I like the people here..quiet and efficient. There was once a loud young man there who called the women customers Aunty. Didn’t like that.I prefer the quiet efficiency which is why I go there.

They have one of the most friendly staff Ive seen at a UPS store on the island. The people leaving these 1-star reviews are ridiculous. Everyone one of them are either complaining about something that is out of the control of the staff or just vague without giving any details. This is what happens when we live in a world of full of Karens including the men version of them.

I can see why the have so many 1 star reviews…they don’t want to provide customer service. Came by with an Amazon return with the label and instructions Amazon sent me. They refused to accept. Told me I had to contact Amazon to get a different label with a bunch of reasons why (a battery, shipping from HI —- I don’t know, not my job to know). TRUE CUSTOMER SERVICE would have solved the problem with the vendor paying them - AMAZON. Avoid this business.

Ive been coming lately to send packages to my family and the staff have been friendly each time. I like the new front facing monitors they installed so customers can see the shipment details and prices. Very convenient.

I mostly come in for my Amazon returns and to make copies, but I’ve been a customer for years and the ladies have always been nice and friendly. I thought I’d just give a review since I’ve been a customer for years and noticed a lot of the 1-star reviews have nothing to do with the customer service provided by the staff.

I came a few minutes before closing on a saturday to make a quick return drop off. Two employees were inside standing in front of the register, clearly saw me and waved me away as I tries to open the door. Horrible business ethics!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!>In response to managements reply to initial comment above is that clearly on the internet stated it closed at 5pm otherwise, I wouldnt have bothered driving to the store.  Maybe work on better communication and check everything so as not to inconvenience customers and apologize before assuming it is solely the customers fault for reading the information on the internet.My one star remains for this review.

I do not recommend this store location for notary services. Ive called several UPS locations that all charge $5 per signature. I did this after this location charged $10 per signature. I understand each store can charge their own price but just a fair warning.

UPS delivered an important time-sensitive package late, and refused to take ownership of their error. They were supposed to ship it overnight to Washington DC, but instead they could only do 2nd day delivery. The UPS website clearly states that overnight delivery was indeed available, and when I contacted UPS customer service they stated that indeed it was available. However, the store maintains it is impossible. They blamed the UPS main headquarters. But when I contacted the main hub, they said it was the fault of the store. I informed the store about what the UPS main hub said, but they maintain that it was the main hubs fault. Everyone in UPS acknowledged someone in UPS screwed up, but no one was willing to take ownership for it or fix the problem. The package was a job application, and it was received by the prospective employer late due to the error. I called and politely asked this store if they would be willing to write the prospective employer to explain the situation, but they refused, again stating that it was the fault of the UPS main hub. They then rudely hung up on me, even though I believe Ive treated them pretty nicely throughout this ordeal. I sympathize with the store, since it does seem like it was the fault of the main hub. However, the service I received at this location was very poor. Instead of helping solve the problem, they flatly denied any responsibility and hung up on my phone call. I usually dont write reviews, even when I received poor service, but this was a nightmare. Sad to say I will no longer use UPS for anything, nor can I recommend it to anyone.

Went in for notary services, been there 2 times before and never had an issue. Went in for a 3rd time to get something notarized for the DoD and notary on duty stated she cant do anything with it saying that it needed to be notarized. Within my document it stated that form had to be notarized and returned. Im not sure what else she needed but I didnt have time to argue because I had to drop the documents off at FedEx.Went to the UPS Store in the Navy Exchange and got the document notarized with no issue; the notary on duty didnt understand what the issue was. The notary is there to verify my signature; thats what they do.Not going back to the Waipio Store again.
