Super kind and helpful staff! If you are stopping by to print stuff, be advised that it costs $1 to use the computer to send the document to the printer. Its 10 cents a page after that. Kind of steep if youre only printing a page or 2; better to see if you can use your local library or another spot.

UPS Store #4423 Lincoln Street, Wakefield, MA I’ve gone to this UPS location many times. I must say everyone that works here has excellent customer service and are very knowledgeable. Grace and Mary usually wait on me. These two ladies go beyond and above to help anyone they can. They are exceptional in what they do! Thank you for your help and kindness!

I can not speak highly enough about these folks, their quality of service and their plain old-fashioned kindness. We had several awkward-sized pieces to ship (2 tables, one large lamp) to California. The owner came personally to pick them up as we had no way to get them to his store, and despite his busy schedule, took the time to chat with us and make helpful suggestions as to next steps. He also went through hoops and loops to package them in a way that kept costs as low as feasible without jeopardizing the quality of shipping. The packaging was exceptional; he clearly made every effort to protect them. I later learned that this store is the preferred shipper for Kaminskis Auctions on the North Shore, and they are experts in shipping high value and odd-sized items. The owners work ethic and customer service is in a word, top flight, and I would turn to them in a minute for any future needs. Thank you A.J.!!!

Do not waste your time there they’re not helpful you can’t even email them the label they make you go on the computer and bring up all the information on their computer and they charge you they’re not helpful

I just spoke with Mary from the UPS Store in Wakefield. She was of great help to me. I received an email from Amazon telling me that they had not received my return and that they would be charging my card for this item.I did return this item through the UPS store. I have my receipts but I didnt say the exact item. Mary was FABULOUS she got the tracking number right from the UPS site and she helped me to get to the UPS site and track that package that was returned. It had the return and the exact time that Amazon got that item back.Without you Mary I would have been charged again! Please give Mary a raise, she certainly deserves it!Thank you so much Mary, you are the best!Patsy

This UPS store goes above and beyond in customer service !!!The staff and owner couldnt be more helpful finding solutions for shipping. I have never experienced such amazing helpfulness before something was actually shipped, even though the team is completely swamped right now after a local auction. THANK YOU AJ and your team ! Everyone at this UPS store is always very helpful. Even with the restrictions due to COVID-19 they are doing a great job. They limit the number of customers, practice social distancing, etc. I was there today and Mary (owner?) helped me with some returns, suggested a better (cheaper) shipping option, etc. Theyre my go-to stop for anything shipping related!

I went in today with 3 Zappos returns, an LL Bean return, and a return of equipment to Comcast. It took me less than 10 minutes. Staff was friendly and efficient. And practicing social distancing and wearing masks. Entrance and exit clearly marked. I felt very safe. So Im giving a Five Star ***** Review. Thank you UPS.

BUYER BEWARE.. Although the actual UPS facility is minutes from me, I decided to visit the UPS Store because it was located near a store I needed visit. I had a package mailed to Canada for $45. I explained to the person behind the desk what the item was and even put insurance on it stating what the item was valued at. My package was never delivered due to taxes and fees that were not paid. When I presented my inquiry to the UPS Store asking why I owe MORE money even though I had already paid for shipping, I was told they have no way of knowing what taxes and fees are. Call me crazy but shouldnt a company specializing in sending out packages know what taxes and fees are after you give a thorough description of what is being mailed? I have never had this problem with going directly to UPS before. I informed the UPS Store that I had expected a mailing facility to know this information and not the consumer. The response I received from the UPS Store owner was arrogant, rude, and completely void of anything remotely helpful, let alone an apology. Their response was: Those were your expectations, but we never advertised or suggested that we know what they will charge in Canada or any other country. This response basically translates to, I dont care; this is your problem; we dont advertise that we know how our job works nor will we make the effort for our customers. Not only will a I no longer use the services of UPS Store (or lack thereof), but neither will my company. If you need something of value sent to anyone, I would highly recommend going to the real UPS and not this establishment. I will be posting this review on Google, Yelp, Facebook, and any other social media in the hopes of saving another unwitting customer the headache.

Walked in an hour ago to mail a package, and the manager was on his personal cell phone for 20 minutes. When I asked to be taken care of, he responded by saying Sorry, this call is more important than whatever you have to mail right now. Are you kidding me? Ive never dealt with such horrible customer service in years. So unprofessional. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!

Went in today to return Comcast equipment at the suggestion of Comcast. The young man at the counter was very pleasant, courteous and poliet. The woman in the back however, that was a different story. She complained about comcast and the equipment, how sick she is if taking these back and how Comcast should get their sh$t together. In a time where so many people are not working or have lost customers,I would think that being a preferred drop site and getting paid by Comcast is a big deal. Sorry you felt I inconvenienced you with my return, I will make sure Comcast knows you do not appreciate their business.

Went in to make color copies of photos for my nanas wake. The staff was very helpful. I was there for a while so i saw them interact with many other customers. It was clear they are customer service driven and they care about what they do.

I want to say that the owner of this UPS was incredibly helpful and informative when I had a gigantic item to return. It was a soft top car part for my jeep. He walked me through the process I have to go through, and was realistic with me. He told me I had to get a custom box made. When I brought my item to the Wakefield ups, I left all the pieces in the car and asked him to come out to my car to measure each piece. Once he was done, he nicely let me know he has to see how much it will cost to package everything. I waited inside and was promptly told that it would cost about $80, which was expected. The owner came outside to help me carry my items, which was a little heavy and had many parts to it.He scanned my barcode sent from the company I bought from, and I was rung up and given a tracking receipt. Before I left he made sure I had my tracking receipt, and all the information I needed, then wished me a good day. I felt very happy with my experience at the wakefield ups, it was informative, fast, easy, and I will definitely return for all my shipping needs in the future.

Helpful front desk representatives. Terrible experience with management, rude, and raised their voice at me in front of three other people. Completely unprofessional. Never going to return to this location. Great company, highly recommend the brand just choose a different location.

Worst customer service ever. Very unprofessional. I was there this afternoon to drop off a prepaid package. The associate asked me to put the package on the weighing scale.I said I have a prepaid label.Associate: I know how to do my job, I handle a lot of packages like thisAll I said was I had a prepaid label, something you would say if you had a prepaid label while dropping off the package. The associate was rude and the attitude was totally unnecessary.

I called about something that needed to be notarized. I was told 500 I get into store, he starts with a attitude. For all of you,the bank does it as a courtesy. Minus the attitude he tells me its $10.00
