Top notch knowledge and customer service. Honest and cares about the bike! Came for potential bad battery which it turned out to be and an oil change. Ted took care to look the bike over and adjust a few things here and there at no cost. Bike feels like new. Been coming here sine being referred by a friend and this is the only place I get my bike serviced now.

Don’t come here... I paid this guy nearly 1300$ to fix the wiring ( blinkers and lights) on my bike after I dropped it, and a 30$ elbow piece on my radiator (he did have to drop the motor) it took an alarming amount of time to do this, when I got it back none of the blinkers worked at all ( mirrors or rear ) even tho I was charged for it, he takes his sweet time and will not hesitate to charge your for hours of work even tho he didn’t even touch it... yes I was very rude on the phone after all said and done, do not regret anything besides coming here

They give great recommendations on how to maximize your bikes performance and lifespan without you feeling pressured. I feel they honestly know their stuff. If something comes up while he’s working on your bike, they don’t hesitate to call to inform you as well as make suggestions. I’ve learned something new every time I’ve been there. Ive done business with ted since he was in aiea thats how long i know this guy. most people now days are new to the islands i assume mostly military ted does good work. Ted i got an 09 Zx10r i gotta get it retuned but first let me grab a new slip on i got a voo doo on there right now.

Took in my r6 for an oil change. They had to take off my fenders to do that and thats cool with me. That nite my accent lights werent working, so i took it back in the morning saying now my lights dont work. They said that has nothing to do with my oil change. But i told them that it worked every night untill thay took apart my bike. They said if i wanted that fixed i needed to buy lights from them and reinstall the whole thing.They dont fix their mistakes and dont admit when theyre wrong. Ill never go back and continue to spread the negative experience

Went in to get a new water pump put on my bike and they cracked my oil pump and said that it needed to be replaced so I paid for it to be replaced then they cracked my block and said I need a new engine
