Service is always great. Safe covid practices are important at this waipahu location. Appointments are needed and they have mastered cutting hair and making you feel comfortable throughout your visit. My regular stylist Rochelle wasnt available but I was more than happy with my cut and overall experience yesterday.Ive had the same barber for 20 years and was apprehensive about the switch .. I have no regrets and will continue to have my hair cut here.. totally recommend this location !

Terrible service.. I called and ask about prices and what it included. They said 17 for cut and wash for my 9 year old daughter. I waited in the waiting area and the lady came out with my daughter about 10 min after being seated with no wash and said shes all done. I asked, is that it? I thought u guys said she was gonna have a wash too. She then said oh u want me to wash her hair? Im like, doesnt that come with the service.. The look on her face was like oh (looking all irritated) because she has an appointment. .. Im irritated too because of how she reacted when I mentioned the wash.. I dont care about the price, just better customer service. My daughters hair looked like it was being rushed.. NEVER COMING BACK HERE AGAIN! EVERRRR

Asked for a simple fade and came out with a double rice bowl.

Evelyn did a wonderful job cutting my overgrown tangled hair as she explained how I maybe able to slow down the thinning of hair on my scalp. Very friendly and helpful.

Arrived 830 seeing theyre open till 900 online, only to find out theres a hand-written 8:30 for the closing time..
