I’ve had quite a bit work done from this place and I would recommend this place to EVERYONE. Carlos is awesome and completely professional. Like to the point where he goes out of his way to satisfy his costumers. I got long tube headers, cam, stall, and a tune on my truck along with some other things and even “after the fact” he makes sure everything is right with your vehicle. I won’t take my truck anywhere else and I consider Carlos as a friend now with what he has done for me! TOP NOTCH WORK! 👍🏻

Took my 06 Silverado 1500 to them and got nothing but honest professional help at a very affordable price. They helped pick out the perfect full exhaust system for my truck starting at the headers all the way to the muffler. Everyone I worked with was very professional. They told me they would get my truck done by the end of the day and they did just that and even went over and beyond to help fix other issues I was having with the truck! Definitely found my go to muffler shop. Thought I had a weld come apart. Carlos put my truck on the rack showed me where somebody cut clean through two pipes and started another two cuts. They welded it up sounds like new. In and out totally reasonably priced. Fair and honest.

I needed to get my girlfriends Cadillac converter changed. I went to them because I had been hearing alot of great things about them and they lived up to the expectations and exceeded it. The guy that was helping me worked around all my schedules and and even offered to stay late to get it fixed luckily we didnt have to do that, he even texted when my part was in so I didnt have to wait. Went in for a diagnostic thought it was my cats on 01 suburban but they saved me from spending big money on replacing both stated they were fine its an electrical issue but went ahead and got a muffler delete with dual chrome tips at a reasonable price very honest and good workmanship. This is my second visit to Waco Muffler, always professional and courteous.

Asked for washers to be welded behind muffler support bracket so it wouldnt come off a third time, got charged $30 which I thought was fair. Got home and looked, no washers, just stuck back in the bracket. UPDATE: I was invited to return to allow them to correct the issue, they did so timely and satisfactorily. Thanks for standing behind their work!
