I mainly only comment on places that I believe are excellent and wanted to let you know this is one of those companies. We have used Coastal Windows for several years now and have always been quite happy with the quality of their products and work, their friendliness, responsiveness and professionalism and their expertise and advice in window repair, replacement, and security. We live in Kaneohe by a stream and our sliding window screens have been impacted by severe storms, rats and our enthusiastic grandkids.😀 From the first contact with their receptionist, Tasha to scheduling with Bridget (both for an evaluation of what was needed and for the work to be performed) and then having Jesse do the work, I couldn’t have been more pleased. Jesse arrived on-time and he was very polite, conscientious, hardworking and extremely efficient. He had both doors repaired in less than 2 hours and they look beautiful! He also made sure to seal any new gaps/cracks to keep insects out. I am very happy with Coastal Windows and I highly recommend them. I will only use Coastal Windows for any of my window needs and believe you too will be impressed by their excellent service!

I wasnt sure what to expect, but I like what I got. The windows dont look like the other windows Coastal installed in my building and I had limited options due to our AAO rules. The total cost was expensive and it took six months from down payment to installation. The three technicians were professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. I havent lived with the new windows yet, but I am very satisfied.

For our near ocean, streamside home Coastals 16ft pocket glass door/screen system has been the perfect feature connecting our living area and lanai. Its excellent design and quality construction has served us well for 16 years ( nearly 11,000 opens/closes) of reliable use. Very impressed that this company not only manufactures but also provides in-place maintenance when needed.

I cant give this vendor a 5-star rating. Although they did a fairly decent job taking the order and and okay job demoing the old windows and installed new windows, there is the small details that they tend to miss like asking permission to use our rubbish can the window demos, not putting down a drop cloths indoors while the window demos were taking place or putting down wet drop cloths indoors - oh and they forgot to remove the clips for the old window screens. Caulking around the windows had to be re-done for two windows, but they did a good job for filling in the caulk for two front windows that required much filler. For attention to detail I would give this vendor a C- or D+UPDATE: The companys higher ups are doing their best to correct the mistakes of their workers, but it shouldve been done when they were hired and properly monitored. I think they thought my dad was an easy sell and didnt think to follow-up with their workers quality of work. However, I will give them an A for customer service which is being done after the fact. I think when dealing with different customers, you need to think outside of the box especially elderly or old customers - it requires more hand holding and follow through with the workers doing the work. If youre elderly parents are working with Coastal Windows, Id recommend stopping by the house and checking the work before paying the last check.
