Hands down, could not have asked for a better experience with Lhena (the owner). She was absolutely everything I could have wanted in a tattoo artist (I got a full, Asian-inspired sleeve), and her work was even more amazing than I could have imagined. Aside from her stunning artwork, what sets her apart from other artists is her work ethic. From our very first communication, she took them time to listen to my ideas and bring them to life. She really put her heart and soul into each of her pieces - she was detail oriented and worked on my sleeve tirelessly for 8+ hours, 2 days in a row on two occasions. Jay was amazing! Fast, clean and very professional. Not sure I would ever go to anyone else locally. Id give him a 10 out of a 10 rating! He pierced my septum and it was such a quick process with no pain. I highly recommend him.

Francine Walraven is not only a spectacular artist with an amazingly unique style, but also a wonderful human being. She came in on her day off that was also her birthday to work on my wife and me. Her work is beautiful, her process is personal and friendly, and her needle pressure is gentle. Cant recommend her enough!!

I had to get my nip sort of re-peirced after it had closed up a bit after I took my jewelry out and it was so incredibly painful but the piercer was so courteous/professional and helped me so sensitively through the whole thing( me freaking out about the pain). Honestly really impressive, safe and they really know their stuff. It’s hard to be vulnerable like that and still have a good experience, they were the best.

What an experience. I was just walking buy and thought id pop in hoping that they would have the time. As I walked in a was greeted with a huge welcome from the artists and a lovely conversation for about an hour. Amazing place, great humans.Ruah did my tattoo for me and we had a great conversation. Chelsea was very sweet and chill. She did my earlobe piercing and since I’m very sensitive I was nervous but she assured me that it would be fine. The piercing was quick and didn’t hurt at all. Thank you Chelsea! I will be back to get more ear Piercings once this one is healed !

I visited Maui in February. First time and I loved it. I wanted to have a keepsake of my amazing trip. On recommendation of a friend, I scheduled, provided some artwork ideas and asked Lhena to put her spin in it. My tattoo turned out better than hoped. Her detail and talent are beyond and she is the sweetest. This is my first tattoo and It was done before I knew it. It was an awesome experience.

Not a professional place - i emailed two tattoo artists at the shop, emailed the shop itself, and called the shop but i never got a response. i then went into the shop and the guy behind the desk was condescending and not helpful. he told me i could schedule an appointment there and then when i asked if i could make an appointment he said the tattoo artists book their own clients and he couldn’t do it for me....

I had an incredible first tattoo experience with Lhena. I went a little big and picked a very sensitive area, she was so calm, patient with a light hand. My tattoo ended up turning out better then I could ever imagine! I highly recommend her!

Llhena is a great tattoo artist. She is very serious at what she does. Verywilling to work with you on what you want. Also willing to help you on what you can afford. But because she is so professional and does excellent work, I feel her prices are what it should be.Her shop is extremely clean. She is very adamant on sanitizing her equipment, tables and chairs.The tattoo she made for my husband I are just so awesome. Everyone that has seen them loves her water colors. She just has magical insight if what she will bring out of her tattoos.I also want to point out that both my Hubby and I workare in our mid 60s. Reason I mentioned this is she wasvery gentle and caring.If you want a permanent art work, go to Llhena. You will be loving her work.

My friend and I came in for our appointment and noticed that none of employees in the back were wearing masks. The two that came to talk to us remained unmasked when they entered the lobby, and we had to ask the one who stayed to help us to put on her mask before deciding to leave. This is incredibly dangerous and irresponsible for any business but especially one that deals with bodily procedures that requires close proximity between employees and customers. Please do not support this or any business that doesn’t prioritize the health and safety of their community.

We stopped at this place pretty spontaneous during the day and they had time to give me and my friend both a wonderful memory from our trip! I love the tattoo and their work was very good!I can highly recommend this place.

I wanted a Great native hawiian experience, I received it. I showed pictures of some Honu (sea turtle), meaning wisdom and good luck, that I was interested in. Then I wanted a pua melia (plumeria), a native Hawaiian flower, in the center of the turtles back. Then I asked if she could write ʻOhana (extended family) around it. Then she started drawing freehand on my arm. It finished perfect. Pua melia Honu ʻOhana (wisdom and good luck, with my extended family together)
