The whole process was wonderful. Easy, friendly check-in. Minimal waiting for the Doctor. Pre-doctor check was good. The techs were great. They explained everything before they started. Kevin took time to explain all the results and options and spent extra time explaining new options that might be available, the pros and cons. I have nothing but wonderful things to say about that process and the great costumer service. Highly recommend.
Contacted the manager Kevin to vent regarding a lens that fell out of my eyeglasses. Showed up a week or so later. Kevin identified the issue and quickly resolved it on the spot. He was helpful, professional and provided excellent customer service. Much appreciated!!

BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVERRRRRR!!I have been to LensCrafters St. Charles twice in the past week and was not disappointed. I initially went to LensCrafters after having an eye exam( not at LensCrafters) because I saw online they had glasses that I wanted. As soon as I stepped in, I was greeted by Kevin Ortiz. He was super helpful and attentive. I needed my glasses as soon as possible and asked how long would it take. He explained as long as they had the frames, lens and that I didnt need special lenses they would be able to do them. He made sure the measurements and the fit was right and I was able to pick up my glasses in an hour.I ended up coming back a few days later because the prescription the optometrist prescribed was off. I explained to Kevin what happened and that I needed the new prescription in my glasses. I was able to pick up my glasses in less than an hour. I highly recommend if you need new glasses to check out LensCrafters at St. Charles. They are super friendly and if you get Kevin from my personal experience I can say you are in good hands!! Tanitia was amazing, she was super helpful, spent extra time to make sure that my husband was happy with he had selected. I really appreciate Lens Crafters adjusting my glasses. I was told from another Lens Crafters that they couldnt be adjusted but the Lens Crafters at St. Charles Town Center made it work. Now, my glasses are no longer a nuisance.
Kevin helped by replacing a missing noise guard on my glasses. He had a great personality and was extremely helpful. This is why I keep coming back to Lens Crafter.

The majority of the team are professional. However I was inconvenienced twice . During my 1st exam the prescription wasn’t right I asked the Doctor if one eye was supposed to still be blurry she said “give it a week or time to settle “ my eyes were dilated so I figured maybe she was right I woke up the next morning and my prescription was wrong . So I had to schedule a follow up appointment but the office stated I could not come in until a week later because they had no appointments.During my 2nd exam Dr.Phan was very patient and realized my prescription was indeed incorrect. I’m grateful she took the time to figure it out and didn’t just brush me off she even offered me another contact lens brand that was more comfortable.3rd visit- I go to pick up my glasses and the sales associate Sean proceeds to try to assist and I tell him my glasses feel weird the right eye is blurry . He proceeds to feed me the same line “give it a week “ … At this point I’m extremely frustrated and disappointed which I express I had been back and forth due to the contacts being incorrect now my glasses are not correct. I tell him that this is not my first time getting glasses or exams and I have NEVER in my life been told “give it a week” it’s clearly wrong .Sean proceeds to tell me he understands that I get an eye exam once a year but he does this everyday and has been wearing glasses for 40 years. I had to ask Sean over 3 times to schedule an appointment with Dr.Phan initially he refused because he wanted me to “give it a week” .To make matters worse the Assistant Manager was next to him hearing his unprofessionalism and didn’t step in to correct his behavior or take over . I have never experienced this in 25 years of wearing and changing prescriptions .What I would say to future customers is advocate for yourself don’t let the sales associates tell you “give it a week” . If it’s wrong it’s wrong your eyes don’t adjust to blurry .

The associate that helped us out was Kimberly. As a person who worked for many years in retail and as a customer, Kimberly demonstrated exactly what every company wants from their employees. I have been going to this Waldorf LensCrafters for about 7 years now and she is the best I have seen at this location. Dr. Phan was great as well considering she was really busy the day we had our appointment. I give a big Kudos to this location.

I had a really nice experience at his location about a week ago. Dr. Phan an her staff in the exam room were friendly. I was also greeted with excellent service in eyeglass area. The associate that helped me was Ms. Kimberly. She was friendly as well. She took her time helping me make a decision on which pair of glasses to choose. For my piece of mind, she did an extra cleaning of the glasses that I was going to try on. I did not feel rushed or pressured to make a decision. Ms. Kimberly was very professional and knowledgeable as she was able to explain everything that my glasses were going to require. I cant wait to pick up my new glasses!

