I had such a great experience working with Brent, Trina and the Toguchi team. I never thought having my car hit could turn into such a positive experience! My car looked brand new when I picked it up, with a fresh coat of wax and beautiful repaint job. You could never tell there were any scratches and dents prior. The customer service was amazing and someone would always get back to me within the hour. They also worked great with Geico and the rental car service which was very helpful. I would highly recommend Toguchi to anyone needing body work!

The attendant who took my phone call was polite and professional. After making my initial appointment, she texted me to with confirmation. When I arrived, I was greeted by a representative named Todd. In the same way, I was treated with the utmost respect and professionalism. He took time to answer any questions or concerns that I had about the repair issues that was needed. In the end, my truck was repaired, ON TIME, and they delivered everything promised. I have experienced several other auto body repair shops in Wailuku and I highly recommend this one over the rest.

I, through my auto insurance company 21st Century Farmers Hawaii, have used Toguchi’s Body Shop and Collision Repair Specialists twice. On both occasions Todd has been very helpful and professional. Toguchi’s provides excellent service and the repair work is suburb. I feel their charges are fair and they don’t rip-you-off . Both the service and quality of workmanship exceeds my expectations. To me, I think they’re among the best I’ve experienced in this line of work and service.

This place has been recommended to me by many and I’ve seen that they have great reviews. So I decided to give them a try and DID I HAVE A GREAT EXPERIENCE! They have great customer care and I did not have to wait long for someone to help me. I even accidentally came early and they still helped me. They updated me on everything and my truck was finished one day early than the estimated day to be finished. Brent was great to work with as well, keeping me informed and updated throughout the process. If you didnt know that I had damaged the rear passenger-side bumper, you would have never known!!!

Excellent customer service. We have dealt with many body shops in the past and hands down this was the best experience ever. The paint matched perfectly. If they can blend Dodge B5 Blue, they can blend anything! Very very impressed. Job well done!

Start to finish this shop was superior in service, friendliness and willing to help. The technology for communication was easy to use and response time was amazing. Todd was so helpful as was all the employees I met. Hopefully I won’t need a repair again but if I do, I would come here.

Very good communication. Very quick response to set up an appointment and then the actual appointment was right on with the car being done even a little early. Brent was very good to work with. They are amazing. Got my car fixed up and ready to go in the time frame given. Very communicative about what was going on and other problems that I did not originally take my car there for. Which was a huge plus! Car was washed and shiny and even in better shape than when they got it. Hard working guys! Will definitely be taking my car there in the future if needed.

Bryce and Todd were excellent to work with. A young new housemate drive my husbands new 4 Runner into my 2918 Lexus, so both cars needed to be repaired! They ordered parts, kept us posted, coordinated well with the insurance company, were right on time with the body work jobs, and washed both cars then vacuumed! What else can anyone want? Used M Toguchi body shop to have my car repaired after being rear ended. Automatically thought it would be a nightmare to take care of all the details in arranging for it to be repaired along with having to deal with the other partys insurance company. Todd took care of everything! Step A to step Z was a no stress seamless process. From contacting me 2 days after the accident, scheduling an estimate and repair, setting up rental car, extending rental, keeping me posted every step of the process and finally getting the rental car company to pick up the rental car from us right at the body shop when the car was done. Todd was so professional, pleasant and efficient! Always returned my calls and emails, never left us hanging or having to wait for a response. Very happy and satisfied customer! From calling about a appointment for a estimate, to calling about dropping off my truck to starti the repair work, to calling to pick up my truck after the repair work and washing my truck. There’s no other body shop I rather go to than Toguchi Body Shop here on Maui.
