We are very happy with the outcome of our windows. We had all 10 windows replaced with double hung except for 2 whicj we turned into a picture window with slides. Absolutely in love with how much brighter it feels in our home. Not so happy about the manufacture and the time it took to receive windows due to Covid but that isnt See Thru fault. The company kept in touch regarding eta on windows, install crew were friendly and chatted with us through the entire install. Definitely recommend them for anyone looking for replacement windows.

From start to finish, I had a great experience working with everyone at See Thru. My project was a shower remodel. Their process from the time you call for an estimate to after they complete the job is meticulous and I truly appreciate that. They want to ensure the job meets everyone in the household’s needs and expectations. You don’t find customer service like they provide very often anymore. Initial measurements were taken for the estimate, it was remeasured again to order the product to ensure proper fit at installation, once the product was in, they scheduled to accommodate our needs and the installation was seamlessly performed by a professional and friendly team in the same day. They removed the old shower and tub combo and installed a beautiful new walk-in shower. My husband and I are thrilled with the outcome. The shower is beautiful and it is easy to get in and out of. It dramatically improved the appearance of the bathroom. Bonus for me, it is so very easy to keep clean. It is exactly what we wanted and needed. Randy, Cari, Colton and Colen did an excellent job, working together like a well oiled machine, from start to finish, and even after to make sure we were completely satisfied. After shopping around a bit, we decided to go with See-Thru Windows & Doors to replace a damaged sliding glass door. When you set up a consultation, the gentleman (I cant recall his name) gives you a full presentation of their glass products including durability, quality, and comparison to other companies. We worked with Carrie to schedule our installation and she was amazing--we had to reschedule multiple times for various reasons and she made it very simple to move our appointment. On the day of installation, Tim arrived on time and did a quality job in just a couple of hours. We love our new door--it is a significant upgrade from the builder-grade door we had previously-- and will definitely use See-Thru Windows & Doors again! Very pleased!

We had several large windows replaced. From sale to install we have generally been pretty happy. There was a slight delay on the install due to staffing, but it was corrected and rescheduled without much fuss. Overall, this was not an easy job, the size, location, and style of the windows made it difficult. But, the install crew were friendly and finished the job in one day without any unexpected issues. Everything looks very nice and after a couple weeks we have not had any problems. I would definitely recommend using this company for replacement windows. So far, it seems like the quality of the windows and install provided very nice value for the price.

My experience with See Thru Windows was great. I called them and got a same day appointment to come out and start an estimate. Mr. Perry was extremely professional and knowledgeable. I decided to get my two sliding glass doors replaced and add a storm door to the front door. The installers came and did an outstanding job during the installation. I was very impressed with the team that installed my door. They were professional, very nice and knowledgeable about their work. Due to the previous installation by previous installer, some additional framing outside of the norm had to be done and they said they would have to return to put drywall at that location. The door was completely installed they just needed to do that last part. I thought I might have to call them to return or remind them, as this was during the Christmas holiday, but they actually called us a few days before we were expecting them to return and knocked it out for us. I look forward to using them again for future work.

Anytime I inquire about having an estimate done, if the company insist that my husband be there to have it done Im not doing business with them. Its not the 1950s women work and have there own money and can do things without a mans supervision. I rather pay substantially more than use any company with such antiquated ideas.

We had our master bathroom remodeled by their BathPlanet division & we could not be happier! They replaced our old fiberglass tub/shower w/ a senior-friendly walk-in shower (guaranteed by Good Housekeeping NOT to leak water into the walls behind it), 2 sinks, 2 medicine cabinets, another wall cabinet, 2 light fixtures/fans, 2 light bars, & the flooring (toilet had been upgraded recently so didnt need replacing), & painted the walls & doors for what we consider a very reasonable price. They were there when promised, finished well w/in their estimated no. of days, cleaned up completely after themselves, & were always courteous & professional. We are actually in the process of having them remodel our downstairs powder room right now, & would highly recommend them for any bathroom remodeling job you might have. :-)

Put bathtub and shower in. Did a great job. Little miscommunication on both our ends i think but they resolved it and got the job done and so far we have not had any issues. I think the price was a little high but honestly it does look great and is a quality product so I cant complain that much. I would use them again.

The whole process was amazing from start to finish. They have a great product (a little on the pricey side) that sells itself. The warranty is amazing! The workers were very prompt and professional. They installed a shower to replace the original tub. One the work was done they cleaned up and explained care and maintenance. I am very satisfied and will certainly use them for future home improvements.

I ended up having them send out a rep to give me an estimate on a entry door replacement. When the rep showed up late which was okay they called and said he was going to be late. He didn’t have a mask on which was a big off putting considering the times. He checked the door and provided his opinion which was expected. The issue came in when he said he needed 1.5 hours to talk to us about all the beauties of his company. I can Google. I don’t need an hour and a half to listen to a sales pitch when I know what I need done. Not to mention he was already late so I need to still keep the same window? I didn’t recall being told it would take that long when they called me first to set the appointment up. Lastly, he got snappy and condescending when we said we just really needed a quote. Even with all that we said comeback Monday because he needed both of there. He never confirmed that date snd it’s been two days now. We scheduled another company we dealt with before. I would never use this company. A rep left a customer hanging who knew what they needed. Never use them. I would review their Yelp reviews as well before using. Do not ever contact me again.