(Please read full review...includes updates)Very pleasant shopping experience! Entire staff greeted me, as soon as I entered the store. They were all friendly and helpful. Great teamwork! Charmaine provided me with excellent customer care. Very refreshing experience!UPDATE: Purchased new pair of glasses (over $700), waited the 2 week period, but never heard anything from LensCrafters, in regards to picking up glasses. Called the store and customer rep stated my name was on her list of people to call. She stated that they had reordered the glasses, because they (the glasses) were lost. She said glasses would be back within a week. Waited a week & 1/2, but did not receive a call, so I called the store (again). The customer rep said, Your glasses have been here. I dont know why you did not receive a notification.The frames that were purchased were Oakley, and they are supposed to be the Flexible frames. Ive worn them for 3.5 weeks. One of the arms came off today. Frames have not been dropped, bent, nor abused. Customer rep said We cannot do anything about the frames. They are broke. Would you like to look at some new frames? No. At that point, I left the store. I would be more open, if the glasses were several months old, and abused, but that is not the case. I am very disappointed with the post-purchase customer service, as well as the poor quality of product that I received. Its as-if you receive great care prior to them accepting your money, but it disappears, after they get the payment.UPDATE 1/30/21:Shared previous update with LensCrafters online customer relations, on 1/24/21. Received call from store manager (lab), 1/26/21. Manager stated that those specific frames came with 2-year warranty (no additional purchase necessary). He wasnt sure why I was told that there was nothing that could be done. He reordered the glasses, and I received a notification on 1/29/21, stating the new glasses were available for pick-up. I picked the new glasses up on 1/30/21, without incident. I am very pleased with the outcome, and I hope that sharing this experience helps future LensCrafters customers, as well as shows that LensCrafters customer service has procedures in place, to assist & resolve issues that may arise.
I waited two weeks to get my glasses that I trusted you would deliver, only for you to tell me upon my arrival that after looking forward to receiving my glasses they was canceled and I never got called within the two weeks of waiting from no one. Totally unacceptable, terrible business practice and I wont be coming back.

The 2 stars I am giving you are for the good service I got from the 2 gentleman who greeted me and the optometrist who saw me. They were great. I am livid with your sales person I dealt with. When arranging for my glasses, the way that she positioned the poly blue lenses made it seem like they were the norm. I asked about other lenses and she said the poly were only $25 more. This was a blatent lie. Not only are the regular ones half the price, but per your own website, the plain plastic lenses are recommended for folks like me who basically just need readers. Then, as she was ringing me up, I saw there was tacked on a 1 year protection plan. I was NEVER asked at any point if I wanted this. I did ask her to remove it, and she did. In the end, I paid $120 for simple readers. And I felt the sales person was dishonest. I will not be using this location again in the future, if that is the kind of practice your company endorses.
The dr eye exam went great unfortunately their customer service is not the best or their delivery of glasses
This is the 2nd time that I have had problems with this LensCrafters location!This year, after arriving at the store on said date to pick up my glasses, they did not have the glasses as promised. Now I understand the circumstances due to the pandemic; However, I did not receive any notification (nor was I told whatsoever) that my glasses would be late. Although the stand-in manager-of-the-day did apologize for the delay it was only after she treated me as if I was daft and could not count up to 14! (Their sign read 14 days guaranteed).Later, when I tried to notify cooperate office to complain about their business in Waldorf, I get the run around by their robotic telephone communication system. I couldnt even get a live person on the phone! And the recording that directed you to the complaint form on-line rattled off the location of the complaint form so fast that I still could not get the IP address even after listening to it 3 times! I am so irritated by this store and company I could scream!!!
Very unprofessional... made an appointment weeks in advance for my son to get an exam just to be told when I arrived they gave my appointment away to another person. Then they had the nerve to tell me that I called and canceled my appointment, when I know damn well I do no such thing.
Great experience and no hassle having my glasses changed from no‐line to a line bifocal. I was having difficulty adjusting to the no-line version.
The customer service was great and the staff was super friendly. The only problem I had was that they tried to give me the display glasses. The associate started warming them to reshape them for me and I said wait are these the glasses Im getting? And he said oh you want us to order you some? If Im paying for Ray Bans then obviously I dont want the display pair that who knows how many people have tried on. They also sold me on the signature Ray Ban lenses because they were such better quality but I was really just being charged for them to etch Ray Ban into my lenses, which I didnt even want. Otherwise great experience. They had tons of options and I was able to find glasses Im really happy with. They also have a great protection program if something happens to your glasses.
This location had horrible customer service. I waited for over 15 minutes to pick up my glasses and theyre absolutely filthy! They didnt even bother cleaning then to make sure to I could see out of the new prescription .If I could give them zero stars I would.
We went in to get a new screw for my girlfriends glasses and they were able to do it with no inconvenience and at no cost. The other places at the mall were not able to do it, so cannot recommend enough.
Was kept on hold for over ten minutes by a Janae or Sharae - she wouldnt clarify or spell her name for me (said laughingly that she wasnt obligated to give me her name or the spelling) and that the store was short staffed didnt like her job was dealing with other customers and didnt care about my appointment. Will definitely NOT be returning... hope this location reviews my phone call on this date & finds someone suitable to fill her position - plenty of others with better Customer Service skills that are willing to work with no attitude. As a Senior Manager myself she would be let go immediately.

This store was amazing from the time I came in to when I left. Very friendly staff, and the doctor was a total knock out😘!!!!
The doctor is great, but the receptionist is extremely rude. Sounds young, and has an attitude on the phone - very unprofessional. Also, hung up on me and when I called back to see if it was by mistake acted as if nothing was wrong. I guess is typical that she hangs up on people and has an attitude with customers. Ill be taking my business elsewhere.
