Great place for crafters to shop at. Coupons are given for future date when a purchase us made

Been here a few tines for crafting needs. People are very friendly and theres a good selection of things Im looking for. Reason for 4 stars is in all the times Ive asked for help, theres only been once the person seemed knowledgeable about the products. I also usually have to walk around the whole store trying to find someone for help.

Going out of business soon. Things are 25% off currently. Enjoy then for my crafting needs. Normally have a good selection. You still may be able to find what you need for making things for the holidays.

First time being there and Oh my goodness! Lets just say... I am not allowed in there without adult supervision- I could have stayed and BOUGHT everything in the baking section! The prices are pretty good as well and they have a huge selection of different things. Cant wait to go back! :)

I did wait a little bit for the person that was in custom framing but it was worth it. She was great as well as another employee, Jaden. He was very helpful and friendly. He does up my waiting time by getting the person I needed to talk to for me.

I was in the store yesterday and picked up three wooden things off of a shelf that were marked $5.99 on the shelf. When I got to the register they came up at $6.99 she said she would make them $5.99 because that was what was marked. She refused to give me the “store wide” 25% off stating they were clearance. The items were not ticketed as such nor was the area or anywhere around the area marked clearance. As a customer I have no idea what is and is not clearance if it is not marked. They refused to give me the 25% off so I did not purchase the items. They had a sign advertising “did you know about our discounts” one of them being military discount. When I showed the cashier my military Id she told me they don’t offer that anymore so I asked again for a manager. Dorothy (manager) came up to the register and I asked her if she was the store manager to which she said no I’m a manager I asked for the store manager and was told she was on a conference call. I explained the situation and the sign that was up she had a raised voice with a nasty tone telling me “we’re liquidating” no additional discounts. I told her where the sign was and she told me that sign was missed and she would take it down. The guy who was ringing at the register next to the one I was at said “that sign is there for no reason”. Dorothy continued yelling at me and I asked her to stop as I was not yelling at her (yes, there were people starring). You know you we’re in the wrong leaving that sign up per your admission I should have been granted the 15% military discount. I asked that the store manager call me and left my name and number. Unless she is still on her conference call (today, the next day) she did not bother to call me back. I called corporate and told them all of this she said customer service and/or the store manager would call me back. Of course no one has...hmmmmmm awful awful customer service and a horrible shopping experience!!! Just because your going out of business does not mean you flush customer service down the toilet!!!

I always find what Im looking for while at AC Moore. The staff are super friendly. My only complaint is that the check out lines get so long before other registers open up.

I love this Acmoore its not the biggest in the area but the still pretty nice. Its well organized and clean, even the bathroom is usually clean. Most of the staff is very friendly/helpful, there might be 1 manager that was rude in my 10 years shopping here. Parking is good, only problem is that sometimes it takes a while to restock a few things. Other than that its a great location.

Covers a wide variety of crafting projects. I would like to see a wider selection of items in certain categories. For this trip, it was markers.

I always seem to forget this store when Im looking for crafting supplies. But when I go inside Im never disappointed. They have a great selection with even better prices.

Cashier gave me a coupon for 50% off an item. And he didnt have to, its not like I knew one existed. Just really good customer service!

They are doing a bunch of holiday sets so only one register was open . The salesperson who rang me out was knowledgeable, fast and helped me to reregister my rewards card. Great help to me. TY!

Its like Micheals and then its not. They had quite a few art supplies that I wanted to get on the ground - NOT online - at excellent prices. They even have whole sheets of watercolor paper.You wont be able to replace Micheals with AC Moore, though. I was a tad disappointed by the limited selection of watercolor paint brands. Not a big deal though. Ill be back for sure.

I love going to this store. They have such a huge variety of items to buy. Worth going too.

I have never been so appalled in my entire life! Ive never received such blatantly indifferent service in my life it was abhorrent! Hopefully nobody ever has the audacity to ask for help and a price check like i did. If you do prepare to be accosted and heckled and argued with especially if you try to correct their incorrect signage. There was only a single pleasant cashier to deal with in the entire staff. The yarn is cheap and made of some kind of plastic crossing with the fabric, it burned my fingers. The markers are a rip off and either come packaged dry or dry out after a single use! Cute hole punchers!

I like coming here they have what I need and the price is very good and so is the people too,they will help you at any time if you needed help. Thank you so much.

I love shopping here for my crochet makings. Just be sure to allow for time to stand in line, sometimes they can be long.

I love this store ! I go in here all the time for gifts and crafts . Its well.organised, the staff is always friendly and helpful and if Im ever returning anything I dont feel like I did something wrong by getting twice much yarn and my eyes being bigger than my project .

AC Moore is a fantastic store, if you cant find something the employees are very willing to help with a smile and they value as part of the AC Moore family.

I would give a 0 or -1 if i could. The Employees are clearly overworked as they will have two registers open and lines to the bathrooms, speaking of which there is only one toilet in the mens restroom and it was violently clogged...DISGUSTING. The management staff is made up of tired, washed up and worn out old people or basically fresh out of high school snobs. The main manager is a rude rat-faced man that refused to help me and left a very bad impression. Just save your time and money and go to Micheals fabric store.

They did an excellent job with my custom framing, but I had to wait an hour for the framer to show up to take my order. That was frustrating, but like I said, everything turned out nicely. I would go back. Plus they have educator discounts!

Staff members are customer friendly. Cashier helped me maximize my savings by informing me that I can combine certain coupons for additional savings.

Between AC Moore and Michaels you cant go wrong. A.C.Moore honors competitors coupons and military discount 15% ... stack the discounts.

Staff will assist you in locating materials in the store.

In The Past Years Borders Bookstore, Blockbuster, Sports Authority, Hancock Fabrics, Hh.Gregg, Radio Shack, Toys R Us And Payless All Went Out Of Business Completely But I Didnt Know That A.C. Moore Was Going Out Of Business Next.

Micheals older brother store. The Artist loft markers from micheals are cloned but with a bigger palette. A.C moore has better coupons. But supplies are still about the same price.

Found just the right embellishment for my Uncles funeral arraignment.

Seemed pricey. Staff was not as helpful as I needed them to be; however, it was the Christmas season so maybe they were overworked or just tired of needy people! LOL. I’ll be back though, because it’s only them and Michael’s that usually sell what I need.

Very nice, loved my visit, employee at register was outstanding, but lady stocking not so nice, she ignored ya standing there, an phone rang she didnt hesitate to answer, then looked at me an walked pass me while wanting to ask her something, she knew i was waiting for her.
