I got a great online deal, and Alyx followed up with a phone call. I went in to complete the paperwork with Alyx, which was quick but thorough. The unit was clean, and the locks they had for purchase was the same price at Walmart (no mark up).

Friendly and knowledgeable staff that accommodated us on the weekend while we were shopping around for storage facilities to declutter our home. Nice clean storage units with about 8 ft of height to work with for each unit. Website also gave detailed descriptions of units with a virtual video to show possible items that could fit in specific unit sizes. Facility location and hours are convenient and easy to access. Flatbed carts, dollies and hand trucks are provided on each floor beside the freight elevator. We’re glad we found them on Yelp 😃

I’ve been a customer at this location for over 3 years. Despite the fact that I live a fair distance away, I have remained a patron primarily because of the excellent service demonstrated by the staff. I was looking for a storage unit just to store containers boxes online so I called the customer service number & the lady on the phone was super nice helped me find the cheapest unit & a lil bit more space as well which was super awesome. Than after the call I received a call from the customer service rep that works at the facility just to confirm that I spoke with someone else about a storage unit & she was also super friendly & had awesome customer service when I came to the facility for my code & lock 🔐. Love how they can offer me a cheapest unit with a bit more space & also mention about their warranty that they cover. The most perfect thing is they’re just not that far from where I live ☺️☺️☺️ Wish I had written down these ladies name because I would love to recognize them.

Just started renting with Store quest in Waipahu. I found it very easy to find a storage unit to fit my needs. They have nice big clean units. Plus the office sells lots of packing supplies. They have everything from boxes and packing stuff to mattress covers and stretch wrap.

What a great place for storage. Located right off of Farrington, so it is easy to get to. It is super clean, and the staff is the best! Gio will take good care of you.

Came in to rent a storage unit and the staff here are really nice and friendly. I was helped by Alyx who showed me a couple of units and showed me around the facility. She provided me with enough information where I didn’t need to ask much questions! She was very knowledgeable about her work, which is very impressive. The units and facility are clean, they have 24-hour surveillance, and you have your own unique gate code to enter and exit. I feel like I made the right decision by renting a storage unit at this facility. Thank you, Alyx, for helping me!

Cheapest prices hands down, there office has such friendly and family vibe. They treat there customers with respect and make sure that your getting what you want at a good price. They insure you that your things are safe in there hands and registration for the storage unit took less then 20mins. Go check them out for your storage needs. They have dollies and flight elevators for the second floor storages which make it so much easier and convenient. They are in a convenient location in the middle of Waipahu, directly across the street from pacific market and savers. Mahalo StoreQuest for your manao. My apartment now has plenty room thanks to them.

Always pass by the store on my way to work, so when we needed storage we decided to stop in for a tour. The lady in the office was quick to greet my husband & I right away! When we didnt find the exact unit we needed, she searched other Store Quest stores near by to find one. We end up at their Kapolei store and could not be happier. The staff is so helpful . Definitely would recommend to all my family and friends.

Contacted an agent yesterday ( 11/26/2020: Thanksgiving ) to confirm business hours for Waipahu location. Was told by agent since I was enrolled in auto payment agreement, I had access till 6:00pm. Upon reaching Waipahu location with vehicle loaded with items, sign posted on entrance CLOSED FOR THANKSGIVING. VERY UPSETTING AND INCONVENIENT!!

As a member of the Armed Forces, I move very often. Hence the reason why I need storage. I have traveled all over the States, and this location is by far the top place to get a storage. Personnel are extremely professional. This location is very clean and secure. I feel very safe leaving my household items here. The move in process was a breeze!

Extremely impressed with this storage facility! not only is the staff nice they keep the store SO CLEAN! There are no sketchy looking people hanging around or lingering, the storage units its self are clean and a good size, comfortable office with friendly local staff... and even the bathrooms are well taken cared of!

Went to StorQuest storage per cleaning out an auction locker. Office person was welcoming upon entering the office. Restroom was clean and general appearance of the property shows pride of ownership and commented to staff that property was very clean. Completed cleaning out the locker and completed exit paperwork.

I am blown away by the hospitality! It is a HUGE relief to know that my most sentimental items will be safe here. Kanoe was the lady who helped us. She was wonderful, treated us with compassion, and helped us get the best value for our money. We plan to store here for a very long time.

