Wish i could give zero stars. I just left the store. It is 9 am, no doughnuts in the bakery. The store had a nasty smell. There was a pile of wet towels left on the floor soaking up a leak in the meat section. Most of the isles had many empty shelves,products very out of date. I picked up a soda that had the date of MAY0321! This store has been going downhill for a long time. This was the last time i will ever step into this store again.

Shoppers another great store. I found everything I needed. And the cashier was very helpful to me. I dont know her name, but KUDOS to her.

One star is too high for this stores rating. It is horrible. Anyone that gives this store more than one star must be in denial. I dont know where the original Shoppers went to, but since the grand opening I believe this really is a McKays and if Shoppers aloud this store to carry their name, then they need to rethink and go to Waldorf and remove their name. I have never seen a grocery store in this bad of a condition. SHELVES EMPTY and the store STINKS....Hood rat-ish.

I tried to give this store a chance so many times but last night was the end of the road. Previously Ive had issues with out of dates. After giving them another shot yesterday, I walked into a store that smelled like a dumpster. After still attempting to shop, I noticed that the shelves were empty in many parts of the store and what was on the shelves didnt look like anything I would want to buy. Lets not even talk about the ridiculous pricing. The panhandlers in the store was the final straw and I left my cart and went to Food Lion. I wish this store good look but I will never set foot in there again.

I love this store its so affordable and the store team of from cashiers to upper management employees are so inviting to assist in your every need.Especially LaShawn and Michael the management team they have a love for the community in helping others .The sign says Shoppers but The Heart Of It All is MCKAYS

First time visiting this particular store and was very impressed. Clean, shelves stocked, friendly staff, spacious aisles, and had EVERYTHING I was looking for. Will definitely be making another trip back.

One line open with about 4 people in it. All of the self checkout lines were closed. Store was clean and quiet, otherwise.

Liked the old store better from the prices in the new store you would swear your in Beverly Hills

This grocery store is a dump the food is always rotten the customer service is horrible . The people that shop their look like a bunch of low income section 8 rats loud and rowdy. You ask me this place is a huge hole in the wall.

McKays (Charlotte Hall) bought this Shoppers Food Warehouse a little ways back, and turned it into a premium grocery. Great selection, great prices! No alchohol though. Find those special items to make a function unforgettable.

Shoppers prices has went up even more higher since they became McKays...I only shop here for certain meats, Potato patties,Turkey Hills Fruit punch,or Turkey Hills lemonade...They REALLY NEED TO LOWER their prices,because their prices are RIDICULOUSLY HIGH!💵

This is not Shoppers its called McKay and the done away with a lot of services and good that I would go to Shoppers specifically to get and the prices over all are higher then the traditional Shoppers.

The prices are much cheaper than the other stores such as Safeway,Giant,Shoppers, since this store is really not Shoppers, but McKays.

Extensive range of items

Staff was very kind. I love there meat.Always fresh.

Overpriced compared to other grocery stores in the area. The only reason I go there is the $10 off $50 coupon. Even with that, I have to be selective in what I purchase in order to get a deal. Store is well organized & stocked. I like the large rows & checkout seems to go quickly.

Hours are 7a-10p. It is owned by McKay’s now (they bought the Shoppers name); so it is Shoppers of Waldorf now and NOT Shoppers Food.

Normally I dont grocery shop here but I knew Shoppers had a specific product that my local grocer doesnt. I purchased more than what I wanted but thats because the prices were good. The store was well lit, stocked, neat and clean. Staff was very polite. The checkout process didnt take long. Overall, good visit!

Is the name Shopper or McKays. I did not see anything in there with shopper on it. Even the receipt had McKay on it.

I like that this shoppers has some international food. The seafood here is always fresh. Ive also used the bakery. The cakes are great! Friendly staff. Lines tend to move pretty well.

One of my fave grocery stores to shop at here in Waldorf. I really love going there for their fresh meat selection and bakery goods. Theyre affordable and always clean. I recommend...

It might have been because it was Sunday evening but the stock of fresh produce and the bakery was pretty empty. The meat department was well stocked however, but the prices were not all that great actually. Overall its a decent store and they do carry some things others dont.

Good grocery store. Prices are fair. Great selection. One of the few place carrying Scotch Bonnet Pepper Sauce and Rum Raisin Ice Cream. Good international selection.

A pretty good store overall, clean, stocked, competitively priced. It stays fairly busy. There is an option for self checkout, which is nice. Safe area, well lit. Not always a security guard around, but probably wouldnt need one anyway.

