1 star for greeting 1 star for the cold AC. Upon walking in you are greeted immediately and advised of the current sale. Once my friend and I made our way around the store and picked up some items, we were ready to check out. there was not one cashier available to assist. We literally waited while several employees walked past us and not one acknowledgement. Knowing that we are standing in line waiting to pay and not one person said Are you ready to check out? Or have you been helped? I am not a Michael Kors fan but my friend is. Plus it was her birthday weekend. Not a fan of his bags and not a fan of the lack of customer service. Spending my money on a location who isnt eager to help people check out is a waste of time. If it wasnt for my friends love for MK I would have walked right out. Maybe MK Waikele needs to invest in self check out like Safeway. Vera Bradley next door has amazing customer service.

Employees were very helpful and pleasant to be around. The store was kept clean and hand sanitizer was available by the entrance. One of the girls helped me find a matching wallet and was very sincere in her assistance. The only reason I gave 4 stars is that I went on a Sunday and while Google said they were open at 11, they didnt actually open until 11:30. I didnt see any signage on the door to indicate what time the store opened either.

I was shopping for handbag for my mom and I found a bag I like. The sales person (I believe its Jazmin, as shown on my receipt ) did a final price estimation for me, the price came down to about 70 dollar after all discounts applied. After I got home, I found out the receipt showing 95.31 dollar so I called the store. They told me I was wrong and didnt offer price adjustment. Be CAREFUL about it, they may fool you with the estimation on their calculator and then charge you a higher price when you pay at the cashier.

MK outlets tend to create a false sense of big discounts right from the entrance. In addition to the 60 or 70% they offer on a wide range of products, sellers distribute parsimoniously small papers that mention additional discounts: lie. These do not add up to the first big discounts and seem already included in this price.The already large discounts should be enough to attract customers, I find it dishonest to handle them with these small papers.
