LOVE Target!! Went here a few days ago to look for something and a employee in the front of the store greeted me as I walk in and asked me so politely if I needed any help finding anything!! This store has wonderful employees! Also, I seem to always see some of my friends from school here. Love that a lot. Target has really kept my business to come shop here if I ever need to. Way to go!

Staff is great. However, its not unusual for them to be out of the most commonly bought items. And if its on sale? Forget about it, definitely not going to be in stock at this location.

Able to get my kids back to school supplies and didnt have to fight with everyone at Walmart.They had great prices and everything I needed.The store was clean and stocked.

The returns supervisor/manager blamed me for not seeing that the packed non see through cheese was moldy. The other package of cheese sold to me two days ago was over the best by date by 4+ months which I take partial responsibility for not seeing it, but they also shouldnt be selling it.

Poor management. I purchased a water purifier and when i got home I realized that it had already been opened and used. I went back to target to exchange it and was informed that they couldnt do an even exchange without doing a complete return and forcing me to repurchase it since i paid with my red card. The girl working at the cash register was super nice and offered to put it on a gift card so that I wouldnt have to wait a long time for the money to go back on my card. I expressed my concern that if I repurchased it on a gift card I wouldnt get my 5% discount for red card as I did when i originally purchased it. She said she might be able to get it for me but had to check with her manager (Jack). Jack came over and immediately said no to the discount and walked away. Jack is rude and should find a new career. People like that should not work in customer service/returns.

Love the clarence sales and the staff is always so friendly and ready to help with anything.

This is the worst target in the United States. Procter & Gamble has one coupon for each family. This target did not accept it at all. I changed to another target and drove for 30 minutes. I will not go to this target 5 minutes away from home again.

Got to watch the grocery section at this location. Purchased hersheys kisses to make Christmas cookies - get home bags best buy date is 12/09/2019. Over a year past the expiration. Not the first time we have gotten things out of date. 4 month out of date tortilla chips as well.... Just watch the dates and you will be surprised. Must not rotate stock or pay attention at all. Gross

It’s a Target store. Nothing stands out about it.. The selections are about what you’d expect from here. Workers are nowhere to be found. When I did see them they were in groups BS’ing. Seems like the status quo for Targets. I only go there when the deal make it worth the drive. Otherwise it’s kinda meh.

Wadsworth Target is my favorite! The store is always set up nice and is clean. They always have a great variety in store and/or for pickup. The employees are always very nice too!

I feel like the old customers are being left in the dust. I ordered online for pickup but did not know it was NOT curbside pickup. I am in a wheelchair and cannot go into the store easily, so I love the curbside pickup option available. I don`t have a Smart phone. Apparently you need the app to have that option? My purchase was brought out to me after a long wait because the poor person was swamped with orders to bring out..

This is really so convent when u have some walking disabilities. All my items art usually in stock, if not they let u know. Super fast,easy,and friendly employees. Thank a bunches!

I pretty much never write reviews, but I have to say that this particular store was so amazingly organized, especially their undergarments (which at most stores looks like they let kids put things away for them). I was able to find what I needed quickly and easily. This is having been to one other Target and 2 Kohls stores that supposedly had my item, but I couldnt find it.

It seems that often I have had issues with either pick up orders, or otherwise. I must say that Jen S. and Marissa have been great to take care of me. I was recently frustrated with being overcharged, and items listed in stock, not in stock, as well as only 2 registers open, coupons not ringing, etc. I called the store the following day, and Jen was great. She had me come in and refunded the overcharged difference. I had been emailed to complete a guest survey after my shopping trip. I shared my frustration and welcomed a call. Today Marissa called to follow up. These ladies are great at customer service 👏 and quite pleasant!

Two Target Customer Sales/Assistants were very helpful and kind to me today. This is not the first time that my local Target employee has exhibited such behavior. I love this store! They are always so nice. You know they will do their best to help answer your question or resolve the issue.

I walked into the store and asked one of the employee that was at the entrance where to pick up my order! She said hello I can help you please follow me! She looked up my order and I was on my way in less than 5 minutes! Excellent employee

I have a disability that makes walking around to shop very difficult. So the drive up feature has been a real life changer. The employees who deliver my purchase to my car are always very nice and exhibit exceptional customer service. They have gotten much busier since the pandemic started, but the wait time for orders has only increased by 2 hours & even though the staff must be overwhelmed, you’d never know if by their attitudes. All of them are great & I hope they all are getting paid at least $15/hour bc they deserve it. They are forced into contact with customers & are putting themselves on the front line of this pandemic & doing it with a smile. They deserve to be treated like gold by target & acknowledged for their hard work. Please treat them well, bc they are the reason I keep coming back to target and using the drive up service!

