The staff has been friendly and helpful. If someone didnt have an answer they would seek out someone that does have an answer. Additionally the selection of furniture is of quality make.

I’ve only had my love seat and sofa for a few years and the cushions already wrinkling and the cord around the cushions are no longer straight. Long story short, I was asked to bring cushions in and they came back worse then when I brought them in. For the money I spent on several pieces of furniture and the quality of furniture I received... I would not recommend this store. Poor communication, not warm warm welcoming feeling when you walk in. My sectional from slumberland that I bought almost 10 years ago is in excellent shape!

There is so much more to this store than immediately meets the eye. They are so helpful in finding out what works in your home. The designers come to your home at no cost to visualize the space and listen to what you are thinking. Their knowledge is comprehensive and they can find or create what you want based on your tastes and desired price points. They offer suggestions (which we almost always take) but are not pushy in the least. Very pleasant experience. Always thrilled with the results. Nice people.

We were referred to Yetzers from a reputable contractor and they were everything and more than promised as we renovated our 1941 kitchen. Brent assisted us in store looking for options to match our criteria and then sent Bob out to do the estimate. Bob was EXTREMELY helpful in suggestions for dealing with some previous floor issues to assure our new flooring met our needs. He actually came out twice after we had abatement done, to examine the subfloor and options. The installers Kelly and Levi were superb and did a lovely job. From start to finish the team was professional, easy to work with and provided EXCELLENT service. I am beyond delighted!

Yetzers is terrific! We had to have a custom built sofa to fit the area of the family room where we wanted it. The manufacturer of the sofa we wanted to use suggested Yetzers. We worked with Dawn. She was terrific from start to finish. She was very knowledgeable and patient. She guided us to the best solution. We were so impressed that we followed up with carpet for our basement and all of our bedrooms with Dawns able assistance. The carpet installation crew was very professional with a concern that the details be done right! We sure are glad that we found Yetzers.

Really disappointed going here today. This place came highly recommend to us by multiple people for custom furniture. We walked in looking to purchase one, maybe two custom couches. We weren’t greeted until we were half way through the store and we got a “hi” from a guy in the back and then he looked back down to what he was doing. We walked the entire store and we were never offered help or asked any questions. The guy in the back was texting on his bright orange phone for the 20-30 minutes we looked around so we decided to take out business elsewhere. I’m not sure if it was because we are a young couple? Who knows. Just didn’t feel like we were even acknowledged as being there. We were the ONLY people in the store at the time.

Wanted to give a shout out to Tammy at Yetzers! She was wonderful and helped coordinate the color scheme I was going for in our basement. She has an eye for design, and we are thrilled with the vinyl planking flooring we chose through Yetzers. It truly makes our basement.

We have purchased nearly all of our furniture for 2 different homes from Yetzers. We looked other places but always came back to Yetzers for the selection, quality and service they provide. Great service all around. Good selection, and fair prices. Custom orders take 4-6 weeks for delivery usually. Delivery crew is very helpful, friendly, and know how to move furniture properly.

We were happy with our Yetzers experience. Sales person Wade was great. Pricing was good. Only wish they had a larger selection of Lazy Boys. Fortunately we knew what we wanted to place the order.

We started with vertical blinds in the living room and dining room. We had a little trouble with the manufacturer in that they sent the wrong color mounting track, and when we decided to use the small valance that matched, the manufacturer sent the wrong size. Dawn did a great job in helping solve the problem and coordinate everything with the installer.We then bought vertical blinds for the basement with no problem..The installation of the linoleum and the carpeting went very smoothly. We bought some new furniture at the same time. Yetzers agreed to remove the old furniture the day before installing the carpeting, and deliver the new furniture the day after installation. That saved us from moving a lot of furniture.My thanks to Adam, Levi and Greg, the installers; and Dawn, Clovis and Wade in sales. Good job guys!

My husband and I recently moved into a small home in Waconia. We had two area rugs we wanted to keep but they needed resizing. I stopped at Yetzers to see if they knew of anyone, and Brent was able to help us. Not only did he give us the information we needed, he was able to have the rugs resized and back to us very quickly. They look lovely and we were so pleased with the advice/help we received from him. We definitely would recommend Yetzers and Brent.

After having the worst possible experience with our General Contractor we worked with Yetzers to do our flooring. They were by far and away the best flooring company we have ever worked with. We delayed them several times and they worked with that. The quality of workmanship was outstanding. We have referred several of our neighbors to them once they seen the work they did. Outstanding is the best word do describe the experience with Yetzers.

My husband and I shopped around quite a bit for a new dining room set. We decided to stop in at Yetzers and see what they had, but went in thinking that they probably wouldnt have anything in our price range. We had been to HOM, Ashley, Slumberland, and all of the other large chain furniture retailers. We were really impressed with the service and hometown feel at Yetzers. We worked with Tom and he helped us pick out the perfect table and chairs for our home and in our price range. We still shopped around after visiting Yetzers, but nothing else was as nice or as solid as what we found in Waconia. We love our table and chairs. We wanted something that would last for many, many years and we definitely found it. The protection plan that we were able to buy was also a great deal. Jim and Greg delivered our furniture and they were also great to work with. The next time we need furniture, Yetzers will be our first stop. Thank you!

Yetzers Sales, product-quality as well as Service is unarguably superior to a large chain in the Twin Cities! We purchased a rocker-recliner from a chain store for about $450. The sewing was poor and the stuffing was mis-shapen. The store swiftly passed my complaint to a 1-800 number. They didnt listen. The Rep offered me money, the complaint department email and eventually I just didnt want to deal with it and dismissed it as buyer beware.Yetzers is completely different! We bought two rocker-recliners from Wade, who was exceptionally friendly and informed, also for about $450. Yetzers offered us delivery for half the price of the other place. They arrived via Jim, another friendly, neighborly employee of Yetzers. Shortly after we sat in them I found a crinkly piece of something in the stuffing. I called Yetzers and they set up a time, at my convenience, to meet at address the problem. No 1-800 number, email, etc.-- just I can help.Jim came out, on time, and was able to remove a small piece of packaging that was missed during manufacturing. He was professional, helpful and happy to help! It took him four minutes.The way the issue was handled is exceptional. I can see why Ive heard people who live around Waconia say they will only buy from Yetzers. Im certain that I will buy exclusively from these folks in the future.

Why we purchased our furniture at Yetzer’s Home Furnishings and Flooring in Waconia!Did you know that there are about seven furniture stores on France Ave in Edina? They carry very nice furniture; they also have associates waiting for you at the door to walk you around their store and basically talk you in to purchasing whatever piece you are currently looking at, even if you are not sure it’s right for you. I know you probably have not heard of Yetzer’s Furniture Store in Waconia, I hadn’t! A friend told me about it, so after touring all those other furniture stores we decided to check them out.It was great! No pressure, wander at your leisure and when you are ready, they are ready to help you. We picked out a love seat and wing back chair and then sat down with Tom Wiest and talked about fabrics; there were hundreds to choose from. Tom asked all the right questions about our home and helped us to decide which would look best. The order was placed and we were given an eight week delivery window. Furniture arrived in six weeks and looks great in our home. So if anybody asks me about where to purchase furniture; I will tell them to go to Yetzer’s Home Furnishings and Flooring in Waconia.Thank you; great job Tom!B & D Erickson
