Write an updateEdit review10/29/20204 photosI thought I broke the handle off from our kitchen faucet so a friend of mine who is a plumber advised me to go to Ferguson Plumbing in Waipahu to get the replacement parts. Upon entering the store I had no idea what I would need so I approached the counter and Isa asked me if I needed help. I showed him my faucet handle and a video plus 2 still shots of the faucet and told him what happened. He looked at the photos and told me I did not break the faucet but the screw that holds it on was loose. He pried off the cover that hid the screw and showed me that the screw takes a 1/8 inch Allen wrench. He explained what I needed to do to not only reattach the handle but to also replace the inside part that was leaking. His instructions were so thorough and he also included the cautions and possible problems I might encounter as in a possible frozen cap covering the housing and making sure the correct Allen wrench was used because it was possible to strip the screw and that would require changing the handle too.Because of his excellent instructions, I was able to go home and replace the faucet innards and the faucet handle. There is no leaking now and the task took less than 5 minutes to complete!Thank you, Isa! Your fine customer service and willingness to teach a customer how to do a task on their own is greatly appreciated. You saved me a lot of money because I didnt have to call a plumber and also gave me enough confidence to be able to complete this task in the future should it be needed.

The parking lot is small however after four visits I have always found a place to park. Ferguson is definitely a back up to larger more convenient stores for plumbing parts. Staff is friendly and provided assistance in a reasonable manner. Store was clean and well organized. I definitely keep this store on my list of places to support my projects.

My plumber sent me with a shopping list. I just handed to the man at Fergusons and they pulled everything for me. Nothing like the anxiety I get when trying to do the same thing at a couple of area big box stores. These guys know their stuff so I, who have no desire to learn it, dont have to.
