If I could give 0 I would! Not only do they have no customer service they treat you like you have no idea what your talking about! We just called after waiting a month for our machine to be fixed and the man that answered is intoxicated! He fell asleep or got distracted then picked the phone back up and realized I was waiting! He told me there was no order of service for me even though they were in my house a week ago.... so the call ended with me calling him out for being intoxicated. I bet you can guess how that ended... stay away

Have to say I never write reviews until now -When i scheduled service thru the GE Appliance Service website I was provided with a confirmation number and a window of 1-5pm to obtain service.I took time off from work and lost pay to meet this time window. When i arrived at noon I found the LAR card in my door. When calling, i was greeting with the agents cussing and using strong curse words amongst themselves in the background. I had asked if they were swearing at me, they said no they were swearing at each other.After dealing with those difficulties, I was told that they only come to my area in the morning and the tech started hollering at regarding a reschedule of the service. I asked if he was shouting at me because it sound like he was.It was then that he hung up on me.Ive already contact GE regarding the services, ( or lack there of) that their partners provide.I wouldnt recommend this outfit to anyone.

I have a washer that needed repair from maytag. I had a date three weeks in advance and when I contacted this repair shop, they didn’t have a record of my service request, said I needed to wait at least two more week so even get service, and the person I talked to was rude and seemed like he didn’t care at all. This is all after they had contacted me a week after the request, saying they could do it earlier. I am glad I didn’t get the service from them cause I feel like they take corners and don’t care about anything at all. I would never recommend them but will definitely be saying something to everyone that I know about them if they ever need a company to repair an appliance.

Horrible customer service. They run a scam with GE. I had tracking info for my parts, got notified they were delivered, but LAR kept saying they havent received them. Heres the scam...they push you off past the 30 days on the first service request. After 30 days they request a new service request and get paid again. See, the first service request pays them for 1 visit out to troubleshoot, order parts, then 1 visit back out to replace parts. I called GE and said I was no longer willing to work with them. I got the parts sent to me in 2 days, new technician from another company came out 2 days later and viola...everything fixed.

0 STARS!!!! ART SHOULD NOT BE WORKING THERE!!!! Spoke to Art/Ari over the phone today regarding my broken washer machine. I couldnt finish a word without him interrupting me rudely. He thought he was a know it all over the phone, and does not care about what you need. I dont know how they have a disgusting individual working there for so long without resolving these issues. I will not be letting them in my home; I do not trust these guys. Sounds intoxicated over the phone, speaks to himself and blurs his words ; very unprofessional. This is what were paying for?! There must be a different service center

I have never used them, and giving the ratings, I never will. I can attest to the rudeness of the workers, though. Not only are they apparently rude when working, they are also rude when driving.

ZERO STARS! TRUST THE REVIEWS AND STAY FAR AWAY FROM L.A.R.! I have never in my life been treated so poorly by a company that I was trying to have work for me. I tried for 3 hours to get an update on my service window today (as other reviews have said, they do not answer their phones). When I finally reached someone, the representative sounded like he was intoxicated and told me that they cancelled my appointment and rescheduled me for the next morning, without any notice. He claimed that he had called Lowes and said they should have called me (Lowes has no record of this) and then he claimed that he tried to call me and my voicemail must be broken (I have other missed calls and messages throughout the time he said he called several times, but none from him). When I asked about his changing story and him not actually calling is when he lost it. I then spent the next 10 minutes being yelled at and repeatedly being called stupid and an idiot. It is so disappointing that Lowes would do business with such a disgraceful company that treats their customers like this. I guess the only silver lining is that they didnt actually come out and fix my product because knowing what I know now, I would not trust these people in my house, let alone inside my expensive appliances. DISGUSTING.

If only you could give ZERO stars. The man I spoke with on the phone was beyond rude, I don’t throw this term around lightly, but I swear he was intoxicated! He told me a serviceman had come to my house when he had not. Then proceeded to argue with me, saying I was wrong. I got aggregated with him because he was argumentative and not at all helpful. When I asked him about the price and questioned him, he threatened to raise the rate on me. The call ended with him telling me, he wouldn’t send a repairman out at all. Which was fine by me as based on this interaction I wouldn’t want these people in my home. I have never had such a bizarre/surreal interaction with any sort of service company. As others said, I don’t know how they stay in business, customer service/satisfaction is not on their radar.

Zero STARS here also. I have the same problem. HORRIBLE SERVICE. Nobody calls the day before to tell you when they are coming, nobody answers the phone until after 9AM so you cant check on the time, and they sometimes just show up at your house. I have NO Idea why Lowes Protection Plan uses them. I am done withi using this company.

Absolutely terrible. I have been waiting for 3 weeks for an ice machine replacement for my brand new fridge and they can’t seems to make it back to my home to deliver it. First reason was the weather and not being about to get to my house because a tree was down in ONE road, second was them claiming we were not home were we were. If you call it’s as though the staff are either off in lala land and have literally no idea what is happening. I’m surprised this business is open

Stay clear! They ordered and put in the wrong parts on my NEW fridge, misaligned the door, and left it like that!! I made multiple calls but never received a call back. It’s obvious they don’t care about their customers. The guy that answers the phone is very unprofessional and was swearing because he couldn’t find my paperwork! In the end my fridge was never fixed by this company.

Worst company EVER. so rude..when i complained about 2 weeks of techs not showing up or on wrong day he hung up on me...called frigidaire who set up original appointment to report them they really didnt care..When i called to confirm first appointment the person who answered sounded out of it he did not even know what day it was...I will be reporting to BBB for sure!!!! Everyone stay away...

Read other reviews and was a little apprehensive about the service from this company, Paul came today and he was very cordial and knew exactly what the problem was, fixed it and was gone. He came on time and even though his repair order from the company indicated he was to come for a refrigerator fan it was actually the stove quick bake fan and he knew just what was wrong.

I am horribly disappointed with the service I received from this company. Our dishwasher was still under warranty so Whirlpool set up our appointment for service with LAR Service Center, and we had to wait a week for an appointment, which they cancelled saying the technician was sick. Another week later, they came and said they would have to order a part that could take as many as ten days to arrive. Three weeks later we still had heard nothing so we called and they told us the technician would be out for a week for a death in his family, but that they would come a week later. The day of the scheduled appointment they called AGAIN to say the technician was sick and would be rescheduling for the following week. When I complained, the guy on the phone said he was just a messenger and he had no control. I have been completely ignored because Whirlpool is paying since it is under warranty and there has been zero remorse about that fact that my family has now been without a dishwasher for over a month and a half with no end in sight. STAY CLEAR!

We had a warranty maintenance scheduled and some miss encounter happened between us and the technician. Call to reschedule and guy name Ari EXPLODED on the phone. Cant believe they still open with that type of costumer service. Straight up rude and disrespectful.

Avoid at all costs. I have been waiting 4 weeks for my replacement part. Took 2 weeks to have someone come out and look at my machine for 2 mins, where I was told 2 weeks for parts. Now no one answering calls or returning left messages. Avoid these people at all costs.
