I have found it so frustrating, I am seeking out a smaller pharmacy, that answers the phone, after two rings, that treats us like individuals with the personal care each of us deserves, pays for and needs, that does so with a pleasure in their personas, remember they need us more then we need them, big chains like CVS forgot personal care, or dont care to put enough staff in to handle phones and care, whats more stressful then awaiting a medicine you need? Who should know this, our pharmacist, they have lost that touch to a level some employees seem disgruntled Eve asking a question, getting a phone call in is next to impossible I hope others read this and would highly recommend using a smaller pharmacy that needs your individual needs. Not only that but with, dignity, respect, personal attention, we all have a right to, that most our insurance pays them billions a year, and maybe its time to give the smaller business that money, that they will not only work for but leave you feeling that personal touch. A win win. These big chains lost any personal touch or care. Huge disappointment, stay well everyone

If I could give 0 I would put it. Very Bad experience covid drive thru. I have appt today 10:40 i was there 5mins early for my appt then he ask all the information that i have then suddenly he told me to turn around since his computer acting up. So i turn around they assist 2 cars behind and that cost me 20mins of waiting. Then when its my turn they ask me again all the information they need i have the confirmation number for my appt and he said for for couple minutes. Then another 10mins has pass his still on his computer and no covid test has given to me.

Staff doesnt care, wastes customers time. Ive wasted about 90 minutes of my life by having to drive back to get prescriptions that, although the text message they sent said differently, were in fact not ready to be picked up. When you speak to the manager, the attitude is, yeah, well, thats how it goes sometimes. No apology, no striving to do better, nothing. They never have more than one person working the drive up and one person working the register, no matter if there are 2 customers in line or 20. If you want to see a personification of apathy, observe CVS Wakefield pharmacy staff. I guess its back to Walgreens!

Had better service inside than through the drive thru. Overall wait times are really poor. It always seems like they are over worked and/or understaffed. Maybe thats the way of corporations - minimum cost. Its worth looking at other options in town.

Pharmacy is a disaster, the Pharmacist is rude, and the staff seem too inexperienced to do anything. When calling in from a prescribers perspective, they give u every excuse in the book to not speak to you, why cant you fax it?! Why cant u leave a Voice mail?!, interrupt you when youre asking questions or like to hang up on you while youre on hold for 20 mins, and when the patient gets there they blame the prescriber for incorrect information. We put alot of effort into making sure generic options are available, we check prices, availability and its upsetting to know that a Pharmacist is too annoyed to provide basic patient care.

Whyyyyyy does this CVS play God!!! If they are not messing up orders, they are messing up scrips, payment, and when a doctor tells you that the script is correct, that should be the end of it! This pharmacy complained cause they had to get the information they needed from staff and not the doctor directly that was busy with cancer patients! If a doctor sends in a script, it should be filled! Why do you need extra verification! You work on doctors orders, they make the rules and tell patients what they need not morons at CVS! Leaving people in pain and in danger! Good job! I’ll be finding a different pharmacy, not to mention the rudeness! Don’t be playing God! Sick of it

I felt the need to write a review about the neighborhood CVS. There are many bad reviews on here, and mostly drive thru problems. Well, I go in the store to pick up my medication and the pharmacy employees are wonderful. (Edmund in particular is fabulous.) They have helped me with questions about my health insurance, they get my Rx ready quickly, and the pharmacist is always willing to stop what shes doing to speak with me if I have a question. They have even helped me with a workmans comp claim. This place is nice and they work hard.

Terrible experience. Drive through was turned into covid testing but not properly labeled. Waited in line for 30 minutes because couldnt turn around. Manged to come into store and discuss the situation, and told thats just how it is and HQ made the signs. There was no personal responsibility to improve the store experience for customers. Moving all prescriptions from this point on to Walgreens.

This pharmacy is abysmal. After my Drs office was on hold for 15 mins to call in a rx they left the rx on the voice mail. It then took me 3 days of sitting on hold for 10 minutes at a time, to finally get thru to a human to see if my rx was ready. The person who answered had such an accent that it difficult to under stand what she was saying but finally understood that they had no RX for me. I then told her the date and time the rx was left on their voice mail - which apparently they do not check, she said the Drs offices have to learn to wait. My Drs office was closed by the time I was told this so I now have to wait thru the weekend to get them to call in another RX - BUT NOT TO THIS PHARMACY. The worse service to both patients and Drs offices ever. What is the purpose of having voice mail if you dont listen to it.

Pharmacy has horrible communication skills, headache to do business here. Have been out of medications for over 4 months, yet still take the prescription refills and wait for the customers to come in as if it is their own personal version of Curb Your Enthusiasm. I have waited for over 40 minutes before in line just to be told they are out of the necessary script I needed filled, and they have no idea how or when it will be filled again. I am usually a loyal CVS customer, but this branch has completely lost my business.

The service here is not good. Rude people at the window drive up today. I do not see signs that states what you said about your values, and to be honest its a free world, I own my car and the space inside. I will go to Walgreens going forward. Not the first time I have been treated rude by the staff here.

The customer service leaves something to be desired by so team members of CVS. Having said that the saving grace is the exceptional service of 3 employees. The CVS pharmacy wait line is always never ending. If it werent for the great coupons, Id rarely frequent the establishment.

Asked the pharmacist specifically what cold remedy would not cause nervousness or anxiety for my daughter who is struggling with insomnia, the stupid pharmacist there was dismissive and recommended Claritin which gave her two bloody nose episodes, and kept her wide awake and anxious until 5am.This woman (pharmacist) is an idiot, she gave my daughter something that made her worse, and disregarded everything we told her that we needed. If you need batteries, CVS is okay, but with this uneducated pharmacist, dont expect good healthcare advice. She was more interested in chatting with her coworkers, and closing up to go home.Never again!

Normally I find the staff very friendly and helpful. Over the past 2 months when I arrived to pick up prescriptions only to be told they were never called in. I called the MD office to ask them to refill and was told they had sent it in. I called cvs and they said they didnt have it. I called again and surprise they had it now. In the past cvs always called if the prescription was expired and they would get the renewal. Not this time. Then yesterday my dr sent in 2 prescriptions ;when I went to pic up there was only one. I called today and was assured it was not there. Then I said what it was for and was abruptly told that is over the counter when not the case with the dose prescribed. I called MD office again and was assured it was sent there but they agreed to call again. I wish my insurance would let me change pharmacies. It is so inconvenient to keep going back for items that should have been ready,.

Go elsewhere. These guys are useless. They’re always running out of meds, messing up orders, and the people working there tell you one thing and someone tells you another. If a zero rating was an option, that would be my selection. Save yourself be time, hassle and aggravation and find another pharmacy.

The robocalls regarding pharmacy are out of control. It is completely inappropriate to call a patient every day, saying cvs can speak to my Dr about refills on a script which specifically mentions no refills. Somehow CVS is even bypassing the iPhone silence unknown caller feature. I am going to switch pharmacies solely because these phone calls have been inundating me while sick.