Originally made an appointment with Extra Space, but after circling around the block for over 45 mins lost and no one answering the phones to help me... I just decided to stop at Store Quest. And I am so glad I did!First off, the facility is gated (which i love!) and extremely clean.The office was very clean as well. The manager was very quick to greet me and stop what she was doing to assist me. She was so sweet and helpful. Unfortunately, Store Quest does not have parking spaces for rent :( Which was such a bummer.BUT, when my sister needed storage I knew exactly where to take her! Straight to Store Quest! And just like before, we received amazing customer service! Thank you KaNoe and Alex!!

Had to switch to a bigger storage unit and the transition was quick and simple. They were able to put a unit on hold for me until I had the time to go down to the office to complete the paperwork’s and transfer all my belongings. Thank you to the staff for your help and understanding as always!

I appreciate the spacious entrance and parking. Good location. Facilities are excellent...clean, organized, accessible. I appreciate the ability to use the various hand trucks and flat beds. Great customer service from Christie, very accommodating and she seems to know what we need before we even ask. Pretty good rate for the unit we got. The only thing that could be improved is to have longer hours to access my unit.

Gio helped me move into the perfect unit a couple of weeks ago. My first day at the store I got a little lost and Chris came upstairs to help me find my unit and was very nice. I appreciate the staff, they make an effort to help every step of the way.

She went above and beyond to lend a helping hand when I needed one the most. All of the staff does, but she is the one that sticks out the most! I know it is just a storage unit, but due to the unbeatable prices and the phenomenal staff, this is one place that I am sincerely going to miss going into, to pay my monthly dues. The best customer service! Giovana is super friendly and helpful. This storage has lots of carts and they are free to use. I have rented at another storage place and you would have to pay just to use their carts. Locations is easy to load your belongings.

The agent at StorQuest Self Storage showed excellent customer service. She provided us with useful information that most dont even know to ask. She recommended us the right storage space size for the type of equipment we intended to store. Though she showed a very high standard of professionalism, she still managed to assimilate such heart warming service which made my wife and I feel so welcomed by her company. In the end, she ensured us that we had a great deal compared to neighboring competitors.

There storage warehouse is well ventilated, great lighting and always super clean. It is easily accessible to everyone who has a lot of stuff like me when I had to sell my 3 bdrm hone.

Made a reservation online with the mainland secretary lady... and within MINUTES Alex called me locally to follow up. She answered all of my questions and even explained to me where exactly they are located (Which is super convenient because I live right in Ewa Beach). The ladies here are so kind and hilariously funny, especially after a long day. The facilities are great and access is controlled. Use of the facilities is during normal business hours only and there are cameras strategically placed throughout the area.The prices are reasonable. Ask about deals and discounts. You can purchase the required lock onsite. Bring proof of home/renters insurance to avoid buying their insurance for your items. They will explain all the fees. Bonus: they will accept mail if youre transitioning. Definitely recommended.

The staff is very friendly and the facility is very clean. Affordable and has discount perks which makes it more affordable than most places. Its easy to locate each unit. On the downside however, the storage facility is only open until 6:00 pm Mon-Sat and until 5:00pm on Sundays and cannot be accessed after these hours which is not convenient for me at all. It is also not climate controlled so it is quite hot inside the building. I would rate them a 4-5 if they would extend their hours to compete with most self storage units such as extra space storage (allows access until 9pm).

Decided to renovate our home, we needed to put our things in storage for a bit. We did some shopping around and found StorQuest to be the best for our buck. Customer service is awesome so that is a plus.

I needed to store products for my business and found Store Quest! Its really convenient right in Waipahu and is super secure. The store is smaller, which i like. because the staff always know who is coming in or out and whats going on. Go check them out if you need storage on the west side.

StorQuest Waipahu is the best storage I have used. The entire staff - sales reps and maintenance - are so very helpful and really go out of their way to help you. They also have a lot of carts for you to use and their rates are pretty reasonable.

I was so sad when my new classroom could not hold everything I brought from my classroom at my previous school. I had to accept that I needed a storage facility and I am so happy that I decided to trust my important school books, papers, supplies, and memorabilia to StorQuest in Waipahu. Christie was so friendly and welcoming. She immediately put me at ease and went so far as to show me various units to consider. I have gone back to my unit since then and it is always convenient to move things into and out of my unit and the facility is CLEAN!
