Cant not speak for his mechanical ability but his ability to be a professional businessman is less than desirable and I would be concerned that parts he installs in his customers vehicles would not be warranted if necessary since he does not pay for them even when he makes arrangements to do so

Smithaauto were welcoming, professional, and knowledgeable with all of the work done on my car. All of the guys I met had an appreciation for cars which was reassuring because it made the experience more than just paying for services. Their care and attention to detail was appreciated and put my mind at ease. My experience with Craftsman was probably the best Ive ever had with an auto service shop and Ill definitely return in the future. The waiting room was inviting and the facility itself was clean and well-maintained. I highly recommend this shop.

I have taken my cars here for the past 10 years. They are very professional, accommodating and most importantly, honest. I have never felt like they tried to manufacture the need for a repair or a part. Have never had to wait an extended amount of time for an appointment, which is good because I typically forget that my cars need to be serviced or inspected until just before or just after such service becomes due. Highly recommend them!

It’s always a pleasant experience here whether I’m only there for an oil change or major mechanical works, they’ve always taken great care of me. And owner is great... he’s very straightforward regarding on what you need and whatnot, NEVER try to up sales you on stuffs you don’t need. I’ve definitely recommended this place to everyone I know.

These guys always take good care of me. Went in for an oil change, and they said the lug nut had been stripped since it was put on too tight the last time (my car dealership changed my oil previously, not these guys). They fixed it up for me and got me a new lug nut and changed the oil no problem. Dont go to your dealer. Go here.

Clean and modern location.I was greeted in a friendly and professional manner when arriving and got checked in quickly. The work (oil change) was done as requested and no extras were sold to me. I especially like to full inspection report at the end with the pictures and notes by the mechanic.

I dont post reviews on companies that give satisfactory service. I believe that its the job they get paid for and I pay then and they get a thank you. But I DO post when a company has gone above and beyond their job requirements. I had bought a car and it broke down (wouldnt start) and I was referred to SMITHAAUTO by my ex-husband actually. When I took the car to Smithaauto, I had no idea how much major damage the car had. Technician, one of the lead mechanics, spoke to me initially and after inspecting the car, they found out that the car had major engine trouble and the engine was shot. After wrangling with the dealer to pay for the repairs, it was a go to fix. Not only did Mike, one of the other lead mechanics give me a complete breakdown of what was going on and why, but he kept me in the loop . They ordered the engine and found other issues along the way but made sure the additional parts were cost efficient by searching for the best deals.I just drove and got my car back today, and it drives like a dream! I wanna thank owner of the smithaauto company enough for there expertise by not only installing an engine CORRECTLY, but by adding the human touch of making sure that the cost was kept down for me, and fixing it as expeditiously as possible to get me out of the car rental I was in.If you are looking for real mechanics who know what the heck theyre doing, where the prices are reasonable specifically in this area, save yourself the time and just go to SMITHAAUTO!!!!!!!!!!!
