I love econo foods ! Staff is always friendly. I come here for things I cant find other places. Their deli has a variety of good food, and their bakery is awesome. Super soft bread. Also, their meats always looks more appealing, and they a great selection of your poultry, pork, beef, and so much more!

I dont live in wahpeton but whenever we go there we usually buy some groceries at econofoods... Also if I need gas its easy to get that at their gas pumps along the south side of the building.. Plus if youre inclined to have a cold beer they have an off sale on the north side. Everything a person could want in one place...!!!

I bought a 2.2 pound package of beef ball tip steak in the family pack. I grilled them yesterday and today. Fantastic flavor and tender with good marbling. I shall go back for more. In the past I have had excellent results with the country style pork ribs.

I love the new editions to econo foods in Wahpeton. They are going to be so welcome. Their bakery is totally awesome!

I have an upcoming event and ordered a cake. I have been getting cakes there for about 30 years. Awesome service and great quality food.

I like Econo. There service is good, They always have a good amount of checkers on. There selection can be limited on some items. The store is always clean, and well kept.

The self checkout POS stations are terrible. They are almost unusable. Every time someone uses one they need an associate to fix some issue. There isnt a good way to put everything on the scale and still bag your groceries.When a problem happens all the cashiers try to hide so they dont have to help you. Then when they do help you they think its funny.Just an absolutely horrible experience.

3 Starzs iv applied 5 times in 1 year, they lost my application 4th time I got annoyed 5th I got a call for an interview after that I quit applying the manager said they like to have a meeting to see who would be the best candidate I can see why they only have 5 people working there.

Econofoods is always clean and well kept. It is employee owned, and the workers are always friendly and helpful. The produce is the best around and I happen to know they buy from local farmers because they have bought from me in the past. The meat department has lots to choose from and the quality is good in my opinion. If you have time to roam up and down isles, there are lots of “surprise buys” and “close dated items” that are usually a very good deal. The bakery is really good and you gotta get there early to pick your favorite sweet before it gets sold out. The birthday cakes are always good and they will write on them for you. They have a good variety of all kinds of food. I’ve never used the deli, so can’t comment on that. Econo will double your coupons and always has the weekly ad by the front door with a pair of scissors and a counter for you to cut them out to use.

I sure wish that you would bring back baking the 10 grain Bread you used to have in your bakery - IT WAS THE BEST! (THE 8 GRAIN IS NOWHERE NEAR AS GOOD!) I HAVE ASKED ONE OF THE PEOPLE IN YOUR BAKERY DEPT. ABOUT IT - SHE SAID THEY ARE NOT MAKING IT ANYMORE. WELL - MY FRIEND AND HER HUSBAND AND I ARE ALL MISSING IT TERRIBLY! Seems like its been almost a year - and even though we have all said that we miss it - please make it again in your bakery - we havent seen that happen - so now I am going to try this: PLEASE MAKE YOUR 10 GRAIN BREAD AGAIN! Raise the price if you feel it is too costly to make - just please make it again!

This is no Walmart grocery! They have a wider variety of foods, varied supplies, and seem to care about the stock on hand during this covid stuff by limiting the amount that can be bought per visit.

Found what was needed but cashier threw my gas coupon away instead of giving it to me until person bagging groceries said something after my daughter told me I get a 5cents a gallon of gas coupon after spending a specific amt of money

Econofoods is the friendliest place in Wahpeton. The staff are always helpful. The store had many conveniences-gas, convenience store, liquor etc- so you can get just about everything you need in one place. I recommend them to everyone!

Decent grocery store they always have a few new and interesting items to try and a great selection in the gluten free area. Good for deals on meat but their milk is pricey.

Pretty average experience. Do your own shopping isle by isle, then go to self check out. Their Coke and PepsiCo products appear to be a good price until you see they are all 20 packs. Not the standard 24 pack everyone else sells.

I stop there with my family, sometimes by myself after my therapy and the meals are always great!& the staff is always friendly. i always need something to eat after my therapy & my family always want to come with me because they know we will stop there to eat! usually get wohopi & fry bread for my grand babies to go & they did tell me that you were getting stingy with the wohopi!

It used to be a reasonable priced store. However after the purchase of a Breckenridge Minnesota facility prices have been jacked up to an excessive extent.I am sure an Aldis will be moving into the twin towns soon.

Econo Foods has been around for a long time. They have very nice and helpfull staff. They also have a convenience store and liquor store witch are awesome! Much better than any big chain store. If I had to say something that needs improvement it would be the personal health area and laundry/cleaning supplys. More value and more choices would be my reccomendation.

Its always very clean and well stocked. The clerks are very friendly. A great place to shop.

The manager is not receptive to employees concerns, at one point A Employee was in the managers office saying his opinions ( that the manager asked for ) and the manager turned around so that the employee had to talk to the back of his head well the Manager was emailing, evaluations are always at least three months late and thats only if the employee mentioned that the evaluation is late, no consistent discipline policy for employees, my husband walked out on that miserable job and 24 hours later he had a better job with better benefits that cost half of what Econo Foods, better stock prices… The moral of the story is dont be afraid to leave any miserable job... I will not buy my groceries where the employees are not treated with equal respect 😡
