Closed till Thursday, consistently understaffed. Poor operator.I feel really bad if you have their PO Box and now cant get to it. Should just close or sell to better operator.

I have always had a great experience at this store until today. A young lady, her name starts with a K seemed very irritated to be working and dealing with the public. She was very rude and short, not just with me, but others as well. Kindness and respect goes a long way.

AWESOME STORE!!! The lady here that helped me out went above and beyond customer service. Anyone who puts a negative review for this lady is definitely someone who can never be happy. Thank you again for your help! Awesome job!!!!!!

Until today I have ALWAYS had fabulous service at the Waconia UPS store. The young lady working today (10:15am) spoke very rudely to not only me but other customers and her co workers. She seemed very irritated that the store was busy. Kindness goes much further than being disrespectful.

Honestly I have never dealt with a company that is so inept as UPS. I have an international package weighing 65 pounds slated to be delivered on a specific date given to me by UPS Tracking. No one will be available on that date. Thus I have tried for over an hour on their My Choice website program to get it rescheduled to no avail. Also called a UPS agent that had no idea other than go to My Choice. All because UPS management is not smart enough to realize delivering to a consumer that wont be home is a waste of UPS time and money. Doesnt it make more sense to give the consumer the ability to decline a date and schedule another one? And dont say My Choice as I have been there and tried that.

The staff here is always friendly, professional, and knowledgeable.

The staff was super helpful when I was last there. She helped me find the right packaging and helped me with the cheapest shipping options. It was a short wait as well.
