Great place to shop but watch out you will buy too many things. I always end up leaving with more items then I went in to get. Employees are very helpfully too!

As a Vegan family of 7, we get excited when we see Costco cater to those with special dietary needs like ours.Unfortunately, it is a hit or miss with lots of plantbased products.Find it sad that most Vegan/Plantbased products get discontinued within a first or two drops; very disheartening.Also, wish more workers were knowledgeable about their products and location of items. Most of the time, when help is needed, no workers are founded on the floor.

Costco is Costco. Its huge, its busy all day, year round. Remember to try and social distance. Use hand sanitizer and while off your cart handle. As far as sales like I said its a Costco you know what to expect. I highly suggest going through self checkout. Its allot faster and will save you the hour long wait in a regular line.

Shopping at Costco feels like drowning. I get lost. I feel like everything is moved after a visit. They should label whats on each aisle. Self check out should have price scan guns so I dont have to wait for clerk with the only gun! Especially when its busy and I only got 5/50 pound bags of flour!!! Employees are nice and PROPS to girl who helped me load my flour in car!! I tipped her $5 and let her supervisor know I wanted her to take it! Apparently they arent allowed to take tips!! Well I was most appreciative !!!!! Thank you.

We shop at Costco several times a month for our staples and also for seasonal foods and items we can only get from Costco at certain times of the year. If you have the storage space and enough people in your family to warrant bulk shopping then warehouse buying is usually the way to go. Most of the time Costcos every day prices are cheaper than even the sale prices at the markets and department stores.You can also purchase gasoline there at a huge savings over a gas station and they also have a tire department if you need new tires for your car.Costco also offers a Citibank rewards VISA credit card. You get between 1% to 4% rewards benefits that are paid to you in a check when your cycle ends. Depending on what you use the charge card for you can end up with a nice rewards check once a year that can be cashed or used to pay for your purchase at the register. Whatever leftover bonus money you dont spend is given back to you in cash. So if your bonus check is $400 and your bill is only $200 you get $200 in cash back. Its a great deal and my favorite part of having the rewards card. You can use the card anywhere VISA is accepted.Costco has a pharmacy where you can pick up your medications and you will find a little bit of just about everything in the stores. Most of it is food products but you can also get household items, appliances, automotive, hardware, electrical items, furniture, electronics, paper goods, cleaning items, over the counter pharmacy items, fresh flowers and orchids, freshly baked pies, cookies, breads, and pastries, cigarettes, liquor, ready made cooked foods such as a roasted chicken for around $5 and so much more.

Ive shopped at this Costco for over a decade. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, kind and helpful. They have a lot of long-term employees that have been there since I started shopping there so its nice to see friendly faces youre familiar with. The produce and meat quality is wonderful. I have forgotten produce in the back of my fridge and it was still good 2 weeks later. The furniture we have purchased can hold up to high energy kids and heavy use. The food court is efficient and affordable. My son often asks to go there when I pick him up from School. I love Costco!

It had what I wanted to get. Reliably too. Cheaper too. As long as things stay that way and are available I will be happy.

Pizza always good, but if you’re thirsty be prepared to wait in a long line for your drinks. You have one employee working the entire fountain drink area to prevent dirty hands from touching the machines and passing Covid. Great, but her gloved hands are also touching the receipts of everyone in line, contaminating the drinks. What’s the point?

Always getting things I dont have on my list 😄 Am I the only one? We love Costco when we have to buy bulk. Would be good if they came down to Kaneohe or somewhere out on our side of the island 😉🤭😄

Nice Costco, well organized and well stocked. They allow an hour on certain mornings for elderly which I think is great during the pandemic. Shows they actually care about their customers. Prices are especially great for a lot of the items that can be pricier elsewhere in Hawaii.

Most Costco’s have everything we need, this one exceeded our expectations. Their prices are fair, their produce is fresh, they have all the supplies needed for a beach day... of course!I favored the food court being outside verses inside. With the food court being outside it frees up some of the foot traffic inside the store. We got a hot dog with a beverage and a slice of pizza for lunch and per usual, we enjoyed every bite. It’s pretty tasty and the price always makes me happy. Very budget friendly.

This Costco is centrally located between Waipahu and Mililani. You can jump on H2 really quickly also. It is always very busy.

Inventory seems hit or miss recently. But, overall its well worth the trip for larger families. Gas is cheaper.

Went with a friend from Wahiawa met new people all from north shore or west side. Greeters at the door, customer service very oriented on electronics products, looking for Bose/JBL Bluetooth speaker, Best Buy shows 2, one Boston $549. JBL 349. didnt have it. Probably stuck on 1 of 30 ships proximal to port of LA. Turned out positive purchasing 10 lbs. Fresh Ahi for sashimi & 40.00 fresh poke. ( all others at various markets are sprayed with carbon monoxide to keep its red color) reason why people turn cherry red on monoxide poisoning ☆heads-up. On better ending note cashiers appears sincerely friendly al charming vibrant personalities. Definitely a come back.

