I worked with Danny over the phone to schedule my service (Air Ride and Compressor on my Ram 3500 dually). He initially had some trouble tracking down an available compressor but by the end of the day hed found one and said itd be in and ready for me. I only had one day that was convenient for me to bring the truck in and they were able to accommodate that (I gave them about 2 weeks notice). Fast-forward to today: they were able to get me in early, get the work done way faster than I expected (they put two mechs on it and did it in half the time) and the truck is towing my trailers like theyre not even there now. Poor Danny was eating lunch when I came to pick it up and didnt bat an eye at stopping and getting me taken care of. This was my first experience with Trick Trucks and they did a great job from initial scheduling to communication to end product. Thanks guys!
Brought my 2018 Toyota Highlander in to get a bug shield, and a rear bumper guard. When I walked in, I was greeted and told you can give me your keys and well get you in! They were waiting for me and I was 15 min. early. They had the vehicle in and out in no time and both items looked so good! Had a great experience with Trick Trucks in Waldorf, MD.
Man these guyz r great
Was dreading going because Ive always heard that the prices are way out. They had a pintle hitch I needed and was about the same price as the big box parts stores, definitely cheaper by $150+ from the trailer place north of Trick Trucks that didnt have it in stock
Decent prices, good customer service
Worsed experience ever, this is why I end up working on my own stuff. Had an appointment today to have my crash bars removed on my new ford ranger. I was told last week when I made the appointment that they would take care of it for me. Through my conversation with the gentleman I spoke to, I told him that I went through 25 or so saw blades on the passenger side. When I arrived there today the mechanic went through 3 blades, then told me he couldnt do it. What a wasted hour of my time. Will not be using there service at all in the near future.
Good Service a little pricey, But hey, you gotta pay for Quality product & service.
I recieved great customer service from Danny. He honored store policy of having the lowest price. Ordered my armor flex cover and had it installed in a timely manner. I highly recommend this business. The entire staff I encountered was polite and made me feel welcome. Thanks Danny and Pablo. You have my business.
Fast professional service. As a follow-up to the initial visit I returned to Trick Trucks recently for shock installation. Prior to the start of the work there was an unexpected complication and my cost options were explained fully and there was plenty of time to get additional quotes. The shop displayed great customer service.
10-9-19i recently brought a set of 20 dubs and Grappler tires and had them mounted ti my Grand Cherokee along with a light bar un the grill. u must say Danny is the man he was fair, professional and accommodating. The job/ jeep looks gr8t. thanks to the entire team, very satisfied. Tony M.
This is the worst truck shop I’ve ever been to. I got my 2014 Tundra installed with a new lift kit and wheels and rims. When I picked up my truck and left the parking lot I noticed my truck’s steering wheel pulled to the right and I heard some kind of metal scrapping against something near the wheel well while I was driving away. I couldn’t figure out what it was. So I decided to bring it back the very same day to see if the shop could fix it. When I returned to the shop, the sales associate, who was so polite and friendly when I first went to the shop to purchase the lift kit, all of a sudden was very irritable and rude. It’s like once they made their sale they were done being polite and done with assisting me. They would not look at the truck right away. Even though they had no customers. They made me come back to their shop and then sent me to their partnered shop down the street who does their alignments for them. The people there were super rude, and gave me my truck back and told me nothing was wrong with it. Then they said you need to ask Trick Trucks to fix it. It’s their problem. So then I head back to trick trucks and then they say it’s the alignment shop’s problem. I finally get fed up with the back and forth and ended up going somewhere else and had to pay more to fix the problem. So, if you’re considering to receive services from this location I would do so with caution.
Visited this store for the first time and found the customer service to be superb. I placed orders for two different vehicles with ease and the prices were reasonable. Whatever you are looking for for your truck or SUV, youll find it at Trick Trucks!
Its amazing how I can go in with $6000 cash ready to spend and they still seem like they dont want my service based on their attitude. Ill take my money somewhere else. Only reason they dont get one star is because they didnt smack me in the face and tell me to F off.
I contacted Ron down at trick Trucks in Waldorf MD. I told him my plans for my New 2012 F-250. He got everything in place and contacted me to go over all the parts he was going to order. Everything was correct. I drop my truck off on WED and he had the truck ready for me Friday.Great Job by Ron and CREW. Truck looks and ride nice...
I have visited this location on several occasions and the customer service is absolutely deplorable. I had a spray in liner applied to my new truck several months ago and there were scratches left on my truck which they claimed I caused after leaving the store 15-20 minutes earlier. I called the store and spoke with a guy named Ron who hung up on me and basically called me a liar. Beware and stay away from this store!!!!!!
First time customer at their shop. They provided lift kit and tire recommendations for the look I wanted on my jeep. The overall experience was outstanding and I was really impressed with their service.
Wonderful people and exceptional work
Good service. We have used them for over a decade for our F350
If I could give 1/4 of a star thats what they would get. I went to Trick Trucks in Waldorf at the recommendation of a friend who does business with them. I spoke to Larry earlier in the day and shared with him what I was looking for and informed him that I was going to drop in to see them later today. Sadly when I walked in the shop I spoke but did not get a response from the gentleman (I assumed him to be Larry), behind the counter. Assuming he did not hear me, I approached the counter while still attempting to engage in a conversation with the person. As I got to the counter without even acknowledging my presence, he informed me that he was busy and pointed me to the younger gentleman who had walked in the store.I approached that gentleman explaining that I was refered to them by (name of company my friend worked), that did not seem to faze him one little bit. After explaining to him what I was looking for he walked me to the front of the store, briefly stated to me that he could not tell me what to get. He then showed me a cover and before I could ask questions about it he walked away to serve a white female who had walked into the store long after I was there. Here I was a black male, professionally dressed, yet was treated with no respect. I began walking towards the counter to enquire about the cover, but realized this was probably not the store for a black person to patronize. If I was treated like that while dressed in a suit, I pity the black person who walks in there dressed in a tee shirt and jeans. Under no circumstance will I recommend this place to anyone with integrity. I hope the franchise owner send some customers in there undercover to expose their habits.I called my friend and informed him of my experience there in the hope that he will neither recommend them in the future, and take his business somewhere else
Well, the one in Lanham is closed, and reading the reviews here about Waldorf... I guess Ill ONLY deal with the dealership where I bought my Wrangler!. -and to the guy that had $6-K in cash, Thanks for that review!
Great place had all the things i had ordered online for my truck on hand it was great
They tightened the lug nuts so much I cant even get them off now. Thank you!
