Went their specifically for one item BUT they didnt have it, explained that I came looking for it because of a TV commercial. Number one their employees were helpful trying to locate the item (Milkis - Korean carbonated drink) so that was a plus. I did shop for other stuff, vegetables and spareribs.

I’m very satisfied and happy about this retail in my location. Good staff and staffing they have a great personality and they’re helpful. I’ve tried applying at this location but nothing updated me about my app. Also, there is one staff that is my favorite here she is so nice and beyond I hope she gets a raise!BUT I hope you guys can fix and do better about opening more than two cashiers here when it’s busy because sometimes it just takes to long and some customers are rude and tend to cut without the staff knowing.Alohas and thank you. ;)

Customer service is always great there . Very helpful and caring for there customer. I have a suggestion for the store if possible a microwave to warm up the cold remarked down items for the less fortunate ones so they to can have a hot meal .

As my last option I shop this location, and the main reason is they allow the homeless sit in front of the store asking for money. Ive even had trash thrown at my vehicle for not giving money but offering to buy food (I never have given money as it usually ends up paying for alcohol) .

I live in the area but havent shopped at this location for years due to the lack of variety and product availability. I would usually go to waimalu. I had to pick up a few things so i stopped by this location. I went to get some meat and noticed how much more stocked the shelves was and more variety. I was helped by Zachary and i told him the shelves looks much better. He told me he is the new manager and he came to this store in January. He was very helpful and even gave me a new recipe. Thank you Zachary. I will shopping here more often.

Great local grocery store. They have healthy produce options. Reasonable prices. Wide selections.

The staff are very friendly. They went above and beyond to help. Wide range of items that other shop may not have. The hot food counter/ plate lunch is the best. Parking lot could be busy from time to time but can always find a spot. During COVID-19, you can see that they care enough for the staff with the tent outside for the staff to clean the cart.

One of the smaller Times Supermarket and needs renovation. Sign up to get e-mails/FB for Fri-Sun deals. I like they send me e-mails of sales and can use smartphone to get coupon credit. Parking lot full and busy around 4pm to 6pm.I dont give money to the homeless guy in front of the store. Area will get busy as near Rail station and will open late 2020 or early 2021.

Awesome service. Ordered meat and wasnt able to pick up at appointed time. I called and they told me they will hold it for me for the next day. Staff were friendly.

Always check dates on all foods before purchasing. This market is high priced and not the best quality but is the only market in the neighborhood. It was always understaffed at the registers. But that has recently improved. Staff is very friendly and helpful. This review is for the Waipahu location on Farrington Hwy.

Have a DABUCKS card that u may use with your EBT card to get vegetables 1/2 off local but was little disappointed because there wasnt too many local vegetables.... Slotted veggies I bought were from other places.

Its very expensive compared to even 7-11. Even the customer service center is only open from 5 until 8 in the evening.

The produce has always been and continues to be excellent. Clean and fresh, fruits and vegetables are well maintained and restocked. They added a seafood counter about a year ago and it seems very popular with a good selection of poke and pupu snacks. The checkout lines seem to take longer than they should.

Love the store close to home. Has everything we need and it is super close. Even if we dont need it, we always get the poke. Staff members are helpful. Worked with one who didnt seem to speak English, but understood us and took is right to the spot of what we were looking for. Between Costco and Times we get all of our shopping needs met.

I once recently rented one of the rug doctor. I went home it was not working. I went back to get another one. That other one had a note saying its broken. I had to get a refund. Very inconvenient. !!#=> Their employees are kind and provide quick service through the registers.

Never to busy

Its a good place for small daily shopping especially if you cant drive. The street behind is a major transit center for TheBus. Then theres a station being built for the upcoming rail.

Bought li hing mui. Very fresh. Found other non-food items I did not expect to find that I needed for my kitchen. Cashier very quick. Superb experience!

Needs some serious upgrading! Cmon spend money on your store ambience! Get new registers! Adopt the 3 in line rule and get customer service more help! Standing in line for more than 20 minutes is too long and get your store directors to walk the store more often, get the homeless pan handlers away from the entrance and clean the floors better, strip wax!..the restrooms look like youve gone back in time like 50 years! And having a dirty plastic container attached to your rest room key is disgusting! Call me ill give you more feed back!..this store gets a D-

Times Waipahu on Farrington needs to secure their frontage and parking lot. I go there for the convenience that its on my way home, but I guess the bums find it as a convenience to harass customers as well. Ive also witnessed a couple of em opening packages in the store. So pilau. Also that lady should not be feeding cats in the parking lot. Very nasty and flea bites galore.

I’ve been coming to this Times for all my needs from grocery to western union. Today I walked in to their western union to pick up my son money his grandma sent him before they flew back to Poland... we couldn’t! We had everything the MCN number and ID. My name was spelled wrong by one letter and I can’t . I’d have to call my son grandma in Poland (which is a costly call) to correct the one letter off in my name. And this isn’t the first time I’ve picked up money from the SAME person from their location.... so because of the time difference we have to wait. How aggravating! There’s no common sense in their actions. I felt like a scammer... so what’s the use of the MCN number you guys can’t wave one letter off in my name spelling? And I pick up money from my son grandma many times before from your location and still that doesn’t verify nothing???? Never. I’m done with this Times!!! And it’s the same cashier too! SMH!

This place is across my house so It’s so convenient to buy one or two items that I need.

Times in Waipahu is your average basic grocery store... and they are not inexpensive either.They better step up their game cause Safeway is headed to Waikele soon.

One manager was rude and disrespectful to their customers. Getting mad at them for no reason as the customer was just having a little fun. They didnt even cause any disturbance to the store.

They opened a cashier before asking others already in line. I was in express line, two guys asked the cashier that wasnt even open to help them, while others were already in line. she did!

Used a great brand of coconut oil from this store for the first time.

Ordered the rib plate and the flavor was good, but the one portion i ate was so dry and hard i choked on it and it was stuck in my esophagus for over 15 minutes (or at least it felt like it). At first i couldnt breath, then i threw up but it was only what was clogged, not from my stomach. And no mater how hard i drink it wouldnt go down, and my drink would come up as throw up. I repeated this steps for about 5-6 times until finally my drink washed it up on my throw up. I honestly thought briefly i was going to die because i only work alone in my office and i coulnt go anywhere for help here. Like i said flavor was fine, but the dried up part i never knew i could choke on. This a first time thats happened to me

I would love to rate this location higher, but given the amount of homeless people panhandling at the entrance, and the wannabe thugs ready to perpetrate smash and grabs in the parking area, I feel three stars is appropriate. Lock your doors and ensure your windows are up on your car.That being said, the produce is usually fresh, the staff is quick to open another register when the store is crowded, and the staff is friendly. The plate lunch/hot food area staff is friendly and their food is good. The interior of the store is clean always and the manager walks the store to greet people. The sales for the week are posted on a bulletin board near the entrance. I just wish Times would go to Redbox and get rid of Jetflix. Yep, it is called jetflix, lol. There is no easy pass, so if you want to use your smart watch to pay, you cant just yet. There is a western union in the store and the person behind the counter is great. Jetflix, lol...I go there at least 3 times a week. The apples there are waaay cheaper than Safeway or Foodland. I have never tried the deli or butchers, but the area is clean and the prices per pound are posted visibly.