Great Costco. Has surfboards, snorkeling gear, sunscreen, and everything else you could need for your Hawaii adventures.

This Costco DOES NOT DESERVE THE 1 STAR. Customer service sucks 👎🏼…very evident that professionalism is lacking from the entrance to the checkout!! NO ALOHA spirit at all!!! Very mean staff members!!! Experience there was terrible…..not shopping at this Costco when in Hawaii….it’s a shame!!! Management team, please retrain your staff on how to greet and treat customers with the ALOHA SPIRIT that Hawaii is known for!!!!

My favorite Costco, i visit at least weekly. Very lovely and inviting workers. Great varitey of products as would be expected. Bathrooms and parking lots are well kept.

With our new Fed leadership and high inflation. Cannot beat the prices at the big box retailer. Fast check out, so they can cut back on employees. Getting alot more crowded....

I really enjoy shopping at Costco, wide selection of products at great prices. Ive learned that when they have in-store specials on products not usually stocked, I have to jump on it and load up before its sold out; its usually a one-time event.

We have three Costco Wholesale stores on the island. There is a consistency in the incredibly good service and that the merchandise you purchase is of good quality. What we have noticed is the items available in the stores seem to differ which each store. I’m not sure if this is a function of supply where stores are stocked differently or demand where items sell out faster. Either way availability is something we keep in mind when picking locations. So far staff has been helpful in contacting other stores via phone to see if they have items in stock which has proven helpful.

What more can be said about Costco? Its a bulk purchase big box warehouse with some of the best food and gas prices on the island. Certainly not for the faint of heart, nor a quick shopping trip. The layout is fairly standard, and the selection is about what youd expect if youve ever shopped at a Costco before. There are of course a few unique offerings owing to being in Hawaii.Even with the massive crowd, and it having been about 45 mins to closing when we arrived, our shopping was nearly effortlessly successful.

Phoned ahead and got very friendly and helpful answers to my enquiries. The store is clean and well set out and staff were very willing to point me to the location for the product I required.Highly recommend this store!

I have been avoiding going in the store due to the pandemic.. so almost all of my recent visits have only been for gas, or the occasional food court stop. With a recent government mandate change they made a change at the gas pumps that only allowed one vehicle at each row of pumps... Bad call... Hence the four stars. This was obviously a management decision and the staff was taking heat for it. The normal crew that was working.. I asked... Management call? He said yep... I just chuckled and looked at the line of cars. Two days later it was business as usual again... 🤣

This place offers self checkouts!! Game changer! We used to only go for gas because the checkout lines were so long. It wasnt worth our time for only a few items. Now its a breeze. We love it!

Costco is absolutely awesome. Only downside is organization. Sometimes things are in one area and sometimes they are somewhere else. They also don’t always carry specific items. But all in all well worth it.

Needs to be zero stars. Customer service and professionalism is clearly lacking with most employees. Every time I go to this warehouse I see food items that someone has thrown from their carts and placed in random areas throughout, cold items hidden up on can-goods, pre-made Cesar salads placed inside random freezer and meat laying on top of the cereal box’s. Concerning, that employees could be placing cold items that have set out long periods back to be sold. Today was my final straw with this Costco. I walked out after loading over half my wagon of about $700.ish on the belt. I refuse to be spoke to rudely by a salty, foul employee once again. Let’s not forget you all have jobs because of our memberships and support. I’m returning to shop full time with Sam’s Club.

Even with long covid-style lines, Costco is worth having a membership. We have our family staples and even when we dont need a big giant box of something, we always seem to be able to freeze it or preserve it until we can finish. Overall, what else can you say...its Costco! Ive had a few bad experiences, but those are trumped by the good experiences so I wont bother with the bad. Pharmacy is great! Size of rotisserie chicken is soooo much bigger than Sams. And glad still open with covid.The self-checkout is not worth it with a cart full of stuff since youll need to take out, put on scale, pay, then put back in cart. Better waiting in line and letting the cashiers do it. Only great for a few items or buying sale items above the limit.

Always come here for groceries, never had any issues of things being out of stock, as well as having a large variety of goods. There gas prices alone are worth the membership!

Good location right off highway. Gasoline station is clean and not too busy. store is generally well stocked on standard items like toilet paper and canned goods. self checkout stations ate nice add. food court is good but only has 2 working lanes due to pandemic and can be a wait but still much better than Iwilei. Ample parking and stalls seem larger but it is probably just my imagination.