I am so happy with our new windows! From the beginning--meeting with your salesman, John, to the quickness of getting our windows (there were a LOT of them), to the team of Tim, Joyce and Brandon for installation--the process couldnt have been nicer. Everyone was respectful of our home, considerate of our pets and pleasant to have around. The installation team was really fast, but I never felt they were rushing through the job. John even came back out to check on the job and to make sure we were satisfied with how everything was progressing.I am happier with my windows than I expected to be. They are easy to work, whether you are just raising them or tilting them for cleaning. Im happy with the screens, too--you can hardly tell they are there.I would not hesitate to recommend See Thru Windows.

From start to finish this has been a great experience. We had ordered our windows 6 months prior to installation, and they never once had a problem with it.When the day came to install their crew were respectful of our home, and made sure they protected everything around the work area.They were quick and cleaned everything before they left. Do Not GO With This horrible company.I had them install 12 Windows in my home i have had nothing but big problems from 10 out of 12 Windows lecking ruin the drywall and outside behind the sideing because the Windows were installed wonrg call so many times to fix it or give money back nothing had to call a real contracter to fix everything and now dealing with lawyer to get my money back.do save yourself a lot of headaches go with a good company not this place

After the installation they gave us a walkthrough of how to use the windows and what to and not to clean them with. Hardware that came with a door that I purchased in 2012 for $7,000+ has faded/tarnished and rusted within a one year period. Please review pictures of this untrustworthy company. Also, I did not receive door stripping as stated in my contract when the doors were installed. My experience with See Thru Windows and Doors has been a nightmare these past 3 years. I purchased the doors (Double doors) in 2012, 2013 the hardware began to fade/tarnish and rust. Several calls and visits did not get my husband and I nowhere. We were told to purchase a higher grade that we were expected to pay for. We were told the hardware, the company discontinued. We were told the hardware would not fade/tarnish. We went back and forth with them for 2 years and no results. We are losing air in the summer months and heat in the winter months which has cost our electric bill to skyrocket. At this point, I only want the stripping which is written in my contract that we are entitled too. They will not honor that. So, please if you plan to purchase a door or windows, look somewhere else. They do not honor their commitment. And my door has also began fading too.

The final quality of our roofing, siding, and sliding glass door projects was exceptional. We were especially impressed with the response time re any questions that we had. Craig and Ray were very professional and personal, as well as super knowledgeable when it came to installing our sliding glass door -doggie door combination. Thank you so much. We’ve had two windows replaced by See-Thru about a month ago and have been very happy with the windows so far. They had the best windows for the price out of all the companies we had provide quotes and their installation was quick and professional. There was a bit of an odor for about a week (I’m assuming from the sealant they used), but it has since dissipated. The windows are well insulated and have already been opened more in the past month than the old crank style windows were opened in the past 5 years. We are very happy with our new windows and See-Thru’s installation.

There are three parts to being satisfied with a window installation company: sales, installation and the windows themselves. I am happy with all three from See Thru. The sales guy was knowledgable, friendly and amazingly low key. He listened to what I was looking for and gave me a good price. The installation crew (Jimmy and Joyce) were great. They were fast, efficient and clean. They are a husband a wife team and have been working together for years and it showed. Our house was built in the 1880s so I was concerned about the appearance. But the windows looked great and Jimmy installed cladding over our old, exterior framing. It matches our other windows... plus no more painting for me! And finally, I love the windows. Theyre solid, work smoothly and fit perfectly (the measuring guy checked and double checked to make sure we had a good fit). So the ultimate review is that Im happy with the job, quality and price.

With any major bathroom shower renovation project, there is hesitancy due to the unknown costs and final look. Nick Marshalek, See-Thru bathroom specialist was extremely responsive to meeting our requests. He talked my wife and I through a great presentation and walked us step-by-step of what was to come. We were given so many options that met our specific needs. What really impressed us was not only the original 10% savings but also the additional 10% as a military veteran. You cant go wrong with See-Thru.

The product is good quality! From the time of the first consultation to the installation was a swift and professional process. I am content with my new shower but I wish that the original color I chose was not discontinued. I found this out after I signed the contract and had to select another color. I also wish that I could have seen an actual break down of what everything cost. I was just given a final number at the consultation. The payment options are fair, but the price is very expensive. We are paying over 11,000 just for a shower stall (no bathtub). We did not get any work done to the rest of the bathroom. The contractors who installed the shower removed all the old shower pieces. I appreciated that I did not have to clean up anything. Afterwards I will admit that I had buyer’s remorse which took me a while to write a review. I referred the company to a few coworkers and I let them see the pictures of my new shower. Everyone said it was just too expensive for them. I agree for the amount of work that got done. I wish that I had been accommodated for having to select a different color than what I really wanted. I feel like I’m paying a lot of money for something I didn’t really want but just settled on because I already signed the contract and had to make a decision. Altogether I think everyone was professional and the shower looks nice. Just expensive.

