I DO NOT RECOMMEND GOING HERE FOR YOUR HALLOWEEN NEEDS. Im literally price shocked over it... I rarely if ever leave a review about price. Because you should prepare and Im not broke. Buuttt holy mother of God, I literally feel price gouged. Complete highway robbery on the price. Sorry for my belly lol. Im 9 mo. Pregnant... Cheap cheap cheap, terribly over priced...

I got a inflatable costume that was the marshmellow man and they took the gloves out and the fan cover to keep the fan in place

Called to inquire about filling one single 36” balloon with helium but they “only fill balloons purchased from Party City or party city.com?? I called back again because there websites states: “ When you buy foil balloons from Party City, we fill them for free at the store. When you buy latex balloons from us, we can fill them in store for a small fee. And if you purchase your balloons from another store, your local Party City can fill those with helium, too! Prices vary by location and not all balloons can be filled with helium, so its a good idea to call ahead.”But then the girl over the phone says they aren’t affiliated with the website because “that’s the mainland”. Then maybe perhaps explicitly stating that on the website or your own Party City Hawaii location website would be helpful?! I mean if you are making $15 just to fill a single balloon aren’t you making money off of me anyway? What a joke!!

Yikes, went to find baby shower items and they were out of about 80% of everything in that section. Not sure why is doesnt stay stocked.

They have a wide variety of items from Halloween costumes down to paper plates and fake flower leis.Halloween time is obviously when they make their money with costumes and masks. It can be a little pricey compared to things online. But you get the product here and now.

Lots of party supplies organized by theme and color! They had cute mini hats for my statue and I also bought latex and mylar balloons. 2 Pikachu mylars, 2 blue latex, 2 yellow latex, and 2 red latex balloons were about $28. Since my event was a bit later in the day, the clerk offered special clips for the latex balloons so theyd be sure to stay inflated. They did!

I drove out here to order 2 balloons for my daughters birthday. By the time i got home an hour later, the big one was already deflating. Disappointing. They said I could come back but I still havent been able to.

Could do better at keeping the inventory and shelves stocked. Disappointing to not be able to depend on their supply and having to go elsewhere, not because they dont carry the items but because they were out of stock on everything but 1 item on my list.

Horrible place to purchase balloons, stood in line for 30+ minutes just to order. Another 30min for 1 person to blow balloons up while there were other employees off to the side doing nothing. Were in a pandemic we shouldnt have to wait in line for over 1hr for balloons. They should train the other employees how to blow up balloons, which shouldnt be that hard, and should offer phone orders so there is not a line as long. We have things that need to be done instead of standing in line for over a hr. Ridiculous.

Great store with a large variety of party accessories and themed costumes. They carry plenty of items with different varieties/themes. Certain items are a bit pricey and parking in that area is limited so its tough to find everything you want -- especially if youre on a budget.

They have got ALMOST everything you can think of, however they are a fairly small location so if you want a bigger selection of options for your festivities, you have to go to their location in town. Otherwise this place is good for the basics. The staff here are very friendly and eager to help.

Bad experience buying Mylar balloon bouquet for my Dad’s 96th birthday. I had to go back twice to get one of the balloons ( which is $14.50 each) inflated again. The salesperson was grumpy and didn’t even apologize. Bad customer service. I will never go back there again.

Dont buy holiday decor because you can only return it the day of or before the holiday not after the holiday. I bought too much and didnt use what I had bought. Went the day after the holiday to return it and they wouldnt take it back. 😕

Slow service. Waiting in line for 20 minutes to buy balloons. Seems like they were short staffed. The cashier was the person doing all the balloon orders.

Came here for balloons when I needed to decorate a party. They helped me stay in my budget and the young girls who helped me were very friendly. Also, has great selection of Halloween stuff when its that time of year.

This Party City is okay. The staff here seem pretty young and arent terribly knowledgeable about what items they do or dont have. They are friendly and mean well though. I didnt have to wait very long for someone to come assist me with getting helium balloons. Parking is not good though during lunch and especially dinner times.

Talk about 15lbs of stuff in a 10lb sack, this place is wall to wall, floor to ceiling, jammed packed. But it was neat and organize, so it doesnt feel like a mess. The person we asked for help knew exactly where to go, and we found what we were looking for quickly.

We went in for Halloween decoration and we were surprised with the fact that they didnt really have that much halloween decoration as we thought they would have. But we got what we needed.

When it came time to have my sons 1st birthday party, we came here first. It was Star Wars themed so we figured they would have all the Star Wars gear we needed, we were wrong. They have a small selection, but its mostly the Star Wars Rebels new cartoon stuff. We still picked up some stuff for the party there; streamers, Star Wars costumes, danglers, table covers, bubble sticks. Within 2 weeks, we found everything that we needed for the party, AT A CHEAPER PRICE ELSEWHERE!!!!! And when I say everything, I mean EVERYTHING was cheaper somewhere else. EVERYTHING.I ended up returning almost everything back to the store. The manager there was really nice about it, and the whole return process was simple and fairly quick. So they definitely win in the customer service department.But again, if its just normal party stuff: plates, table covers, simple toys/goodie bag fillers (bubbles, silly straws, noise makers), streamers, cake decorations; I would definitely get them at places like Walmart. (Note: If you are looking for Star Wars part stuff, I found tons of it for a great price at Kmart).So next time, I wont be coming here for party stuff. Ill probably check it out for more popular party themes like Mickey and Avengers, but probably as a last resort/check.
