Terrible experience. I was told it would be at least a nine hour wait. They arranged for another load and it was still over 6 hour wait and the load was wrong. Had to move my truck out of the dock and back up to the office window so they could verify straps were In place because they can’t get up and look. Won’t be able to make it home to my family now. No consideration at all.

Unloaded a day early. Not the first time. Good place and great employees.