We are very pleased with the final results of all the services provided. Those Services included new roofing, new siding, and a new sliding glass door with doggie door attachment. Everything went very smoothly and all of the Personnel were very professional. It took a few tries to get the sliding glass door and doggie door combination squared away and operating properly, but all office and installation personnel were very professional. Im 82, with artificial hip and reduced agility. Every time Igot into the tub to take a shower I felt like it was 50-50whether I got out in one piece. I contacted See-Thru thinking whatI needed was a walk-in tub. The See-Thru rep carefully listened tomy story and helped me to come to the conclusion that what I wanted was a walk-in shower with a seat at one end. It was installed in short order and was in fact what I needed. Life is easier, I am cleaner, andit was a happy moment when See-Thru set me in the right direction.

My experience was very good!! The installers provided extra touches they knew I would appreciate but were not required under the contract!! The tub is perfect!! The only concern I have is : nowhere in the sales pitch or the literature does it say the minimum hot water tank required?? My hot water tank needs to be replaced with a bigger one!! If I knew this I would have planned for it to be part of the installation!!

We learned about this company at a home improvement expo. The salesman and installation team were excellent and very professional. The only problem was a long delay in service which the company explained was due to the covid-19 pandemic. After we made our first deposit, we did not hear from the company for over two months. After many attempts, the service was completed about three months after we made the sale. However, we are very pleased with the quality of the entry door.

Overall I am very happy with the products and the installation. Documentation after the sale is poor. I did not get any kind of written guarantee from See-Thur. The phase Installation and workmanship of the Bath Planet products is warranted by the Bath Planet Dealer with whom the Customer originally contracted for 10 years. That is the information about See-Thurs guarantee. All of the documents normally provided by the manufacturers for end user proposes were discarded, whether or not See-Thur or I provided the equipment. I dont even know what company made the sliding glass shower doors which See-Thur provided. When I asked See-Thur about the missing guarantee I was thanked for my input and advised that it (my input) would be considered in there ongoing processes of improvement. At this point I am in doutd about what will happen should anything abnormal happen with the shower controls, the flooring or the sliding glass doors.

I got married last year and my husband moved into my home. This year we are buying a house together so I wanted to make some home improvements before placing my house on the market. I was asked by the scheduler, Vicki, and the appointment manager, Eric, about my spouse because they said both homeowners needed to be present. I explained the house is solely mine and Im paying for it and was told it was against their policy. THIS COMPANY IS SEXIST!!! When I told Vicki the house was mine and I pay for and make the decisions on it she said ok but Eric stopped this transaction. He tried to say he would need authorization to allow ME to get a door for my own house!!! In 2020, this is preposterous!!! A company who will not allow a woman to make a decision about her own property without a man present is nothing I would want to be involved with anyways.

Installers Tim & Joyce were great - installed windows, sliding glass door and storm door quickly and efficiently and left everything CLEAN. John C has been a great rep for both my projects - windows and bathroom - with this company.

One morning in our new house I found a crack through the window. Windows were installed about 10 years by previous owner and I’ve contacted him about installing company. So, contacted See -thru windows. They were able to find all info about installed windows and replaced broken one within couple weeks. Great job and fair price

I truly love my new bath system! The team arrived at a decent time and even with the unexpected rain shortly after they began to work they were still able to finish the same day! I am thrilled with my new deep soaking tub; I must have taken atleast 6 baths in two days lol....I will definitely call them again for my upstairs bath and i have recommended them to my neighbor who is looking to have her bath redone!

If i could give no stars i would. after a few months after completion of our shower remodel we were promised that their materials would prevent mold and how they use special drywall material which is a lie and not worth it. they are a rip off. Dont waste your time.

We were first time home buyers looking for tub/shower replacement.Terrible sales pitch, lasted hours. How is a sales technique like this still a thing? Told us the original price of the tub was 11k, but they can give us a deal for 9k. We said no so they offered it at a little over 7k. I wish we had said no to this day, but we didnt.I called a day later to cancel and they told me it would be around $2300 if I wanted to cancel the order. We basically have to get it installed at this point or $2300 will disappear from my account into See-Thru Windows, Doors & Home Improvements pocket for no reason.The product we got was nothing special or great. Id be surprised if this product cost a tenth of what it was sold to us for. Lessons learned, I will not be doing business with them again.I will say the individuals who installed the tub were professional and timely. No problems.

All I can say is watch out. I had my tub and shower redone last April 2017 & I am still waiting for the job to be completely finished. If my husband doesn’t keep calling them back to remind them that there are things to be finished. I don’t think they would come back. It’s ridiculous that a simple job should take a year to do. One of There biggest problems is there scheduling. They told us the job would take 3 days what a joke. From there we didn’t see them for a week . We had to keep calling them to see we’re they were coming back. Buyer Beware.
