I purchased 2020 Low Rider and I am very please with the dealership. Autumn helped me thorough the purchase process. She is very friendly yet professional. The staff at dealership is knowledgeable and friendly as well. I drive 134 miles to the dealership to get my motorcycle but in the end the long drive was very well worth it.

Please read till the end for the good part.I purchased a 2011 Street Glide from a private party. I took it to them to have a complete service done with fluid changes and have them check it out for any problems. I went ahead and had them clean it up and payed extra for the full detail. My total bill came out to about $900. I have to say I wasn’t very happy with the results. When you pay over $250 for a detailed wash and polish you expect a quality job. My 10 year old grandson could have done a better job.As for the service, the bike ran well, the oil looked fresh to me but the air filter wasn’t even cleaned. The shop has a long list of things they do on a full service and one item is to replace theair cleaner or at least clean it. The filter was never taken off the bike and I had to clean it myself. If the service guy took that short cut, what else did he skip ?I posted this review to get to the good part of my experience.. I did send them an email about my complaint but with a few more expletives. They replied offering to redo the detail and make things right but I never took them up on it. I had my grandson do it and he did an excellent job. The bottom line is the next time I visited the shop, which was only the second time I had been there, the service manager recognized me, approached me, shook my hand and apologized for my bad experience. The reason I was there that day was to inquire about the cost of replacing my handlebars. They offered me a steep discount on the labor cost and he even payed for a $50 tshirt I was buying for my friend. These guys are totally professional. They take pride in what they do and actually care about their customers. I will continue to use them and highly recommend them. I love them so much I’m taking my baby in for some new shoes tomorrow. A few days ago, when I was in for my last for service, I got both my tire and mileage service done, even though I was short 1k. Everyone was friendly, as usual and although it took a several hours, I didnt mind because I had nothing else to do. Besides, Id rather everything was done right and not rushed. My only complaint is having to go down 31 to get there. Thats a ROAD, not a highway. Highways a supposed to be smooth and 31 is far from that.”

I stopped recently at Waco Harley Davidson. I was greeted with a smile and great customer service. I left with the correct face shield for my helmet, and a new cap.

To all you people this place is calling to buy you bike!!! This place has integrity issues! I don’t recommend trusting anything they say! I was told over the phone to come down the deal was approved. (The GM makes up excuses for not being there and following thru on deals) I drove down from Fort Worth and was told the GM just left so just leave my bike and come back four days later and get a check? They wanted me to sign papers? I took the time to send pictures confirm price and made the deal over the phone! Get there last night and OH the GM forgot to sign the check? Then was told OH he had a family emergency! They lost a customer for life!!!

We bought our 2014 Touring here! Great salesman, Bobby, and all the staff were awesome. They worked with our budget when the other shops wouldnt. Mechanics made sure the bike was safe before buying it too. We recommend going here to buy your next Harley.

Whether you are a seasoned rider or novice, the staff here are your friends. I always felt like their intention was not to sell me a bike, but rather to see if they could help me find the kind of bike I was looking for. Everybody is super friendly and eager to help you find “your bike”.

After having my husbands bike for 7 mths to do repairs from a storm that flung his bike and turned it. They want to call and say the battery is no good and the gas tank has rust inside. But its our fault. Funny how it was getting rode and nothing was wrong with it before that. 7 mths? The manager that does repairs is rude and unprofessional. One excuse after another when we called of why its taking so long for repairs.

I rarely use anything other than the parts department but they have always been helpful

Be forewarned! These guys will sell you a motorcycle. Hell, theyll sell you two if youre not carful. But in all seriousness, I wouldnt go anywhere else for a Harley. Ive been to most of the other Adams Harley shops as well as Temple, Burleson, Paris, Ft. Worth etc and these guys are the hands down winners for customer service and bending over backwards to treat you well.In the last six months Ive bought 2 bikes from them, my brother bought his new Road King and my girlfriend got a sweet deal on a Softail Slim.Everyone Ive worked with there is great. Its easy to get on a first-name basis with the whole crew and fun to hang out at their events or just stop in on your way through town.If you are in the market for a Harley, you would be remiss to not at least come in and talk with these guys (but be careful, they WILL sell you a bike).

Looking to buy another bike. Never owned a Harley. Always had bikes like cbrs. Not really sure as to what I really want and I walked around for about 15 minutes. Not one employee asked if they could help or even acknowledged I was there. Will be going to bike dealer up in ft.worth this week to buy something.

This place lacks customer service. Went in to browse and hopefully walk out with a new purchase, but after 20 minutes of looking at bikes both inside and outside there was no one who even offered to assist us. There were half a dozen employees available throughout the store and only one lady greeted us after wed been there 10 minutes, but offered no assistance. Right before we left there was an older caucasian woman who entered and was receiving service as we were exiting the parking lot within a span of 5 minutes. Not sure if we didnt fit the race description or the look but either way this place is useless.

Ive never had a bad experience walking through the doors of HDWaco. Always greeted, always asked if i needed help or if there was something in particular i was looking for. This crew is good. Damn near had me riding out on a 2021 UltraClassic. Maybe next year LOL. Thank yall

Blow out on the highway is not a pleasant experience! Insurance could not find a tow truck that could come get us. I called Harley Davidson Waco and they not only came and picked us up (and our bike), the service department stayed open late in order to get us back on the road! Could not say thank you enough! I have been in the store on multiple occasions both to buy clothing and price accessories. I bought my bike there in 2016 and they delivered it all the way Lubbock for me. Now that I live in Waco, I drop in from time to time on lunch breaks just to check things out. They are always friendly, and if I choose to discuss trading my bike they are always fair. I strongly recommend this friendly atmosphere, and kind staff. The managers are very fair, and motivated to sell. Great store.

Bad experience with the service department and when I spoke to the general manager about the bad service that was being done on my bike... he was no help at all and would not understand where was coming from with my my problem. Every one is so nice when you look to buy..but once you buy from them and you out the door and need them to fix the problems they cause to your bike that you paid them in the first place to do that should have been done right the first time..but they treat folks a little different once they get your money so I will go some where else for my next bike ....fyi sales team great group of guys and love them to death..GM and service department ....1 to 10......a 2..

First time in a HD Store. Lots of workers waiting for customers. That was sad.Go buy a Harley!We were there to visit the tshirt area. What an amazing worker in this area. Her name was like Rosely?Every store needs a worker like her. She was so nice and kind and helpful. We laughed when I asked her if she could tell we were 1st timers...She said we had that look 😄We found some amazing deals on the sale racks and be sure to buy a poker chip.

I went there for some dealer pins and chips when we were visiting Waco. They had a nice selection of shirts, Etc. The sales hot was very knowledgeable and very friendly. If we lived in Texas, I would seriously consider buying a bike there.
