Stopped by this morning for a laminator and received help from a gentleman that was extremely generous in getting me exactly what I needed. I appreciate not having to ask for help and having employees such as that gentleman offering assistance to customers. Awesome job, kind sir and bravo to Office Max for hiring that guy.

I am so happy with our Waikele OfficeMax! The manager Ron was fantastic. He emailed me within a couple of hours! I had bought an ink cartridge and found it on Walmart $22 less and it was refunded immediately. The associates are friendly and nice and patient! Couldnt be happier with the customer service. Good place was helped by this Jared when I got this super heavy desk.

Went to the counter to have a diagram scanned. Sign said I had to sign in. They wanted my phone number, first and last name. I tried to just use my first name but it would not let me. I went to the FedEx store. They were busy but very helpful. I wont bother this store any more.

I went in today to find a desk. They had a great variety, but more importantly they had an amazing saleswoman by the name of Suzanna. She was extremely attentive and knowledgeable of their product. She was able to help me find the perfect desk that met all of my specifications and dimensions. She was very down to earth and personable, this made it a fantastic experience. This hands down was my best customer experience in Hawaii so far.

Was not able to get a refund on stamps that were not made to my satisfaction. They said the best they could do was give me a discount on the stamps that I had to buy to relax the ones I could use. I essentially dropped 70 dollars on 2 stamps. I guess holding onto a few dollars is more important than keeping customers. Will be recommending that my peers and subordinates stay away from this location.

Always look forward to going to their store. Extremely helpful and very friendly staff. They go out of their way to help you find those things that you cannot seem to find.They do price matching and will get the best deals on all your office or school supplies.Their computer guys will get your computer cleaned of all the junk and up and running like a new machine. They also have some computer things like mice keyboards and hard drives.Its a great place to get the things you need!

Very helpful. Brought in my flashdrive to have some files printed on cardstock. They were able to do all the copies for me. They even gave me a sample to make sure I was satisfied with the finished product. When I walked around the store, I was approached within a couple of minutes to see if I needed assistance.

Small but I love that. Easy to find things. The employees are very helpful. Will come here again if I need any office supplies.

Its open when I need it to be, could have a better selection of planners, seems to be a wide variety of sizes and colors, but a bit linear in types and formats.

Friendly staff, got the printer me and my bf needed, store seemed oddly organized but it was clean and tidy. A little pricey but thats to be expected from a store like this.

This review is based on my last experience there, not my first. However, Steve was more than helpful and the manager was also very friendly and let me return a defective computer without the receipt. Great service and the people actually seemed to care!

I was looking for something quite specific, which I had a really hard time finding. While they didnt have it, the people there were super helpful and offered suggestions on where else I could look. Ill likely return another day to browse for other items that caught my eye while I was there.

Large, clean store. great and helpful staff.

It is an office max near the outlets, but this is where I got my A/V capture device for my computer. This defined my high school experience. My friends and I spent hours filming ourselves doing stupid things and editing them.

Some staff have nonidea what they are doing and cant order things from their own catalog which is very frustrating