I have been shopping here for over 20 years. My kids and I look forward to seeing the nice people that work here. The store routinely has reasonable prices and a decent variety of stock. The only thing that keeps me from giving them a fifth star is the fact they dont carry a few products/styles/sizes that I routinely use - meaning I unfortunately have to go to other stores to get a few things...

Super expensive! Small bottle of Dynasty Sesame Oil nearly 9.00 dollars..and a bag of party mix 3.00 dollars...whew

The store front in Waldorf, Md says Shoppers but when I went to take advantage of their advertised sales a person in the meat department said they were McKays and the prices werent good there.

I am always a little confused on how shoppers lays out their store and labels the overhead signs vs other grocery stores. More importantly for the 2 stars, there are always a ton of staff in the store, but its always customers helping other customers find stuff vs staff helping customers find stuff. On the flip side this is one of the cleanest shoppers I have ever been in.

Very spacious. On site bakery. Has an aisle dedicated to international products. Conveniently located near town mall. Also near restaurants, auto centers and hotels.

This Shoppers is huge, well lit in the inside and always clean. The Produce and Vegetables are of good quality. The wait time for checkout could be improved by having more registers open.

Had everything I needed and their scooters were fully charged for the total shopping time.

This Shoppers has an excellent Hot Bar & Salad Bar. U can get a full lunch or dinner but u must go early in the afternoon because it will all gone by 1pm. The seafood section does a great job on steaming your Crab Legs, Shrimp & Lobster. The seasonings are at your descretion. Just say when! I am here often.

This is a where do I start review. I need some ingredients for a work lunch (pot luck) so I though, let me hit Shoppers. Next time, I will stop earlier.First, the restroom. I do not expect much, but flooded and stinking? No.Next, already turned off I discovered the meat Dept had not only failed to restock, but fridges broke and the chicken was room temp.Then I went to the freezer section, and there is no such thing as frozen chicken breast without breading. Really!On the plus, check out was fast as nobody else was shopping there. Probably for the reasons above.

Fresh produce was awful. All meats were cut thin. Deli had only 1 person working in slow motion. Frozen sections were inop and products thawed. What happened to a usually fine store?

Shoppers is the best place to buy all your groceries. Fruits, veggies.. meats.. Never disappointed!!

Decent selection of products, staff is friendly. Must check expiration dates, I dont think stock rotation happens enough. And of course, just like everywhere else there are never enough cashiers. The supermarkets just want you to scan and bag your own groceries . ... uhhh no theres no self serve pricing on my food so pay your employees to provide customer service .

Local grocery store. Neat and clean. Its well stocked. Needs more non dairy items available...

First, the cake was written poorly. Second, Marble? Really? Thats clearly not a marble cake. Its dry and tastes like its been sitting out for a while. Super disappointing on someones birthday.

I love shoppers. Honestly, I think they have the largest variety of meats, the largest and best donuts, and over all everything you will need.

I love Shoppers Food Warehouse I purchase my southern greens :) if I notice the fresh greens are not out there I always ask one of the produce personnel they are very nice to check if any are in stock they kindly bring fresh one out taking excellent care of their customers love it :)

Pleasantly surprised. This was my first visit. The store was clean, checkout was easy, people were friendly, and they had the items I sought.

Meats were frozen like a brick

I had a good experience at Shoppers. They are the only store that carries the Land O Lakes, American & cheddar blend of cheese. And you cant beat their colossal donuts. They are as good as any brand name.

Dont shop here often but there is always long lines. Their bakery makes the best muffins!

I’ve been shopping at SFW (Waldorf) for years. I know the layout of the store, so it’s convenient for me. Employees are nice, especially in the Deli section. Store is clean and organized. Prices are decent, and they always have coupons/specials for the consumer. My only issue is that SFW seems to always run out of my favorite items, or it’s discontinued for whatever reason. Annoying! I will continue shopping here, and recommend it for the overall experience.

Pretty good prices, big store and spacious aisles, decent selection of non perishables. Main complaints: produce is poor quality, meat selection is usually lacking, and they have as many workers for checking out as Walmart. Expect to wait a long while because maybe two, slow registers will be open. Never more, and theyre slow partly because there arent any baggers.

Good variety of brands, but not as extensive as bigger chains. Excellent prices. No pharmacy.

The customer service was great at the deli bar. This lady was so nice and had me and my husband try several samples of food and we finally purchased the potatoe salad and chicken.

They didnt have the pre-made nesquick strawberry milk. Only vanilla and chocolate, but its still okay. I like chocolate.
