Excellent service from Sophia and the technicians.Highly recommend

After calling around to a few places, I ended up ordering some custom cut pieces of glass for a project from Reflections Glass. They were the only company that was willing to help me on short notice and Sophia was incredibly friendly and helpful! I was able to order over the phone and pick up my order the same day, and they had even smoothed down the sharp edges of the glass so it was much easier to handle. A little more expensive than some other places, but incredible service and quick turnaround was definitely worth it!

Reflections was awesome! Very great with communication and service. Sophia did so great with keeping me updated on the process of getting our glass installed. She called and checked in often. I was also able to make payments up until the service was completed. Excellent service great teams that come out for the measurements and repair!

Horrible communication. Seems like the owner cares about making his pocket bigger. He talks a very high game but he doesn’t deliver. Any mistakes made you will be paying for. Wish we would have looked around more before doing business with this company. Never resolved.

First it started with Mrs Shopia responding so quickly it was really nice.. As easy as sending pics of the space I wanted work to be done on.. Which was glass doors for my shower and a big mirror over my vanity.. Upon paying the deposit and signing contract Jamie and Gabe came to measure.. In just a few weeks because it was special order they both came back and did the installation!! Our dream bathroom is now completed. And I must say it looks fabulous! Thank you Reflection glass. I will not hesitate to refer you! Happy customer!

Bad communication with this company.Emails are not responded to in a timely manner.Correspondence is not done in a proper manner.This company does not own up to their own mistakes and will over charge for their own mistakes.Not recommended at the moment until current issues are changed within their system and follow through.1 star that is a bonus for this company at the moment.

After months of speaking with Sophie regarding the huge leak of puddles that occurred, they finally figured out that there was no slope on our existing shower which caused the puddles of water. We gave them every opportunity to fix the problem or work with us to figure something out but at the end they said its our problem and the contract states no guarantees. It appears they do good work only if there is no existing shower or if its a new shower. Our only current remedy is having a clear shower curtain. A lot of money spent for a lot of stress.
