The employees are customer friendly and always asking if the customer needs help. During busy times and more than a couple people in line the cashier will send an alert to get another cashier to assist.

Good place to get movie theater candy and cheap holiday decorations. Always a colorful cast of characters working there as well.

After visiting my mother in hospital I specifically went in to purchase cleaning products which I did except for Swiffer cleaner. But I found an alternative thanks for a customers suggestion.I was greeted by the cashier and only employee in store. The store was brightly lit which was nice. Yet, the floors and shelves were difficult to shop because products were scattered all over. It was pretty messy. Not sure why manager doesnt keep two employees on payroll on a Saturday night.

They always have a a good price on something I need.

A very clean and well stocked store, it has everything from freezer foods to canned goods!! Good kitchen utensils, knives and basic goods!!

I was impressed by a young man named William. What a great attitude while he was stocking shelves. Tia in checkout was good as well. I purchased 5 items and my bill was $5 plus tax. They live up to the name but exceed service exectations. Thats probably why the store was so busy!

The prices are great.the employees are really nice,but they really could use a better manager that will actually help on the check out when they get Busey and not just run in the office like I experienced on a few occasions.a strong manager will make a strong team wich will make a better store and better shopping experience for the customers

Everything is only $1 or less. Lots of fun stuff, lots of cheaply made stuff. Just about what youd expect for a dollar store.

They never have enough help at peak times on the registers. It should never take 15 minutes to check out. Good value when it comes to products and quality.

The store was ok but they need to check the ceiling tiles because some look like they are about ready to collapse

Its ok, not bad, but you get what you pay for. The items are not completly bad, but the employees are. They are always budding in my way, checking out to slow, etc. It sometimes makes me think Id rather go to Target a pay a buck or two more for the same item. At least at Target the employees are nice.

Found what I needed. Checkout person was friendly. Everyone was wearing masks and there was distancing at checkout. Good experience!

Date of Visit: 7/6/2019 around 7:00PM - This location lost stars because of their employees. The cashier was friendly, talkative, and customer-oriented to the person in front of us in line for check-out. When she left and we moved forward, the cashier looked at us with a face of disgust, didnt say any sort of greeting, and then pointed to the credit card terminal (instead of saying a total). Better quality of store than, for example, the Shakopee location (which is always filthy and disgusting) - but loses major points due to the lack of customer service.

You never know what useful items you will find here ... for only $1. I must confess Ive been to Dollar Tree FOUR TIMES this week.

Its a big dollar store with everything need for a $1 plus really awesome seasonal decor for the house or party and add ons for Halloween costumes. Also great customer service, helpful and friendly!!

I love this store and the employees are always nice. However today I went in for a couple of things, in and out right!! No there were 10 of us in line the manager came out to help with a problem at the register then turned and went back in her office. There were 10 more people in line when I left!! Frustrating!!

Customer service is always the same at every store. The selection kind of sucks. I was looking forward to waconia moving up and getting a dollar store but Id rather go to the dollar store in EP or anywhere else because I feel like this dollar store is just a half a**ed dollar store to make the town more money.

Nice and clean, workers are nice and professional I would recommend a visit you wont be disappointed.

Nothing spectacular, I know the business is still trying to adjust since opening. I had a really weird experience at the checkout where the guy just put all my glass mugs in one bag, no wrapping or double bagging. So I asked him to wrap them, and then ended up just doing it myself. And I thought hed get the point and put my mugs in another bag to carry them but nope. Handed me my change and that was it. So I asked for another bag to put them in (otherwise I would have just had to hold each one) and he still didnt get it, so I put them in that bag myself, too.

Luv this place. Cant wait till Aldis opens
