Im a bit disappointed in this company. I called in regards to some mirrors that needed repaired and they came to my home to take measurements and said they would get back with us the next day. Long story short, I followed up at least 10 times and they where confused every time as to who I was. Then finally I said let me send photos and video to recall the customer and then still didnt hear back. Finally told them, Im good if I dont get a reply within 24hrs. Then I get a random message we cant fix them. Ummm, you dont know what you can do within your company? You could have said this when you came to look at the mirrors and access the job. It must have been a sign to not work with the company. =( The reason Im writing the review is because 2 weeks was wasted going back and forth with this company which I thought could fix the problem. only to try and find someone new.
