While on vacation in Hawaii, my kids were able to purchase a Fathers day fruit bouquet for my husband along with some cute cheesecakes. He loved it and was surprised that his kids were able to pay for a sweet gift such as this one. The presentation was wonderful and the person who prepares the bouquets helped me carry the bouquets to the car and mentioned to me that she is able to be creative and create new flavorful cheesecakes. Her strawberry cheesecake with the strawberry dipped in white chocolate was wonderful. You can request something special if you would like.
Looks like a smaller bouquet than advertised. Very little dipped stars, few dipped flowers, no grapes, very little dipped apples, bananas werent dipped at all. Paid extra for the pop and all the strawberries to be dipped but they werent. On that note the lady said they added extra strawberries but who knows. I expected it to be closer to the picture on the site especially for the price. Delivery was good though.
They did a great job creating and delivering a birthday package to my best friend! She was delighted!

Attempted to make a thoughtful gesture to mom on Mothers Day as I live on the mainland, but it turned into an epic fail thanks to Edible Arrangements in Waipahu. The two dozen order of chocolate dipped strawberries that cost over $100 were rotted, bruised, and old upon delivery. Additionally, the cups that held the strawberries were soaked in dark liquid unlike the nicer pics that others posted. See attached pictures taken within minutes of delivery.I called (after my mother called with disappointment), and they would not accept responsibility nor refund the product. Had I seen the other two reviews that mentioned bites taken out of strawberries in gift boxes, I would not have ordered from this location. Who knows what else they do with the fruit behind the scenes without quality control.I informed my credit card company, who said this is not the first complaint on this store, and they will process a credit for the full amount of the order.Working with the customer and acknowledging that the product was not delivered as promised is not just Aloha Spirit but common courtesy & professionalism which this branch does not have.Customer loyalty and company reputation will be important as the world comes out of COVID, and my loyalty to this small franchise shifted away.Poor customer service = no return customers = well, you know the rest.
Ordered a week ago for my wife with a specific pick up time. I live 5 minutes away so I left home telling my wife I’ll be right back as she’s starting breakfast. I get to Edible Arrangements with a long and slow moving line. Needless to say, an over an hour later I finally get my arrangement home to a mad wife and cold breakfast. Now I’m in the doghouse on Valentine’s Day. Thanks Edible Arrangement! 👍👍
Very poor customer service and prices are to high. I ordered something for my wife for her birthday the day before and when the day came couple hours went by from when it was supposed to be delivered and I canceled and the manager told me that I’m wasting products and she put notes all on my account when it wasn’t my fault to begin with.
Edible Arrangements delivery van backed up into my mailbox and drove away. I didnt even order from them. Van driver looked lost.
IMPORTANT: This location is the worst location and Lory is going to be the one to get the worst of it. I ordered my arrangement over a week ago for a surprise for my best friends birthday. Monday was the day to be delivered and as it gets later and later no update. Mind you my tracking said out for delivery at 4 pm. No updates go by 6 hours later. Then as 9 pm shows nothing. When I wake up to find my gift not delivered and an email at midnight (my time)I called then was transferred to a supervisor named Anna I believe and she had the nerve to talk over me as I explained the situation. As I continue she stated that day they called which they can’t prove to me, fine don’t care but why 4 hours later when it should be out for delivery you then call the incorrect number after I updated your systems cause they failed the first time. Then as I tell Lory I tell her the situation she then continued to say she can not refund me and gets loud and then she cuts me off. If you want to get a gift in a reasonable time for a loved one go elsewhere because the customer service with these “supervisors” are far from management experience. They are rude and incompetent, I have never been so disgusted with someone’s customer service let alone attitude as much as I am with this location! Do not come or order from here!

