Waco Pool & Spa they immediately return my call or email. Solutions for problems are found and they can fix all the mechanical aspects of the pool. I trust them weekly for up keep of our pool and they know our pool well.

We recently had an in ground pool installed and are using Waco Pool and Spa to service it. Weve been so pleased with their timeliness, attention to detail, and work. They even came out right after the ice storm to check on our pool because they knew it was new! Weve been so impressed and cant wait to enjoy the summer in our pool.

I wish I could give them 10 stars! We bought our house last year and the previous owners had installed an in-ground spa. The spa had not been used in many, many, many years and the equipment had to be replaced. Not only did Tim review and endorse the equipment I wanted to buy, but we also hired his company to come out and install it. Tim and his crew did an incredible job and we couldnt be more thrilled with the outcome. Tub is hot, hot, hot and the equipment has been running smoothly. We also hired them for their weekly Spa maintenance which also includes a bit of education for me to be able to, eventually, maintain the spa on my own. He and his wife Holli have been great with communication and their prices were perfect. I wouldnt hesitate for a second to refer this company to all of my friends and family. Hire them. These guys are the best. After the ice/snow storm they repaired my broken pipes and made sure everything was in working order. Their service crew is the best. They were very fair on the pricing of the repairs and the parts.

I called Waco Pool and Spa and was connected to Clare one of the owners. I told her what I was looking for and she was most helpful in sending me information on exactly what I was looking for. She was able to arrange a viewing of the pool and Spa we are looking for. We were able to also meet her husband Jason also one of the owners. He was very helpful and able to answer all our questions. Broken pump pipes: After the expected wait due to many other customers experiencing similar burst pipes, the service was good.Update: The service didn’t fix the cell issues and is still down. So far the company has come out regularly but I’ve spent a lot of money without a working system.

Good group to purchase a pool from. They will give you your options and complete the project from a - z. They also have a free chemical analysis of your pool water that you can use as much as you like. Then they have all the chemicals you need to keep your pool clean.

I have utilized Waco Pool & Spa for my personal pool for 2+ years, since moving into the area. They are professional, patient, and do a great job. I have been impressed with their excellent customer service, even coming out on holiday weekend Friday after 5PM when the pump went down. They put up with my dog, who felt the need to jump in the pool whenever the service tech arrived (even in January) and never complained. Cant be happier.They also maintain our Homeowners Association pool, and I have never heard a complaint. They have taken care of weekend emergencies, expediently and the pool always looks great.Cant say enough about what a great service company they are.

We bought our home that came with a pool A year and half ago.It was our first pool and we tried to clean and do the chemicals to the neglected pool our self. Pool pump problems. Would not prime and leaking air into the system. Appt for afternoon but Jason arrived earlier(Yea). Jason quickly assessed the system, diagnosed the problem and repaired it with $50 of parts in hand.All in the sum of about an hour. Cost was considerably cheap for the repair and visit. Happy that it was that easy, but very tickled about the speed and technical skills of the repair. I would do it again and highly recommended for pool/spa problems.

I can not say enough GREAT things about Waco Pool and Spa. They have always been incredibly helpful, tested my water, and answered my silly questions! The REAL test came when my hot tub stopped working RIGHT when it got cold outside. They ordered the part, fixed it, and now ALL IS RIGHT IN THE WORLD AGAIN!

They DO NOT run up a huge tab on your credit card without your consent for unnecessary chemicals and equipment which is what I experienced from my last pool service provider (Lake Air Pool Service/LAPS). Love Waco Pool & Spa! We contacted Waco Pool & Spa to come help us set up our pool for the summer and answer our questions about how to use our heater. They were wonderfully patient with all of my questions, got our pool up to snuff for the summer, and even helped get the correct filter baskets for our pool. They even installed the baskets the next day while we were away from home. Definitely plan to continue to use Waco Pool & Spa for our pool and hot tub needs.

They could have just replaced the control panel again like our other company, but they researched, called the manufacturer and found out there was a solution to prevent future problems. These folks are ALWAYS friendly. I wish I would have bought my hot tub from them! I am a new pool owner, and I can take fresh samples of my pool water there and they test it for free. After testing they provide a list of chemicals I need to treat my pool. They are always really nice to me and always help me load my chemicals into my car when I buy in bulk. I just wish they had longer hours of operation.

Not only do I spend less on pool supplies, my results are better than when I was patronizing other stores! While I take the do it yourself approach to most pool servicing, when I have an emergency or an issue beyond my experience, the field technicians are the best!

I only rated the store five stars because they did not allow for 10 or more stars. This is more than just a five star Pool and spa store. There are no pushy salesman there and the entire staff is absolutely fantastic and they treat you like family, from the owner down to the installers, everyone there, everyone is very friendly knowledgeable and willing to help. I liked it so much I ended up buying a 24 foot above ground pool and a hot tub at the same time, and I have to say, my backyard is marvelous the hot tub is fantastic the pool is beautiful and feels great And the knowledgeable staff Could not have been any more friendly. I like this place so much I was tempted to invite them over for a barbecue so they can go swimming and get in the hot tub but I’m sure they already have their own. These are some very very very nice people and knowledgeable. I will return there for all of my pool and chemical supplies. The part that surprised me was That it is actually affordable and I am on a limited income

The first impression that I did receive was wonderful so I wont say that its not a friendly and informative environment. I in to have a pump installed for an Above Ground Pool and I was given false information. After 5 days of getting wrong information I was told that they dont deal with Above Ground Pools or Intex Products. All this information was given in a face to face conversation within the store. My family was told that we would receive a phone call and none was given. Unhappy with the way business was conducted with me and my family.
