I purchased my supercharged 2011 Porsche Cayenne Hybrid from Jeff at Reynolds auto sales 7 months ago and let me tell you, this is the best vehicle Ive ever owned. Ive taken a road trip for a weeks vacation from Taunton MA to Orlando FL round trip with this thing no problem. Ive put 10k+ miles on this car and its still running strong. At first when I first saw my dream car being sold at a small dealership I was skeptical to say the least. Jeff was great to work with and was very straight forward when answering all my questions and concerns regarding this luxury vehicle. Highly recommended and would shop here again.

Jeff is a amazing person to work with, professional and knowledgeable about the vehicles he sells! The whole buying process took 4 days, from test drive to purchase. He ensured my car was clean and did a once over before I drove off. Very impressed with this place, will come back if my next car is here! His pricing is realistic and firm, since these cars he sells could be sold for much more but he strives for customer service and satisfaction! Well worth a drive! Which I would rate was 10/10.

Update - 2013 Lexus IS 250c (Hardtop Convertible) purchase.My husband and I drove from New Castle Delaware and purchased this car from Jeff the 4th of July weekend in 2018. It had 25,675 miles and was a beauty. Now almost 2 years later, MyLex is now 7 years old and looks and runs as well as the day we bought it. No issues of any kind and have only had to have regular required maintenance completed.Just wanted to give an update so that if you are considering purchasing a vehicle from Jeff, run; dont walk to his location as fast as you can, so you dont miss out!The vehicles he has to offer are hand picked by him, in near showroom condition and dont hang around long.Also, Jeff is a no pressure type of guy and his only wish is to get you the vehicle you want.Thanks again Jeff, we couldnt be happierTerry & Mark

Bait and switch at best! Sold a car on Monday only to call me on Wed to tell me that he is selling this to another person (he said it the right thing to do from business standpoint). Also, said that he will find a similar or better car but never heard back from him again. I would be very careful if you are dealing with Jeff at Reynolds Auto sales as he cannot keep his word.

Anxiety. That’s what buying a car gives me. Perhaps even fear. Prior to going to Reynolds I had only had two cars in my life. One I bought for cheap off Craigslist. It served me well through college and grad school but once I started working I felt I needed a more reliable vehicle. I went to a few dealerships and boy was I unprepared. At every turn, I was strong armed to accept a car of the dealer’s choosing and bullied by managers. I ended up leasing a Nissan Sentra and while serviceable, when I began my search I wanted neither a lease nor a Sentra.So as my lease came to an end and the specter of another car search loomed in the distance I prepared for battle. I did hours of research, create a checklist of must-have features and started early. I went to each dealer, checklist in hand. I had to repeatedly remind them that there was nothing they could do to make me “leave with a car today” and that I would not give up my must-have features. When I pointed out to one dealer that the car he showed me was so small that no one would be able to sit behind me, he had the nerve to say that it was a good thing because it would give me an excuse not to drive people around.By the time I showed up at Reynolds I was only a couple weeks into my search but already exhausted. Most cars were either too expensive, lacked the features I desired, or too small. Most dealers tried to push me into another lease. I had read the positive reviews on here but didn’t hold out much hope. The lot is small and easy to overlook.I was dubious but I was wrong. I was immediately impressed with Jeff’s level of trust. I wanted to test drive a 2014 Mercedes E350. As a fairly young inconspicuously dressed man, some dealers might assume that I couldn’t afford such a car or insist on going on the test drive with me. Yet Jeff handed me the keys, explained some of the features, and told me try it out as long as I wanted. He didn’t even bother to make a copy of my driver’s license. Now that was a surprising level of trust.I loved the car and decided this was the one I wanted. When I returned to Reynolds Auto I prepared for another attempt to strong arm me but there was no sales pitch. I thought Jeff might talk me into financing through his dealership (which they don’t do) but he simply gave me a list of banks and credit unions that he had worked with in the past. He did not blink an eye when I told him I wanted to use my credit union in Ohio. He was exceedingly patient when the fact that my credit union was out-of-state caused some hiccups and delays in getting him the payment. He even gave me possession of the car on the day promised despite not having yet received payment for it.Oh and did I mention that the Mercedes E350 I purchased was over $7,000 cheaper than other E350s? Jeff made the process easy and comfortable. I never felt pressured or anxious. Given that a car is one of the largest purchases I’ll make, it was great to be able to choose what I wanted without feeling forced into a decision. Jeff answered all of my questions and addressed all of my concerns. When I thought the brakes might be a little low he immediately offered to check. When I asked whether the car had a spare key, he immediately had one made, without my asking, and paid for it.After almost three months the car is still performing perfectly. I would definitely recommend Reynolds Auto to anyone looking for an easy car buying experience.