Do not order from this location!! My husband ordered me watermelon kiwi summer Bouquet and the only fruit that was good on the whole thing was the pineapple. The grapes were really soft and the strawberries had soft brown spots on them these are way too expensive not to be perfect in my opinion ..my husband also Order the 6 count chocolate covered strawberries and they were not delivered to me so the next day I called and the lady that answered told me she would have the delivery guy deliver them that day and 4:50 rolled around and no delivery so I called back and they gave me attitude and acted like I was lying or something and the manger was supposed to call me back the next day and never did..so DO NOT order from here

If I could, I would rate this place zero stars. This place should’ve been named “Non- Edible Arrangements”. This has been the second time my Mom has received a Mother’s- Day- Gift delivery from this place (2020). The delivery time was very bad, so delayed. Very terrible customer service. And when I received the product, the fruits were rotten! Also, now shouldn’t be the time to be picking up products from a store like this because of Covid- 19. 🥴😷 My Mom’s advice to you is to just pick your own, FRESH FRUITS. DON’T WASTE YOUR MONEY!!😐🤙🏻
There was a little bit of a mix up with my order but the staff were extremely kind and quick to fix it. The orders were fresh and my family really enjoyed them! I really recommend ordering from here for special occasions!

So for starters the lady got my name wrong. She put the order under the wrong last name. So when I called to check on my order I gave my name and you could imagine my face when they said there’s no order under that name. 2nd I asked what time would it be delivered and due to traffic and such they can’t give an ETA which is understandable but if a customer ask 6 days in advance if it’s possible to have it delivered before 1pm and the cashier says “ oh yeah, I’ll have it delivered before then. All businesses get their delivery’s 1st so it’ll be there by then” with all confidence Well then an expectation is made. my order was meant to be a surprise anniversary gift but because the agreed upon “deadline” wasn’t met the surprise was RUINED. That was a HUGE DISAPPOINTMENT for me. After my surprise gift had already been ruined I attempt to track my order only to find out they never sent my confirmation email which contains your order number that you need to track your order. Further more when I had called the store a little after 1pm they had told me the delivery was on its way and should be there shortly. I received it 3 HOURS LATER. Just before their store was scheduled to close. Even though I was sending it to a business location it appears I was last on the list. Also a balloon was part of my order and that was NEVER received. By the time I received my order the fruits were warm. NEVER going back. 👎👎

Received an edible arrangement from my coworker that didn’t even last over night. I ate some when I went home! The next day, there was fuzz on my fruit and it tasted bad!!!!!! What a WASTE OF $!!!!!! These baskets are NOT cheap!It is also embarrassing as Zi gave it as a birthday gift...makes me look so bad, NOT to mention EDIBLE ARRANGEMENTS WAIPAHUEdible arrangements sucks!!! My friend whom Zi gave the arrangement to was embarrassed to tell me that the basket SPOILED EITHIN 12 hrs
My husband’s 2nd time ordering. First time order was good and it was delivered on the day but got delivered late. The second time it was for valentines there was nothing delivered and not even a call or update from them. Tracking was not updated too just says order processed. Called the store the next day they said system crashed for order nationwide on the 14th but my husband ordered 2days before meaning they should have received it before the crash. They offered “redelivery or I can pick it up” I opted for refund instead.

Aloha,Were a first timer here and the service with Arcisclo was so amazing. As soon as we came in, his presence brought a cheerful vibe. So much so, that we purchased the cone cup first, and he rang us up. So polite and with a contagious smile, we had to also get the 6 piece box plus addition 2 extra.I asked wheres da tip cup and he said there was none. They really need a cup. We recommend you visit any store, but da Waipahu store is full of love joy and happiness. Now time for us to enjoy our🍫 covered🍓s.Da Borgess.
THIS LOCATION IS MEDIOCRE AT BEST!!!I don’t even know where to start..okay so yes I understand that it is not possible to put an ETA on delivery but my Mother’s Day Gift for my wife was in no way made a priority by this location. I was told at 3pm that our address was next for delivery...90 minutes later I was left cancelling our dinner reservations and settling for whatever wasn’t packed at 5pm without receiving my delivery yet!! Long story short my delivery came at 7:35PM!!! With a deflated balloon, lukewarm strawberries AND a misspelled message card!! Mother was “motto” in my message 🤦🏾♂️. This location brings down the brand of edible arrangements and should be avoided at all cost!! You’ve been warned!!
