Absolutely love this place.Arrived for my session and School of Rock was performing outside. They were awesome!The rooms and equipment are unparalleled in the quality of each.Just bring a guitar, plug in, let it rip.Magnificent!

Nice to walk up and plug in to some high end gear.

They had a nice area with comfy couches while we waited for the band to be ready. We were there to see a wedding band perform. They had a big stage and open area in a private room for us to listen. I wish they had high tops spread around the room instead of short seating around the edges, which made it awkward for a small group.

I give 5 stars as the amount of clean rehearsal/showcase and moderately sized performance spaces in the greater Boston area is extremely limited.Staff is courteous and friendly.The larger showcase room could benefit from additional acoustic treatments as it can get very boomy. But overall, I have yet to see a better deal for this type of space.
