This is the worst company I have ever dealt with. The supervisor, Jeff, is the biggest jerk. They ordered the wrong part for my printer and refused to take it back. DONT USE THIS COMPANY

I cannot share enough good about CDWP. We had Richo for years with sub-par service and printing quality. Working with Roxanne, we were able to find a machine that was the same cost as our Richo contract, get better printing for the same money. These folks are the best for a reason.

CTWP sends out a tech promptly, on a regular basis. Its fixes the problem for about 24- 48 hours and then here we go again.

Incredibly frustrating. Not only do you have to deal with the office in Waco, where the people are usually rude, you also have to deal with an office in Iowa. The Iowa office is a joke. They never return phone calls; theyve lost our contract; and theyve gotten us mixed up with another contract. I cannot wait to be out of my contract with them.
