Waipahu Auto went out of their way to find parts for my Ford Explorer. The parts had to come from outside the country. The price was extremely lower than expected. He delivered my vehicle on time. Waipahu Auto is the best. I would recommend them to anyone.

Locally owned. Honest people. Im thankful they tried to accommodate and fixed my vehicle today. This is the second time I use them for my auto repair. They are my number one go-to if I need repair. Be warned they get fully booked fast so call for an appointment soon.

Excellent. 10 stars. Thai, Sharon and their small team are excellent. I’ve had all our family cars serviced here for multiple things. Totally trust them (and you know the feeling when you don’t). I can send my teen daughter in and know she’ll be taken care of. They balance very professional with very personal. And quality work with fair prices. This is a place with good people and it shows. After going to some of the bigger, well-known places, I finally found my place. Highly recommend.

It is truly a blessing to find Tai and his staff. Sharon who mostly answers the phone is very cheerful and pleasant. I called to ask what to do to a squeaking belt and Ty said to bring in for check. Looked at it and did some adjustments and instructed us to bring it back if the problem continues. No problem so far. We have been going there for all our cars needs including safety check.Our first service was the best though. We are very satisfied and thankful that Ty saved us a lot of money by not listening to the manager at a tire company who suggested to bring the sienna to the dealer.

So I have a 2007 Tacoma and did my own oil change. To make a long story short I had a electrical problem that wasn’t letting my truck start and thanks to Tai at Waipahu auto care my truck is back up and running again. Thanks to him And the folks at the shop I’m back on the road. I’m glad I found someone like him to work on my truck, now I know where to go whenever I have a problem with my vehicle and it’s always good to be able to support the local business.

I took a chance and called Waipahu auto care to do a oil change as a walk in. They were very friendly and helpful over the phone and when I went in they acknowledged me right away. I was able to get my oil change done quickly.I did not know how long ago I had my last oil change so Tai (the employee) who helped me double checked my car before we did anything further, which was very helpful. The employees at this shop are super friendly they answered all my questions with no hesitation. The oil change went by very fast not even 45 min. I was able to get some advice and heads up on some other issues with my car. I will definitely be back and recommend this shop to everyone.

I went to Waipahu Auto Care to get an oil change and they were quick, professional and very friendly. When I got there I got greeted and acknowledged right away from Tai. The shop was very clean and neat. My oil change did not take that long. They were quick. It took no longer than 30 minutes. I have other car issues and will definitely go back there. * 01/09/2021 8:00am, Coming in for Electrical light warning on my 2002 Avalon Toyota console, Synthetic Oil change & annual car safety inspection; around 9:00am my car is ready, when I drive it, it seems like a new car, good acceleration, breaks good, it runs silently - THANK YOU! I also saw some customer even bring in New-Year 2021 present to the Auto Care station; it looks like customers & the auto care center are the same family. BEST WISHES to the New Year 2021!* First week of Mar. 2019, though friends recommendations, I went to Waipahu Auto Care 1st time; for 2002 Toyota Avalon intermittent ABS warning light; upon arrive, within short period; after running diagnostics, Tai told me: Until solid consistent ABS warning light, no need to fix the ABS sensor yet still safe to drive. So, I request appointment for synthetic oil change next day & then head gasket replacement. I am very happy with the help on the fixings, thank you and personally, I do recommend the Waipahu Auto Care for the car mechanic problems.

Great service! Friendly and efficient staff. Safety check process was quick! I also brought my vehicle in this past weekend for trouble shooting. The owner, Tai was busy but offered me a loaner car to get to a doctor’s appointment that I would have had to cancel if I waited around for my vehicle to be repaired. After an hour, I received a text from his wife Sharon (his partner and also co-owner) saying that my vehicle was ready for pickup. I returned before they closed shop, and found that Tai took the time to trouble shoot and replace my battery. He was working on two other vehicles, but he found time to make sure I could have my vehicle back the same day! Caring and thoughtful people! I recommend this shop 110%! I will definitely be back again and will recommend them to anyone who needs advise and repairs! Double thumbs up!!
