Autotech Maui is an excellent repair and maintenence shop for exotic and luxury cars, with a wonderful and professional staff. We called to inquire about getting our clients Lamborghini serviced, and they responded immediately and answered all of our questions, got us set up for an appointment within the week (not easy for an exotic car) and took excellent care of us! Quick, professional, courteous, and experts in their craft. Highly recommended!!!

Phillip the owner is wonderful. My Porsche broke down driving up to Haleakala. I asked Phillip to stay open an extra hour so my car could be towed to him. He was happy to assist me. He had my car up and running the next day. I have been using Autotech for years. I shipped the car here from LA and have always been very happy with there service and there prices. They are very reasonable compared to the Porsche dealership.

Very upfront, they said they were really busy and I had to wait 2 weeks for an appointment. They provided an estimate based on what I asked them to check, they let me know that they needed more time to find a leak in my air conditioner before doing the work. Very professional, Hourly rate is $139.00, but well worth it. COVID-19 social distance protocol made it seem like you couldn’t talk to the tech in person but they answered all questions via email and text. I would recommend them and take my car back.Jason

Because its my first time at AutoTech, I like that they took a look at the entire car, even took pictures of all the problems. I told them that the car had a particular problem per my OBD. But autotech never said that that was the problem, I like that they know their stuff and actually found the root of the problem. I like too that they keep in contact with you by text and give a quote on each particular job. Thanks guys, I feel confident that I have a safe and sound car once again.

My BMW needed an alignment on all four wheels. After having replaced all tires, I was glad they were able to do the job so quickly. The left side wheels were both way out of alignment. They did a super job of getting my car back on track.

Dale & Phillip has always provided me with top notch service.I was referred to them by a friend after receiving a ridiculous estimate from the dealership.I got the work done for a third of the cost and have been with them ever since.

I was initially taken aback by the price quoted for general service (not too much more than the last place, but... still a little pricey). But. I was told that Autotech is the best place to go on island for euro cars. Im glad I chose quality... The way they operate with COVID restrictions - everything completely hands off, gave me a peace Id not felt at other mechanics on island. I dropped my car, left keys and when service was complete, the keys were left in the car, I paid over the phone and went on my way. I do or will need a few things done in the coming months, but they didnt try to pressure me into having it all done AND didnt tell me I needed a timing belt (changed recently but every other mechanic Ive been to has told me to get it done, despite the sticker on the engine detailing when...). That means they actually looked at my car and didnt just make service recommendations based on mileage. I appreciate it. And will be coming back because of it. And my car felt better, easier to drive afterwards, if that makes sense... Highly recommended!!! Dont let the price discourage you. Worth every penny.

I have a restored 1990 Vanagon Weekender. I have always serviced it at Autotech. They have very experienced mechanics who have always done an excellent job. Their communication is exceptional. I took my car in for what I thought was a problem with the transmission. This would’ve been an opportunity for a less honest establishment to create a significant bill. However auto tech checked the fluid, spent a lot of time driving the car, and told me that everything was fine. You sometimes pay a little more at auto tech than another mechanic but I am certain this saves me a lot of money in the long run. Thanks guys!

Dale and Chris were Amazing!!! They were patient and knowledgeable with all of my questions. Auto Tech’s communication and customer service is really like no other...They always sounded friendly and excited to assist when I called or texted. They walked me through everything they were doing and even sent videos. And...they really went above and beyond when they stepped in and returned a part that the previous mechanic said he couldn’t...which was defective. Auto Tech recognized the part was defective right away bought a new part and sent the defective part back for me which resulted in a $300 refund...all I had to do was pick up the $$$ They really didn’t have to take the extra time to do all of that...I’m so happy with them!!!💗 Not to mention my car is working great as well as my Husbands vehicle which they did work on after🤜🏼💥🤛🏼

These guys are amazing! Brought my 911 in for 3 separate jobs; servicing, emblem replacement & tire fix (screw embedded). They are honest with pricing and definitely not a rip off like other service dealerships. I paid 1/4 the cost to service my 911 as compared to servicing my Mercedes SL 400.
