Called Jay before he opened. He got me in a few hours later. Very professional and clean. Jay explained every facet of the needle, process, and after care. This was my first/second piercing (both lobes). It was quick and no worse than getting a Covid shot. Very happy I looked at the Google reviews before making a decision.

This is my second piercing done and it went well. I was really nervous about doing it, I got a mid helix. The person who this piercing made me feel comfortable even after I started feeling light head and hot after the piercing was done.

Great store. Great service. Awesome owner.But then the next day my daughters (both twins) screw fell out. We went back & the shop was closed. We went again and he wanted to charge us $10 each just to put back the screws. After we had already spent $340 in our piercing. Just disappointed.

Okay, so my fish died this morning and I was a little down so I decided to just get something pierced. After a few reviews on here I decided to give them a shot. I called and was greeted very professionally and friendly while answering my questions. The shop is within a building so I was kinda confused but with a little thinking I went inside and figured out where they were when I seen the sign upstairs. I arrived and they made sure to go by all precautions for covid. Plus, once I came in, I was made to feel comfortable and not to mention, my piercer was SUPER comforting and helped me get through the process of getting my piercings done. I’m thoroughly impressed and would recommend them.

My husband and I walked in around noon for a tongue and ear piercing on a busy saturday. Hes so friendly and kind even tho its only him jamming everything by himself. The shop is nice and clean, good vibes inside. Genuinely listens and is so helpful in understanding what you want and explaining everything to you. The best experience in a tattoo/peircing place I have ever had! His energy is amazing, work was wonderful! I wish I had found him years ago and only gone to him for every piercing I have. Thankyou so much! Im only sorry I didnt get his name! My bad.For the location, I did have trouble finding the place at first because maps stopped us across the street by festival marketplace. But if you look for that red rooster across the street on the building you found it. This spot is on the second floor, go inside and theres a stairs on the right and you cant miss it. Parking is a lil tight we just parked on the other side and walked across.

I recommend this shop to everyone who is considering a piercing on the island of Oahu. I am not into piercings anything other than my ears, however, my daughter wanted to do a nose piercing with me, and because it meant a lot to my daughter, I decided to take the plunge and make this a memorable, and special daughter, and, mother thing that was something we both could experience and share together. Imagine the thoughts that was going through my head as a mother. Cleanliness, professionalism, etc, was of the utmost importance when looking for the right shop, so I researched and decided this shop seemed the most experienced, in which I felt confident enough to trust them to do our nose piercing. Well I was a 110% right! The owner not only made us feel comfortable, he also explained as he went along with the piercing. I was convinced in one conversation and I was not disappointed, when I arrived every question had a thorough and complete answer, and every fear thoroughly dispelled. Went for a nose piercing for one person and every one ended up with one. The piercer was polite, clean, and very professional. Will be returning for my hood piercing soon.

Great experience. I am sensitive to piercings even after I’ve had them for years. I had to change 3 piercings to acrylic jewelry in order to get an MRI. Paid $25 for 3 pieces and for the employee to change them out for me. The gentleman was so nice and courteous. I will definitely go back to this shop in the future.

Never again messed up my piercing

Found this place looking for piercers online. Messaged them for info and they responded within a half hour and answered all my questions. Went in and was a little concerned by the layout of the building. Once I found the shop upstairs I felt better as it was surrounded by other shops and looked more professional.Jay the piercer was great. I was nervous as I was wanting nipple piercings and heard it was the most painful. Jay made it easier than I thought it would be and he was very professional. My spouse even went through with it and got his done by Jay. Thanks Jay, for helping us celebrate the end of our Eighth year together by helping us with our piercings.

I love this place. I will never hesitate to go back. Ive been there twice. Once was for my verticle labret and the other for my jewelry change as well as some new jewelry in general. Both times I was greeted with a smile and even when I called beforehand, I was so pleasantly surprised to hear how joyful Jay sounded. You can just tell that he loves what he does and he knows what hes doing. He makes me feel comfortable and welcome and that is why I plan to come back!

So looked on Google where I could get my nose piercing done for my birthday.This place pulled up so I decided to call and asked if they excepted walk-ins a woman answer the phone so calm spoke so clear and friendly.we decided to checked them out ..Im not gonna lie at first I was a little lost but I call the office back again the same woman picked up with the same attitude so friendly and so calming when she explained were thier lotion was it was so simple.After pulling up to the parking lot it wasnt ideal place but it wasnt bad it just in a building you wouldnt expect.As we entered we was greated in a friendly and professional manner and all of our questions was right to the point.As I got ready to get my piercing done I could see all my instruments used on me was clean and ready for use.The room was clean really not what I expected IN A GOOD WAY OF COURSE less then 5 min I was out of my chair good to goANYWAY USE THEM THEY ARE AWESOME ♡3720

Im a spiritual Shaman so I get piercings for different reasons ..Jay was a semi sensitive he calls everyone buddy which I didnt like being called that but what ever...I got a septum and cheek piercings all at the same time and he was super attentive to my fearful needs he pierced the right side croaked and the left side straight ..I cried when I got my septum done.but.was able to release alot of hidden hurt in my nose with that cry and Jay acted like it didnt freak him but I know it it did🤔sadly my septum ring came out two months later while I slept so I have to get someone else to re-pierce it, he was asking too much to re do it..Im a believer if u feel like crying during a procedure then do it.. also dont go to someone your heart says not too go too.I found a piercer way better based in wahiawa with a kinder heart as a healer my piercers need a open heart and Jays heart is not that open..but he a cool business minded man..keep in mind Im not a Westerner so my process of piercings are different ☺️ Im a kapu Indigenous High Priestess so my reasoning varies from someone who is getting a piercing just to look cute..
