Excellent service! The store near me is less than helpful, Waco is is worth the drive. They think of everything and dont let you leave the store until you are totally set up and your phone is online!

I had gone to this store before for help with technical issues with my phone and most of the time theyre helpful, which is why Im giving three stars instead of one. But this last time I went, my phone was not transferring videos to my cloud on my computer. We confirmed that it wasnt an internet issue before I went in. I need the videos because its a big part of my work. The kid that helped me barely looked at my phone and told me that the videos were still backing up. He looked and said, there, its done backing up. I told him I knew this wasnt the issue; it made no sense that my videos had been backing up for a week and then suddenly they just finished backing up. The kid wouldnt listen and felt he was right. I went home and told him I would see if it was on my cloud computer, and nope, they werent there.After doing a lot more searching and experimenting with internet connection on our own, we discovered that the issue was that my phone was on battery saver which makes some apps not work. I switched turned off battery saver, checked my computer, and boom, a weeks worth of videos were waiting for me.I felt totally blown off by the kid who wouldnt listen to me. I wish he had listened to my problems a little more and looked intot he issue a little more in depth. Being familiar with my type of phone, Im sure he wouldve discovered the problem within minutes if he had just taken the time. One star experience for me.

I will never return to this location if I can help it. Upon receiving my replacement warranty phone I asked to verify that it was a new phone and not refurbished, to which I was told it should be. Not only was this incorrect information but the phone would not charge and instead of taking care of the problem I was sent on my way with another phone I ended up having to return as well. Manager Paula seemed more concerned with her shift ending than making sure I was taken care of. As a manger, she should have known that this was 1- not a new phone and 2- it was going to have charging issues. This screwed up my entire evening as I had no other option than to return the phone the same day by closing time or go five days without a phone, which is not only inconvenient but not an option for business reasons . My experience with this location back in September with two different people was also less than stellar. AVOID!!

Had to wait forever to get service and did not get the correct information to solve my problem. I could understand waiting while they helped customers but wasting time hatting about unrelated issues with customers while others waiting is almost as unacceptable as getting the wrong information to solve a problem.

Parker is great, answered questions and was thorough.
