Visiting from New York and this is by far the best T-Mobole store I been in here on the Island. Audrey took the time on both occasions to help me get my jump upgrade and took the time to resolve all my concerns. By far the best store and the mainland couldnt compete with this store. The other 2 staff members were also nice and kind. Audrey is amazing and provided outstanding customer service. Thank You. Her work should be recognized.

611 cust service told me to return phone for jump only at the store but no one could do it and also I beleave the manager is always supposed to be in store and there wasnt one there Dyer waiting many hours for our turn we couldnt even be helped we even was told to go to store to get a print out to mail phone in but only way to mail in phone is to get a print out from store but now other members of teem mobile say you only can turn phone to store and they are tobmailbit back because it can get lost I dont know why thT is but our phone would have been turned in long time ago if they just give me a address where they want it to go and it really shouldnt get lost at all this is getting g to be redioucolus every teem member i has a different way of how they do things there doesnt seem to be only one set wY so everyone who works for t mobile 8s completely confused so everyone 8s just doing or telling us different things all the time and this is also regarding the cost service 611 number as well I hope we can soon fix this lord please help me and I dont blame the employees they were kind and nice gals its who is training them t mobile store please take time to show them how please in the nicest way so they dont feel so tarable how they count help a customer that has to be hard on the employee too any how they store was clean and friendly workers but I guess due to coped there is a huge turn over in New employee and they have to keep on training the new ones Im sure thats a lot on the manager tooaybe if they can have a training class before the they start there first day would be good so its not extra hard on by manager and so Im sure manager is up to his or her ears so mush as they can even have enough time to get the phones due toits only very few cust can get help at one time so u cant even look around to see what u want to buy unless you wait until every one leaves and there is only 2 cusyomest at a time bit at one t mobile I saw manager standing around and there was just two cust getting help and 3 more helpers and every single person who comes in she tells them its over one hour wait thT was Kapolei so its like wow each one has one hour weight we got our call 2 hours later I be

First time going to tmobile at 6pm and didnt even get to go in because ALL the stores closed due to system down time. Dont even know what that means but Ill try again another day
