Dr. Seeley is the best. Coming from NYC and SF I did not expect such a high level of support, care and service.Dr. Seeley and everyone at her office are as professional and friendly as they can be.Dr. Seeley is more like a friend or advocate than a doctor. My emails are answered immediately, unless she is with a patient my calls are answered immediately. If she is with someone I know that she will call me back as soon as possible.There is practically no waiting when I arrive and everyone is happy to see you and their expertise and ability to get things done is second to none.I whole heartedly recommend Dr. Seeley to anyone that needs any help with their hearing.I wish all my Doctors on Maui were are responsive, professional and friendly.

Arrived @10:30 to fill paperwork out for a scheduled 11a appointment. Waited and at 11:30 I gave my seat to an elderly patient and asked the counter office personnel if they could call me when its my turn bec I wanted the elderly patient to have my seat (due to Covid seating, I had to wait outside). They said they would call me when its my turn. 20 minutes later I re-entered and patients that arrived after me were already being seen. I asked at the counter if they accidentally skipped me and they said I would be the next available room. I interpreted that, I was skipped over so I sat and waited. Waited another 20 minutes, then went to the counter to ask to reschedule bec I had to go to work. I thought they would understand but a rude woman named Suzanna (office manager) told me, If you leave, youll be charged a $25 no show fee and youll never be seen here again. She expressed that I showed up late and cannot expect to be seen right away. I tried to explain that I was there early but gave my seat to an elderly patient and I understand that it takes time to see the Dr. I just didnt realize it would be this long and I needed to report to work. I asked if I could please reschedule because I had to go (I anticipated that itd take more time before getting into the room and when inside the dr. visit room bec Id likely need an x-ray). She again stated that if I leave Id be charged $25 for a no show fee and Id never be seen there again. I then asked for my personal information back I provided them (insurance info) and she photocopied it and gave me a copy. I asked her to take the original and shred it in front of me (shredder visible right in their office) since I didnt receive care and I could no longer be seen there. She said no and left me with a photocopy. I did not see the Dr but heard he is great, rather, this complaint is against their office manager Suzanna for being so rude and unprofessional... She was certainly not local and truly doesnt belong to be working where people need professional services... Very disappointed experience!!!

Dr. Sussman found a lump in my throat then told me let’s wait 2 months and see if it goes away. We can then see what happens. I told him I would rather figure it out now. He told me to go to another ent then because he was not willing to do anything.Uuuummmm really? It’s my life, throat.... I’m not sure why he was unwilling to even find out what it was. I’m now on the mainland hoping to get good medical care.Avoid him think he just needs to pay his mortgage.

Worst experience with front office staff. Still being billed a reschedule fee because I had a sick child DESPITE mailing them the note from my sons dr. The front office staff humiliated me in front of the waiting area and several front office staff stood around watching like this was their entertainment for the day and they were busting me at something I shouldnt of been doing. Literally a few days before my husband and I lost our income due to covid the world was in shock and trauma, and these people were demanding I pay a reschedule fee right then and there because they didnt accept a schedule card from my sons dr that my sons dr office told me to try 1st. So I did. The front office staff was rude and sassy, like they were getting a rise out of embarrassing me and demanding I pay infront of an audience.The drs were grea . Their front staff terrible. Id rather fly in pain and sick ti another dr than go here again.

If this wasnt the only ENT that our insurance allows, I would definitely find another because of their staff. Dr. Crow is awesome but the customer service there is AWFUL!! The 1+ hr wait time is ridiculous and I was charged the $25 no show after I had to leave because I couldnt wait any longer... and there were still 2 people ahead of me, one of who I overheard say they had already been there an hour! The staff was completely unwilling to waive my no show fee after I wrote a nice letter explaining the situation and told me to go find another ENT if I didnt like their policy. WOW! Nice customer service. It hurts me to give them my $25 but they know theyve got me by the throat and must make a good chunk of change on no show fees. Try and get a morning appointment if you must go here in hopes to cut down on the daily delay time.
