I gave them a 1000.00-job on my Indian Springfield, and they didnt even clean the bike!Mechanic fingerprints all over!!Job wasnt complete. Still grips not replaced.Safety due 08/21 wasnt done, either, not mentioned to me.

I brought them a $1000.00-job, and when I took my bike back I found it: uncleaned, mechanics fingerprints all over, the Safety had expired in 08/21, but wasnt renewed nor was it ever mentioned to me, and my handlegrips were not replaced despite being ordered.

Friendly folks, clean shop and lots of motor cycling accessories, plenty of bikes from street to offroad, minibikes and larger scooters 150cc up.

Good place if you need advice, David is great help in the service and Kyle knows a lot if youre planning to buy a new bike. Harley rental is very expensive recently, but if you need a parts or oil supply its a place to go to.

Awesome staff very helpful all bikes are in great shape newer models. They have two stores one and Kahului by the airport the other in Lahaina. Step right off the airplane on your Harley and Away you go. Let him know in advance and then well pick you up at the airport in the shuttle car.

This location is just a few miles from the cruise terminal. We had a slight hiccup, but our rental was extended until Noon the next day to make up for it, which gave us the opportunity to take the Road to Hana and take a stretch to Lahaina, both beautiful rides. We would definitely rent from this location again.

I got a screw in my tire on my way to the airport. When I got back from my island hop my tire had just enough air I was able to ride my bike to the dealership. I had called before i jumped on the return flight and the service department was able to rescue my bike and I if the tire was completely flat. They were so helpful and it was awesome knowing that they were flexible and willing. They only had a rear tire which is the one that went flat. I preferred getting a set but new rear is better than no rear. To my surprise the next day they received a front matching tire. They called me and asked if I wanted the front so I jumped on it. I was planning on buying and replacing my own tires but with the installation deal they had going it was hard to pass up. They turned a nightmare into nothing. I am very impressed with them after this experience! I would go back to them again for anything I cant do myself.

I bought a used bike from these guys. Sales people, Mike and Sasha, were friendly and helpful. I got a good deal. They took care of the registration and title for me. I called a few times with questions and asking for help. For example, I ended up stranded because the bike lost power about 2 weeks after I bought it. I called Mike and he knew it was the battery. Turns out the battery cables were corroded. His over the phone diagnostic helped because things kind of fell into place after that and I got help cleaning the cables and I think I found a good Kawasaki mechanic in the process. Five stars would have checked the cables before they gave me the bike, right? But whos perfect?Anyway, good, friendly people to do business with.

You can get confused at the locations, but the best place to rent a motorcycle on Maui is Cycle City’s Kahului location, just a two minute ride from the airport. The store is also known as Maui Motorcycle Company and Maui Harley. Ask for Jesse, the rental manager. The service was awesome from the first phone call for a reservation to the free shuttle to the airport.I rented a new Road King. All of the rental fleet looked new. Jesse had great suggestions for rides beyond the Hana Highway because he’d done the rides. The price was fair and the service was outstanding—start to finish.

Went in for Harley shirts. Found them to be understocked, overpriced. No military discounts on apparel, only on rentals. Pleasant staff though.

Jesse took excellent care of at the rental shop. Rented a 2019 Heritage Softail. 3days and nights. No better way to see the island of Maui. Jesse Torreys a SAVAGE.

Went in looking for one specific item, as a gift. Immediately approached and the 2 employees both were nice and helpful. Unfortunately, they didnt have what I needed, but suggested checking the other retail store on the island. Sadly, I went to the other place and was totally ignored, but they had what I needed.

Ended up double charging my credit card months later after I returned back from Hawaii. Glad I caught it! Company was not helpful in getting me my refund. Had to deal with the credit card company to get it back.

I have known this store and their people and management for years. I host the top rated motor sports show in Hawaii, Motorcycle Maui on KAOI 1110am and 96.7fm. I have purchased 4 bikes from this dealership. I have had some 20 services and purchased some 100 or more parts. I am here to tell you that Cycle City is the REAL DEAL from sales to service. Parts to motor clothing. They have great prices. Really care about the customer base and go the extra mile to make customers happy. Bring in some ad for a better deal and they will show you the hidden issues like ridiculous shipping costs to Hawaii even though the ad says free shipping. This is a place you WANT a relationship with and WANT to support LOCAL. If you love to ride, go to Cycle City and get what you need at great prices and with expert parts, service and sales. Couldnt be a happier customer! Highly recommended.

Having been at many HD Stores, this one seemed a little in personal. The first gentleman welcomed us and that was that until we went to pay for a shirt. Not very helpful.

No choice but to love it. It is the only place on Maui providing this service. Staff is pretty knowledgeable. They did the warranty work on my Audi and my KTM.

Staff were quite friendly, but as a Kawasaki/former Vespa rider, I was disappointed they had few Kawis and no Vespas in stock.

Called ahead to see if they had Ducati souvenirs and was told they had lots to choose from. Drove all the way there first thing to get a gift for friends back home. All they have is Harley. Even when talking to staff in store for Ducati souvenirs they walked me over to Harley shirts. Seems like a lot of training is needed. Store seemed nice if you are into Harleys didnt even see any nice Kawis.

I rented a road glide while in maui. This dealership took very good care of me.

Worst experience ever!! Tried to rent on day and they could not accommodate so made reservation for a few days later when we went to pick it up something was wrong with the credit card machine. Instead of running it thru their Lehiana store they told us there was nothing they could do. We wasted 1 1/2 there waiting!! Dont rent from them!! Go somewhere else!! Terrible customer service!!

Despite reserving a Heritage Soft Tail (at their suggestion) 2 months ahead of my trip to Maui, when I arrived to pick up the pike they did not have the bike for me. It was apparent form their attitude that they never had the bike to rent me and that it was this dealers practice to over book rentals (another customer was also told that they didnt have her bike and she stormed out while I was there). They attempted to move me to other bikes that did not fit my needs and told me that I was being extremely stubborn. Given my time restraints I had to just cancel the rental and my brief and expensive trip to Maui was pretty much ruined because I didnt get to ride on Maui. People spend a lot of money to get to Maui and to have a disreputable company like Cycle City Maui overbook rentals and leave people without a ride is disgusting. Everyone I dealt with was rude and didnt seem to care. One of them had a ready retort for anyone complaining about not having their bike, I cant just whip up a bike out of thin air. I have a suggestion for her, dont book rental for bikes you dont even have! Other places Ive rented from not only have the bikes they rent, they send you the VIN# of the specific bike by e-mail and have it cleaned, gassed and ready for you. If you need to rent a bike on Maui dont waste your time with these guys.