We love Target. Were in the store at least once a week. If not in the store were online. Best baby department. I like their food department also. On the way I grab a hot pretzel. Best ever.

Usually love shopping at Target, but had a horrible experience during my last visit. Purchased an item that was 9.99 on Black Friday, but when I check my receipt later that day I noticed I was charged 29.99. I thought no big deal, it was probably a mistake, Ill just take back my receipt so they could fix it. Talked to a customer service and they told me their was nothing they could do, talked to a manager and they also told me that there was nothing they could do. Pretty messed up when the store messes up, knows they messed up and refuses to fix it.

The store is nicely kept, but watched out for the food. I bought two bags of Stacys Pita chips on February 13th, Turns out the Best buy date was for Mid-January and they were stale...I dont live in Wadsworth,. Just happened to be passing through, so I didnt take them back.

Shopping on the App and then picking up the purchase in the store or at my car is so convenient!

Even though my son (3) and I are both immune compromised we were not allowed inside until after 9am due to not being over 65. They should state clearly online that they are turning away the immune compromised people.

I absolutely love my nanobebe starter set I ordered from yall . They are by far the best bottles I have found for breast fed newborn accepting them and for gassy babies . They are a game changer and the only products I use anymore . I reccomend them to anyone breast feeding or with a gassy baby

Must have come at wrong time...Rock hard white pancakes, rock hard scrambled eggs, rock hard rolls, wonderful waitress, Shirley. Everything must have sat too long. French toast not brown at all and clanked in the bin!! Even the whipped cream on the jello was hard. OMG

I have been coming to this target for years. One of my favorite targets. The only complaint I have is that baristas at the Starbucks are not very friendly, and they don’t always know how to make the drinks correctly.

We received excellent customer service on our recent visit. Assistance locating additional items from the back, loading them in our car and handling a return.

The bathroom here is beyond atrocious. Apparently they dont seem to care since Ive complained before and the state of the bathrooms only gets worse. Theres some kind of crusty build up on the seats and in the toilets themselves. Some of the toilets dont flush unless you jiggle the handle JUST right which means that more often than not you walk in to excrement thats been festering for hours. The biggest joke is how they claim to do hourly checks to ensure the bathrooms are clean. Im pretty sure they just sign the sheet to not get yelled at by higher ups. Ive honestly seen cleaner bathrooms in seedy gas stations.

This store used to be great, but has gotten a lot worse ever since! The staff is in no hurry at all when customers are waiting in line. I ordered an item online from them, and when I went to go pick up the item, it took about twenty minutes for a staff member to realize there were people in line. There were about five people at that point. Also, this target definitely does not carry as much stock as others I have gone in to. Would greatly appreciate if they fix these issues.

Me and my wife came into the store looking to get Starbucks and pizza for dinner. We are minding our own business eating our food until the crew of Starbucks and Pizza Hut decided to just hang out by the eating area. They are messing around not really attending the customers not really doing anything productive. It was all fun and games until one of them decided to make a racial slur, jokingly to another. It was very uncalled for and very unprofessional that they said this racial slur. Obviously no one of the the race that was mentioned was not around but still should not be said in a work professional environment. Racism is not appreciated in any environment and I would hope target would be more professional when hiring their employees. I am saddened that this is going on and wish this is handled. I wont be attending this store again and will not recommend this store to others

I was shopping here and was treated very rudely by Carol a manager due using the ad to get gift card deals. She made made me feel very unwanted and I plan on never shopping there again. Whats the purpose of the target ad if you dont want to give the gift cards that are shown! She as a manager should be fired!!!

This Target is usually well stocked and has a good selection. Plus parking is pretty easy and the Starbucks inside is also good.

While picking up a few items and doing some gift cards deals offered. As I was checking out your cashier Kayla and her sidekick manager Carol didnt honor your deals on like buy 3 get a $5 gift card and spend $100 on certain baby items as well as the spend $25 on certain household items as posted in your ad. I was following all the coupons, but they insulted me acting like I was stealing something,embarrassing me in front of other customers. I will not be back to this Targets again and will tell all my family and friends of my experience. Oh by the way if you are not going to honor the ad why publish them.
