Pretty store

Staff was very helpful here. We found exactly what we needed and more than one person helped us find it.

Aaron customer service was excellent. I will definitely be back to shop with him. Merresha was wonderful and I enjoyed my shopping experience at this Champs store!

BE CAREFUL !!!! a co worker purchased a pair of Shoes from this Store and they never got sent to the Store.. instead the shoes were sent to a Private address..He got the full runaround and finally called UPS and then he called Champs Customer service and finally got his Money Refunded . He and I Believe that theres some kinda Scam going on so Customer service is looking into the matter .... The Management at this store is Horrible and did nothing to Help my Co worker ....BE CAREFUL ALL !!!!!! DO NOT ORDER YOUR SHOES FROM THIS STORE IN THE EVENT THEY DO NOT HAVE THE ONES YOU WANT IN STOCK....THIS STORE NEEDS TO BE INVESTIGATED.!!!!!!!!!!!

Had all the sizes I needed but one, and I was able to order those.

This location sucks. There is little to no help. The store was full of customers shopping for sneakers while one make employee was helping and 2 female employees just standing in the front of the store talking to each other. I just threw the sneaker I was going to purchase down and left. If I have to ask for service, then yall dont need my business. Ill order my sneakers online from a different establishment. I will never return to this place and Ill be sure to tell my friends not to shop here either.

Im a huge fitness fanatic and sports fan. Im usually at some type of shoe store or sporting goods store once a week....okay more like once a month Im shopping somewhere! Lol, I like Champs and can usually find what Im looking for, whether is be running shoes/attire, socks or t-shirts for the guy. The employees are certainly helpful and Ive always received some kind of attention during my visits.Champs usually acknowledges some kind of discount as well (except for their highly popular, new releases, like Retro Jordans). This particular venue is always clean and very organized. The checkout lines move fairly well, with plenty of smiles to go around. I really appreciate great customer service.

Used to love champs back in the day but the stores are starting to fade away.
