Horrible customer service. Yes I know I came close to closing time (they closed in 8 minutes). But refused to mix up paint for me Even when I said this is the only time I can do it and I won’t have time any other time this week to pick it up they still refused to

Oh, now they call it a restocking fee? They kept my sales tax on a return and said it was already sent to the State of Ohio, overnight. They must have changed it to restocking fee when I wrote the Attorney General of Ohio a letter addressing this ripoff, with receipts. Really deserves 0 stars.

This place is in the business of ripping off customers with their return policies. Their restocking fees are a ploy to steal money from customers. Their outrageous prices for parts make this a must avoid business.
